      Hello there, I have ordered from paytm on ''19 OCT ''14 4:38 PM'' and other details are - SHIPPED 22-OCT-2014 2:35 PM DELIVERED 28-OCT-2014 12:48 PM When I unpacked, this was the different product (very less of quality) what had been shown in the product detail. So I requested to get that order back. After 1 day on ''[protected]:38:25'' & token no. ''[protected]'' I dropped an email to paytm, They replied me to confirmed return and agreed to arrange pickup for return from their respective courier company. But they din''t arrange any pickup and from that day I have been requested many times and I sent many email regarding this and what they do, They generate me a new ticket every time and nothing else. This is ridiculous and really feel bad experience from paytm. Paytm is such a reputed company and one can''t expect this kind of behavior from paytm. Below are the tickets generated by Paytm.       I had booked one ticket from Shegaon to Pune via PAYTM website. Order no is :[protected] on March 24 2015. Bus operator was "Sheetal Travels" Akola. And before 2 hrs from departure they called me and said the bus was canceled and u will get the refund of money from PAYTM by raising request. I have raised so many req to to the paytm. They said that bus was not canceled and u wont get any refund. Plz help me out with this situation. Tell me what to do.
      I had ordered 2 powerbanks [MI 10400 mAh Power Bank With Free Micro USB Cable And Charger Extension Robo (Silver)] on May 13, 2015 from paytm [Order#[protected]].
      On May 19, 2015 I had received my order. But unfortunately there was only one powerbank instead of two.
      So next day I sent a mail to paytm regarding this matter. They asked for 48-72 hours then. But I didn't get any reply after the said time from them. So on May 23, 2015 again I had sent a mail to them. And again they gave me a time of 48-72 hours. Unfortunately this time also I didn't get any update about my product.
      On May 27, 2015 I had given a call to them. There I was told that due to some problem with the seller [Seller Name: Laxmi Enterprise] they were unable to send me my product. So within 48 hours I'll get my money back. I agreed with them. But I didn't get my money back within the given time span. So on May 29, 2015 again I called them and again I was asked to wait
      for 24 hours. But the result was null. I called them on May 31, 2015. But I didn't get any positive outcome from them. Till date I've spent near about 200 rupees for calling them [as they do not have any toll-free customer care number], but didn't get my 648 rupees back.

        I used my credit card to pay my Aircel bill of Rs.430 through Paytm on 23/11/2014.. But unfortunately it was not accepted by Aircel comapny and it is debited to my HDFC credit card bank statement. I also received a statement from Paytm that the amount Rs.430 will be reverted to me . But still now the amount is not credited to my HDFC bank statement. Now i request you to check the transaction on that day and revert the amount as early as possible. Rajamani

        i recharged my mobile through paytm, but my recharge was failed, and paytm took amount from my bank account... after that i filed a complaint in paytm customer care regarding my refund amount. More than 20 days gone, still now i didnt get my refund amount.. paytm customer just telling to wait that's all no more clear response from them...

However, today I find that my account is temporarily blocked for login?? Please urgently respond if there is a technical fault or should I take police or legal help for recovery of my money.               sir, I have paid Rs.890/- towards Reliance Engery Electricity Bill on 30th November 2014 through my mobile on PAYTM App. My Reliance Energy Account NO.[protected]. However, immediately thereafter my bank was debited for the said amount and then I got a message from you that "Reliance Energy Network is taking time to recharge. We are giving them 2 hours to recharge, else we will refund your money". Till now I have neither received my money back nor my bail has been paid. Please revert in this behalf ASAP.

I have already logged complaint with Paytm, but they are not willing to resolve the problem. They just say recharge has done form there side. Even though I have not got any recharge.

                      Hi, I had made payment for my BESCOM Bill of Rs. 500, After waiting a week I received my new Bill in which previous bill was not paid. After giving complaint I have received email from customer care that payment has been initiated after one week. Again I waited for a week still it was not paid.                             I have complained 3 times for solving my problem that I am unable to operate my account with Paytm. I can't even login my account. I had to suffer alot because of it and only reply I am getting is that your issue will get solved in 24 to 48 hours but it is too long time from my first complaint i.e. 28th Nov. 2014 and still issue is pending.                               I have done dishtv recharge on 21/11/2014 but the transation was failed the amount was deducted from my account. .plz refund the amount to my bank account. it was not refunded Till now.. plz reFunD the amount.                                 Hello, I tried to make a bill payment using Paytm of my Airtel Landline, it failed. Not once or twice, 4-5 times. The money is refunded in the Paytm wallet which is more than Rs. 1500. They are not even giving me a reason for the failure of payment, even after writing mail for 3-4 times. Now m money is stuck up in Paytm wallet. If the amount was about Rs.200 to 300, then I wouldn't have bothered, but its the matter of Rs. 1600. To credit it back into my bank account Paytm requires 21 days. Why should I wait for 21 days, when its not at all my mistake.

                                    On 27th of November 2014 I received a phone call of a man. he told his name Deepak Shriwastawa and said that he is calling from ATM Center MUMBAI and taken the details of my ATM Card. He told that this query is for verification.But he was a big fraud and he began to use the amount of my account and made so many transactions. The transaction details are as follows:- 1.[protected] Amount Rs. 4000/- 2.[protected] Amount Rs. 4000/- 3.[protected] Amount Rs. 4000/- 4.[protected] Amount Rs. 2500/- 5.[protected] Amount Rs. 2500/- 6.[protected] Amount Rs. 2500/- All these transactions are made on 27/11/2014.                                     Today, 02 December 2014, I received a phone call of a person who told me he is calling from SBI Delhi. He told that this query is for verification and my ATM card has been expired which needs a renewal. I told them bank never calls for such activity and i refused to provide them ATM pin and details. Though then they convince me that they are from SBI and had my account number already with them. Then they requested for ATM debit card number which I provided them and they did fraud transaction via PayTM, PayU in value of 4000, 2500 Rs. total amount 20, 000.

                                    The transaction details are as follows:-

                                    2.) POS PRCH-POS 293665 Paytm.com Paytm.com Noida- 4000
                                    3.) POS PRCH-POS[protected] PayU SBIPG- 4000

                                    5.) POS PRCH-POS[protected] Xenon ValueServ_PayTM SBIPG- 2500
                                    6.) POS PRCH-POS[protected] Xenon ValueServ_PayTM SBIPG- 2500
                                    7.)POS PRCH-POS 293977 Paytm.com Paytm.com Noida- 4000
                                    8.) POS PRCH-POS[protected] PayTM SBIPG- 1000

                                    There was also one transaction done to TRANSFER TO [protected] but luckily got declined. This account should be used for fraud transaction by these persons.

                                    All these transactions are made on 02/12/2014.Request you to please find out the details and give desired details so that further frauds be stopped.
                                    My contact no. is- [protected] the fraud have ordered something to purchase. so please reply soon so that this order could be cancelled.

                                    I think these criminals are operating somewhere from Noida and its a similar case that Ritesh had earlier reported happened on 27 Nov 2014.

                                      Hi, I regret to inform you that i purchased bedsheet from PayTm but saller send me different product i paid by Paytm cash wallet when i did complaint they scheduled reverse pickup by third party Delhivery.com but before 3 days continue they smas me i pickup today but not in real and put wrong information customer request for delay. It happen daily so i request you please take action and order regarding this issue. and credit my money i don't want to come again on PayTm.
