During recharge of R's 50 by pay Tm service provider is filled BSNL instead of IDEA by mistake and recharge is queued .My order no is[protected]. I want my money back and recharge it for IDEA.THIS IS HAPPENED ON 28.11.2014 AT 7.11 PM So please do the needfull.

    I regret to inform you that i did order PRESTIGE OMEGA ALUMINIUM DELUXE FRY FAN from PayTM portal my order no is[protected] but the seller send me different product the seller product description was PRESTIGE OMEGA ALUMINIUM DELUXE FRY FAN and i received product that is PRESTIGE OMEGA SELECT + COATING and weight is 500 gm with courier weight please take action and order regarding this issue so it never happen again . please find the relevant information on screen shot.

          Since Tuesday 25th nov 14, my account has blocked - i want to know on what reason
          1000/- amount paid was not credited into my wallet account.
          Paytm Care Reply is very irritating and negligence reasons. For every mail, they will reply after 24hrs or next day.
          Their is no customer care no for any urgency.[protected] is citi bank number updated in the web.
          More than 10days, still my purchases has not been delivered.

I called to courier partner gojavas earlier they told me they will deliver it today tomorrow and like wise. but i didn't receive the order till now and now they are saying contact to paytm they will answer you.                         order no is:[protected] ordered one item from the website on 13th november and was expected to be delivered on 19th november. But still the shipment remarks is showing as shipment in scan which is strange. Don't know which type of scanning is being done. There may be conspiracy to deliver the defective product(same as we read in newspaper for manipulation of apple products by a courier company staff). I have written to them 2 times and everytime u have got assurance that the product will be delivered within 3 days. This is the worst shopping experience i have ever faced among all the shopping websites.

                          After working for about 10 days, the tablet has gone off and does not power on again. This went off when the battery was charged at around 95%.

                                i recharged a reliance net connect with Rs 1500/- 05.11.2014, but it didnot got thru and got a message that the amount is lying in may wallet. again subsequently i tried to reuse the amount from the paytm wallet and it didnot got thru. the TICKET NO[protected], and got a mail from tarun on 11.11.2014 saying that the amount is refunded to my paytm wallet. I send mail to you to refund the amount to my credit card account on 09th, 11th, 15th, and on 21st of November 2014 to refund the amount to my credit card account without further delay. But no reply from your end till now. Response awaited.

                                  Hi, I regret to inform you that i did order bed sheet from PayTM portal and seller was Handloom Trends my order no is[protected] but the seller send me different product the seller product description was cotton bed sheet and weight was 700 gm and i received product that is polyester and weight is 500 gm with courier weight please take action and order regarding this issue so it never happen again . please find the relevant information on screen shot.                                   Someone call me on mbl no [protected] and say i am calling from paytm customer care and ask about my dabit card no for return money process but i paid money trough paytm wallet cash.

                                      Hi, Don't buy anything from paytm.If you buy and return the product you will not get the amount back.Two plus months have past.I didn't get my Rs 28000 back.I have returned the product on 1st of October till now they are only sending me a email add the difference and all... they have not returned the amount.I have requested them many times but they didn't return till now .Please return my amount as soon as possible.My order number is MPtkt[protected].I have order Google Nexus 5 and returned it also.

                                        I have purchased some product from homeshop 18 trhough paytm account. while doing the payment in the first attempt it was not processed. in the second attempt the message was come that your order has been placed successfully. When I checked the bank transaction details the particular amount has deducted twice from my account with HDFC bank. The transaction ids are[protected] and[protected] respectively for Rs. 1442/- after deducting the paytm credit. Pls look into this and do the needful at the earliest.
