first paytm blocked my wallet and showing KYC pending go to this this this shop and i went more then 30 shops for the KYC but there is no solution always showing an error on every single shop. my wallet was blocked and there is 9020 rs blocked I went to the bank for the kyc twice also but there is nothing pending from my side. Paytm Mobile Solutions — Money deducted against dispute

Paytm first deactivated my kyc and then deducted rs 5000 from my wallet against dispute. What have I done to deserve this ?

I have ordered from mamaearth app and paid the amount prepaid only . But after some days it automatically showed order delivered but I didn't get my order and even didn't get a single cal from courier service. I tried to contact several ways but there is no actual customer support to their website and they replied with the same mail all the time. This is a fraud website....

I called to paytm customer care on 1 july 2022 to close my paytm fastag and refund my security amount but till now my fastag not closed and not getting refund amount. i called up paytm customer care more than 5-6 times but not getting satisfactory response. ticket id : [protected]. paytm also not responding on paytm24x7 help chat option...very very poor customer care...

I am using Paytm last 4 year my Paytm no [protected] Wallet balance Freeze in last 4 month even profile name also wrong I was daily basic email and send my bank statement even SIM card activation date, but there side no response, only daily asking bank statements and SIM card activation date, all ready all documents I send him really customer support very low ....

I made some transactions through Paytm Postpaid last month, bill due date is yesterday (07-Jul-22), the bill would have been generated on 01-Jul-22, I did not receive an email/SMS either for the bill generation or regarding the upcoming due date.
