Dear Sir/ Madam, I would like to inform you that, i am a regular user of Paytm and have been using since last 6 months. But recently, I have made a transaction of Rs 3, 000 on SUN direct DTH recharge thru PayTM and the transaction was failed. The amount Rs 3, 000/- (Three thousand rupees) debited from my ICICIC bank account and not credited. The order no:[protected] &[protected] and the transaction ID no: [protected], date: 15.11.2014. Tried to contact the toll free number[protected] several times, but there is no response. Expected that the money will be credited with in 3 working days. But still amount Rs 3, 000/- was not credited in my account. Request you pl take appropriate action on paytm and return my amount as soon as possible. Regards, Boni.       I have order an product...order no[protected]..which i recieved on 26 nov 2014...and on 26 nov i have requested for returning of the product throught...till today's date they are just telling me the same and same thing that we will resolve your problem in 3 days and the in 7 days your problem will be resolved.. i am now pissed off with the service and silly replies..i want my refund back and take your product back.

I Made a recharge of rs 124 of my reliance no.[protected], but recharge was not happen successfully.             Hi, I have ordered milton tiffin/lunch box in paytm last week. My Order No:[protected]. I got order today. But the product inside the paytm seal the product cover was already opened, it is old product and damaged product. The lid of the box is broken. I used paytm for my all online shipping's (recharge, products). I lost trust in paytm site after i got this broken and damaged product. The product also not looking like original. I think paytm site delivering duplicate products. Please Give my money back into my bank account. i don't want into paytm cash.               I have bought Nikon p530 point shoot camera (ORDER NO.[protected] on 23 OCT '14 6:44 PM. I received the item but I have not got the 8 GB memory card though it is clearly mentioned on the box that the camera comes with 8 GB memory card. Later I was informed that the 8 GB memory card (class 10) will be delivered to me within next 3 working days.(view ticket no. Ticket #[protected] After that one of your executives informed me on 16th November, 2014 at 4.19 pm that she has escalated my issue to the concerned team and will get back to me with an update within next 48- 72 hours. (view ticket no.Ticket #[protected]. After getting no response with in this period I again contacted to customer care. Once again on 20th November at 4.30 am I was informed that unfortunately it will take another 24 to 48 hours. (view ticket no.Ticket #[protected]. Today on 4th December at 10.45 pm after 40 days from my purchase date I being frustrated writing you this.

                      i paid my dakshin gujarat vij bill through PAYTM .The amount of Rs 2211 was deducted twice but vij Bill is still pending.i dont know why not any quick action is been taken regarding this.there is no contact no where we can talk to executive .This is not a small amount but still authority is irresponsible and careless.                         I have made a payment on paytm.com for my number [protected] Tata Docomo GSM UP WEST thru my Kotak debit Card i.e 1400 rs at 08:20 am on 28/11/2014 . But still I haven't received any confirmation message regarding payments on my mobile yet. Also I have confirmed from Tata Docomo Stores as well as from Tata Docomo Company Executives.They are refusing for any payments made to their company. Moreover am I required to beg the Paytm for the rectification of bill payments, time and again? But now I have lost all faith in paytm.com and I was cheated by your company.                               they told me to courier back to sellers address…after doing that i have
                              submitted invoice of courier with tracking details and my shipment have
                              reach to their seller address on 19 november 2014 and still they are
                              not giving me refund of rs 1099 …they are making always excuses that we
                              will solve ur problem in 48 hrs etc .etc. no rply from their cc no one
                              is picking the phone…so plz sir i[censored] can help me on this i will be very

                                But still order not deliver however expected deliver date was 21.11.2014, tracking also not updated after 19.11.2014.

                                      Hello there, I have ordered from paytm on ''19 OCT ''14 4:38 PM'' and other details are - SHIPPED 22-OCT-2014 2:35 PM DELIVERED 28-OCT-2014 12:48 PM When I unpacked, this was the different product (very less of quality) what had been shown in the product detail. So I requested to get that order back. After 1 day on ''[protected]:38:25'' & token no. ''[protected]'' I dropped an email to paytm, They replied me to confirmed return and agreed to arrange pickup for return from their respective courier company. But they din''t arrange any pickup and from that day I have been requested many times and I sent many email regarding this and what they do, They generate me a new ticket every time and nothing else. This is ridiculous and really feel bad experience from paytm. Paytm is such a reputed company and one can''t expect this kind of behavior from paytm. Below are the tickets generated by Paytm. ORDER NO.[protected] Request Ticket nos Time[protected] 17:29:[protected]-14 14:7:[protected] 14:50:[protected] 10:58:[protected]-29 17:38:25 I am fed up and submitting this complaint when I can''t see any way to get rectified this issue from paytm.                                       I had booked one ticket from Shegaon to Pune via PAYTM website. Order no is :[protected] on March 24 2015. Bus operator was "Sheetal Travels" Akola. And before 2 hrs from departure they called me and said the bus was canceled and u will get the refund of money from PAYTM by raising request. I have raised so many req to to the paytm. They said that bus was not canceled and u wont get any refund. Plz help me out with this situation. Tell me what to do.
                                      I had ordered 2 powerbanks [MI 10400 mAh Power Bank With Free Micro USB Cable And Charger Extension Robo (Silver)] on May 13, 2015 from paytm [Order#[protected]].
                                      On May 19, 2015 I had received my order. But unfortunately there was only one powerbank instead of two.
                                      So next day I sent a mail to paytm regarding this matter. They asked for 48-72 hours then. But I didn't get any reply after the said time from them. So on May 23, 2015 again I had sent a mail to them. And again they gave me a time of 48-72 hours. Unfortunately this time also I didn't get any update about my product.
                                      On May 27, 2015 I had given a call to them. There I was told that due to some problem with the seller [Seller Name: Laxmi Enterprise] they were unable to send me my product. So within 48 hours I'll get my money back. I agreed with them. But I didn't get my money back within the given time span. So on May 29, 2015 again I called them and again I was asked to wait
                                      for 24 hours. But the result was null. I called them on May 31, 2015. But I didn't get any positive outcome from them. Till date I've spent near about 200 rupees for calling them [as they do not have any toll-free customer care number], but didn't get my 648 rupees back.

                                        I used my credit card to pay my Aircel bill of Rs.430 through Paytm on 23/11/2014.. But unfortunately it was not accepted by Aircel comapny and it is debited to my HDFC credit card bank statement. I also received a statement from Paytm that the amount Rs.430 will be reverted to me . But still now the amount is not credited to my HDFC bank statement. Now i request you to check the transaction on that day and revert the amount as early as possible. Rajamani

                                        i recharged my mobile through paytm, but my recharge was failed, and paytm took amount from my bank account... after that i filed a complaint in paytm customer care regarding my refund amount. More than 20 days gone, still now i didnt get my refund amount.. paytm customer just telling to wait that's all no more clear response from them...
