I just make a recharge of 330 i got d recharge but the voucher card which i pick is does not exit showing when i use in that site i used it after complete of my recharge with in five minutes, how it does not exist with in a five minutes if it likes why they kept

        I had created account for uber.com and add money in pyatm. Now I am unable to access my account, when i try to reset password, not getting any OTP message. I have written to paytm customer support but they replied with Hilarious response which is different with my query. I am still waiting for their reply.

        I tried again with the forgot password link, finally this time I got OTP message and i was able to reset my password. Thanks!!

          Paytm is such a pathetic customer service that they are least bothered to resolve their problems. they even dont have helpline number. I have been waiting for their response for last 20 day but no reply. never do transaction with paytm..if anything goes wrong they are not available.

            I have purchase a bajaj sandwitch toaster from paytm.com order no. [protected] but due to some reason I have returned the product by madhur courier service on Nov 22 to merchant at Delhi address and they have received the product on Nov 24 as per the courier company. Courier tracking number is [protected]. From Dec 1 I tried to communicate with paytm regarding the update but I am getting the same message that my amount will refund once merchant receive the product, as per the courier company merchant has received the product, but paytm team is not taking any initiative to confirm with merchant just giving me same IVR type replies everytime.               I booked 2 tickets from goa to bangalore for my father and another for 28 dec 2014, 5pm . Boarding point was Margao bus stand. Travel agency name is Bhavani travels Bangalore. To my surprise, the bus didnot come to that place. nor the bus conductor called me before leaving. i called bhavani travels, his owner was not there in his office.At 6.30pm a bus came of bhavani travels but my dad's name was not in the list. he said they donot have tie up with paytm website.so he denied entry into the bus.The ticket was worth Rs.2398 Paytm doesnot have any contact no, only email.My dad who is 57, had to take a general govt bus in such a cold night.Late night I called bhavani travel again. he told that he don't have tie up with paytm website for bus booking.
              100% ASSURANCE !!! GO TO HELL, pls cut the crap!!!
              my order no is[protected]. Bus booking from Cuttack to Kolkata..It was my worst experience ever!! waited for bus from 9 pm, till 11 pm no bus came i have called paytm customer care after 20-30 consecutive call got contact luckily and took contact no of bus service. called them too and they said the sudden word that they have got no confirmation from paytm and bus has already left long ago. My whole plan was tuned to a already.. again called paytm customer care. that too worst customer care service i have ever experienced. every time you need to call 15-20 times to get a successful call to their executive and till then you will have your 15-20 bucks balance deduction already. Any way after contacting them they also contacted bus service and confirm me the silly foolish words that "it was miss communication between them and your whole amount will be refunded"... till morning no confirmation regarding same came to me and also no refund.. again i have called them but the same story with their customer care number..already i have lost my 50-60 bucks balance just to follow up the issue.
              just a simple request to Paytm team dont harass people with your whole foolish business experiments. I need my refund confirmation either i am planning for consumer forum. same happened to another person with order number[protected].
              i booked a bus, bt i didn`t recieve any conformation message r mail to me

                  Never do a "Paytm Wallet recharge" if it fails to recharge it will show that it is successful. And if you write mail to them they will just ask you to wait for 2 hours saying lattency period. And they wont reply you back again specially a guy named Vikas. Its more the 24 hours they have not refunded my ammount to the wallet I was forced to rechagre from an external source. This is how they make money, first they gain your trust and u go for a wallet recharge they wil definitly cheat of that wallet.                     Ordered Lenova laptop for Rs28235 and payment done through my Citi bank CC. After 10 days Paytm cancelled the order without any reason. The amount paid towards the laptop also not refunded to my account. Now I have to pay the interest for the amount paid for laptop. When I try to call their CC, I could not connect to them. Multiple tiles i called and even after 1 hour of waiting in their IVR, no one attending the call. When ever I send e mail, I just get some vague answer from them. I request to refund the amount along with the interest I need to pay the city bank cc.

[protected], canon powershot sx600hs with free 2200mah power bank 4 GB memory card carry case ( item #[protected]. When I open the packing the camera box seal was already open. Very untidy box. The camera was already been used. The charger, connecting cable all are of different products. Inside the box there is no memory card as mentioned in the purchase and there is no carry case. The biggest blunder is that I ordered for the silver color and I received the red one, which is Rs.2000 more than other websites ( flipkart.com). I have returned the item the very next day I received the product (12th dec 2014). The returned product has reached the paytm hub in kanpur on 17th dec 2014. Till now not a single voluntary intimation from the Paytm. Their responses to mails are vague and very irresponsible replies. Now I don't have neither money nor the camera. This was my first salary, and all my desires to buy a camera got vanished with this fraud shopping website. Please Please Please help me to get my money back. I am in bad need of money. And its not small amount for me. That was Rs. 11248.

                          My Complaint against order no[protected] . I had recharged my mobile no-[protected] worth rupee 200 using my debit card of HDFC bank but got failed, got that amount in paytm account after some time again i recharge the same no.[protected] worth rupee 200 from paytm account and recharge got successful. But on 24/12/2014 200/- rupee got deducted from my bank account by PAYTM that is totally fraud amount deducted from my bank account and i want my money back ASAP.

                              I have 712 rs in my account and trying to recharge my mobile and that is not working, I have brought the issue into their notice and they are not responding from 5 days and there is no transfer to account option to transfer money back into my account.

                                    I have purchase a shoe from paytm.com order no.[protected] and delivered by Relaxo Footwears, but due to some reason I have returned the product by ondot courier service on Dec 11 to Relaxo footweares Delhi address and they have received the product on Dec 13 as per the courier company. Courier tracking number is[protected]. On Dec 17 I tried to communicate with paytm regarding the update but I am getting the same message that my amount will refund once merchant receive the product, as per the courier company merchant has received the product, but paytm team is not taking any initiative to confirm with merchant just giving me same IVR type replies everytime.

                                      Sir on 02/12/2014 i had make payment of my idea post paid bill of amount 2080/- through Paytm under a transaction ID[protected]IGOOGTLCN3 till date that amount of Rs.2080/- cant paid to idea by Paytm because of that my mobile service brake by idea cellular limited .And till date that amount cant refund to my SBI account and not in Paytm cash valet so Please do needful regarding this matter, many time I will try to contact Paytm and also write compliant to consumer forum but till date can not resolve my problem.

                                        I ordered a wall clock on 19th dec 2014 and after 5 days i got damaged item and even of small in size. more over the color of item was not that i selected while online shopping. This was my first time that i shopped from Paytm, i swear m not gonna do that again. Had very bad experience.,
