I was recharge AIRTEL Mobile as on 02 Jan 2015 of Rs 55 through PAYTM Recharge app through SBI online transfer and transfer INB Paytm mobile solution Pvt[protected]IG00JWIRT0 TRANSFER TO [protected] ONE97 COMMUNICATIONS P, but not recharge complete till date and payment already deducted from my account.

    I recharged my phone with Rs. 175 towards internet recharge for my airtel mobile no. [protected] karnataka from your website paytm. The money has got deducted from my bank account. But I have not got the recharge amount on my phone. On the paytm website it shows in process. The order no.is[protected]. Please return my money or complete the recharge as my money has got deducted from my bank account. Thank you. Please do asap

      amount has been debited from my account today morning 11.1.2015 at 8.54 am through xenon valueserv - paytm of RS.2500 txn#[protected], and again at 9.07 am Rs. 2500 txn#[protected], and at 9.07 am RS 2500 txn#[protected], and at 9.07 am RS.2500 txn#[protected], and at 9.29 am RS 4000 txn#[protected], and at 9.29 am Rs 4000 txn#[protected]. totally of Rs 18, 000 has been debited from my account on 11.1.2015, kindly refund the amount to my account... a fraud has been done all these transactions from my account ... make a good reliable source of payment to the consumers...really bad... i[censored] need any more details let me know i will attach the bank statement entry details for you.

        PayTM promoted all wallet offers for quite some time and I purchased a lot of things with good pricing. But they suddenly one day block my account without any reason. After numerous mails to customer care, they tell me to send my bank statement to them - is PayTM a financial institution as is my bank statement a public document that I can share withy anyone? They are holding my PayTM cash with them and have stopped replying to my emails Please withdraw all your PayTM cash and close your account - they will do this one by one ton every customer!!

                Hi, My paytm username is [protected]@gmail.com There was balance of rs 100 in my paytm wallet when i ordered h hard disk then my 100 rs were deducted its ok but after some time my order was cancelled automatically but my money which was deducted was never refunded after some time i need to add rs 100 so i added to my paytm account not paytm refunded. so now when i talk to paytm customer care they are saying they have refunded the amount by pointing my 100 rs balance which was added by me not by paytm.but they are not listening this .I am attaching image also which clearly explains the problem still they are unable to resolve. I said transaction id is given from there they can easily get the information

                      I have recharged double time for videocon DTH through Paytm (349*2=698 Rs) on 31.12.2014.The amount which was deducted in my ICICI bank account, but which the amount was not paid to Videcon DTH.So please Refund the money or recharge the amount to videocon DTH.                         Sir, I ordered a nexus 5 black 16 GB[order no.[protected]] on paytm on3 Jan 2015 and got it delivered on 6 Jan 2015.. After I opened the box I found that its one speaker is not working.. So I mail [protected]@paytm.com After 10 mins I received a call from [protected] in which they claim that they are from paytm and said to refund my money to account.. And ask my ATM details and otp and cvv etc.. And then my account is deducted with lots of money... I paid 27239 for the phone to paytm...and rest all my amount is deducted by fraud paytm employees... I am attaching all the proofs I have: bank statement as well as paytm slip for phone.. My total loss is: 27239+100+1000+1000+1000+1400+3200+1000+50+100+815+100+100+17+17+17= 37155 this is the total loss.. Please help me out.. My contact no. [protected]

                            Hi There, Like I told you in previous email, the person was someone from your team with admin rights that credite Rs 1000 to my account instead of Rs 125 and forwarded it to his account. He smartly kept the log of incoming transaction and removed the log of out going transaction. You can check in my account. This is a very serious crime and will penetrate badly to PAYTM reputation in market. I will not let other to get cheated the same way that has happened with me. Request you to please do the needful.                             Hi

                            I had 1200 paytm cash in my account. There are three fraudulent transactions in my account with order number[protected],[protected],[protected]. These are not done by me.
                            I have not shared my password with anyone and these transactions are done by someone else.

                            Please provide me the IP Address/Client ID of the person who used my account and from where these transactions took place. I would be filing a legal complain against these fraudulent transactions.
                            Hi Sumit,

                            It must be someone from PAYTM team who has the access to user management section and payment revoking access.

                            We should highlight this issue as PAYTM stores users credit card and bank details with them, and if this is not taken care then it can happen with any person.

                            Moreover the PAYTM support team is useless in solving these queries as simply mark the request as resolved without even investigating the matter. Please post your complaint here and on other social media portals like; Facebook, twitter and even on whatsup for that matter so that they notice the fraud.

                            I also send message to few sales person of PAYTM on linkedin BUT it seems they don't care of their users.

                            I have seen many posts like this thorughout all the forums. I don't know how to teach them that customers are the only asset to a company.

                            Today some fake named (Karan) called me and said that he is calling from PAYTM...when I asked him about his linked-nsumersin profile and PAYTM ID he started abusing... I learnt from his ascent that he is fake person.

                            The No. from where he called me is - +91 [protected] and the time is 5:44 PM... I am sure if PAYTM is serous and want to help they can trace the person and hep their consumers. BUT THE Question is are they really want to help :)

                                On 31st December 2014, Someone ([protected]) has stolen my paytm wallet balance and recharged Rs.786. I have not shared my password with anyone. I have contacted with paytm several times against this fraud transaction. They have no intention to solve my problem.

                                  Poor and flustering Service from PAYTM I made a data recharge of INR 125 for my AIRTEL # [protected] 0n 14 December, 2014 using PAYTM… they deducted the amount from my HDFC account and shown a success message but never made the recharge. Till now, I have followed them on their support portal three (3) times BUT they close the ticket saying as issue resolved…. Finally I made a recharge using Airtel’s services. I again requested them to make the refund or put the amount as my PAYTM balance BUT they are not responding. Below are the transaction details of this case; ORDER NO. [protected] Dec '14 12:30 pm Recharge of Airtel Mobile [protected] Payment of Rs. 125 is received by Paytm! HDFC Bank CC Transaction No [protected] Please see if you can help In rply to this ::: someone from PAYTM called me with name as Anuj ( email ID anuj.[protected]@icicibankmail.in ) and said that the transfer of Rs 1000 have been done to my account. I checked it and it was there...BUT After 30 mins the amount was transferred to this email ID anuj.[protected]@icicibankmail.in WITHOUT MY NOTICE... I am sure this fellow is from PAYTM and has access to cental database. He has smartly removed the transfer details to his account from Log. He also reset my password so that I can not do anything with the transferred amount. I am afraid that this is serious problem for all the users who are using PAYTM for recharge as they store your credit card details with them... PLEASE STOP USING PAYTM for your safety...                                       I checked it and it was there...BUT After 30 mins the amount was transferred to this email ID anuj.[protected]@icicibankmail.in WITHOUT MY NOTICE...
                                      I am sure this fellow is from PAYTM and has access to cental database. He has smartly removed the transfer details to his account from Log.
                                      He also reset my password so that I can not do anything with the transferred amount.

                                      I am afraid that this is serious problem for all the users who are using PAYTM for recharge as they store your credit card details with them... PLEASE STOP USING PAYTM for your safety...

                                      Its not secure not reliable to use
