I created paytm account on 28 Nov and transferred Rs 4000 on 29 Nov thru HDFC netbanking. I also linked it to Uber for my usage. However, today I find that my account is temporarily blocked for login?? Please urgently respond if there is a technical fault or should I take police or legal help for recovery of my money. i paid my MTNl Delhi bill through PAYTM .The amount of Rs 1058 was deducted twice but MTNL bill is still pending.i dont know why not any quick action is been taken regarding this.there is no contact no where we can talk to exexcutive .This is not a small amount but still authority is irresponsible and careless. sir, I have paid Rs.890/- towards Reliance Engery Electricity Bill on 30th November 2014 through my mobile on PAYTM App. My Reliance Energy Account NO.[protected]. However, immediately thereafter my bank was debited for the said amount and then I got a message from you that "Reliance Energy Network is taking time to recharge. We are giving them 2 hours to recharge, else we will refund your money". Till now I have neither received my money back nor my bail has been paid. Please revert in this behalf ASAP.

I have done recharge of 250, money got deducted from my paytm wallet but recharge has not been done. I have already logged complaint with Paytm, but they are not willing to resolve the problem. They just say recharge has done form there side. Even though I have not got any recharge.

Sometimes, your bank takes time to reflect the refund in your bank account/card. I checked your account again and realized that you have already initiated a refund request of Rs 768 on 13.11.14. Your bank may take 3-10 working days (and sometimes even more) to show this money in your account/card. You can check once with your bank quoting the refund reference number[protected]. Hi, I had made payment for my BESCOM Bill of Rs. 500, After waiting a week I received my new Bill in which previous bill was not paid. After giving complaint I have received email from customer care that payment has been initiated after one week. Again I waited for a week still it was not paid. Again I raised complaint regarding this I got my money on my wallet. I requested for refund to my account it has been 10 Days Still I have not received my money on my account. From last 4 to 5 days I am trying my account to open, but paytm shown my account blocked temporarily. I replayed at [protected]@paytm.com so many times but response from executive says within 24 to 48 hours your account will be unblocked. But till now my account is unblocked. About 1500 Rs. in my wallet balance.

Hello, I tried to make a bill payment using Paytm of my Airtel Landline, it failed. Not once or twice, 4-5 times. The money is refunded in the Paytm wallet which is more than Rs. 1500. They are not even giving me a reason for the failure of payment, even after writing mail for 3-4 times. Now m money is stuck up in Paytm wallet. If the amount was about Rs.200 to 300, then I wouldn't have bothered, but its the matter of Rs. 1600. To credit it back into my bank account Paytm requires 21 days. Why should I wait for 21 days, when its not at all my mistake.

On 27th of November 2014 I received a phone call of a man. he told his name Deepak Shriwastawa and said that he is calling from ATM Center MUMBAI and taken the details of my ATM Card. He told that this query is for verification.But he was a big fraud and he began to use the amount of my account and made so many transactions. Hi, I regret to inform you that i purchased bedsheet from PayTm but saller send me different product i paid by Paytm cash wallet when i did complaint they scheduled reverse pickup by third party Delhivery.com but before 3 days continue they smas me i pickup today but not in real and put wrong information customer request for delay. During recharge of R's 50 by pay Tm service provider is filled BSNL instead of IDEA by mistake and recharge is queued .My order no is[protected]. I want my money back and recharge it for IDEA.THIS IS HAPPENED ON 28.11.2014 AT 7.11 PM So please do the needfull.
