    Hii...my name is hardev...my complaint is against Paytm postpaid...i activated paytmpostpaid and use it...but then i pay my bill of 368 rupees...After that i didnt use single rupees of paytm postpaid and suddenly one day i recieved call from them and they said u jsed 300 ruppees and now you have to pay ...after that they including penalty charges for every month and now i have go pay 710rs ..

    I have Proof that i never used single rs after my first bill payment...proof in picture
    They call again and again ... Please help

      I have been charged late fee of around 1000 for the past 2 months even after paying the amount withing 4 to 5 hours of due date. I did not get any reminder or notification regarding the late fee as well. I even raised a request to waive off the same after making the complete payment but there is no revert. It was mentioned that it will be resolved within 4 hours but it has been 24 hours now. They themselves are not meeting the SLA and deducting the money for consumers. I have had a very bad experience with paytm postpaid. On connecting over call, there is not direct call with paytm postpaid department. This is highly unacceptable.
      Kindly refund my late amount being paid by me. It is going to affect my credit score. What a hypocrisy. You should meet your SLA first before deducting customer's money. It would be better if my late fee is refunded for both the months.

        Hi Paytm Team,

        I was using Paytm Postpaid from long time in my old Mobile but after changing the Mobile, I am unable to open my postpaid account in New Mobile and I am using same Mobile Number in my New Mobile and postpaid bill also pending due to not open my Paytm Postpaid account. Please share the payment link for Paytm Postpaid Bill Payment. I am unable to see Paytm postpaid bill payment option in my Paytm

          I have to pay my due till 7th of feb and i paid 7593rs after after 1 hour of due date and at the time of paying my dues there was no late fees but when i paid after that paytm charged me late fees of 885rs which was not in my original bill so i want to request paytm to waive my late fees which is illegally charged on me

            I have to pay my paytm postpaid bill and amount was deducted and payment will be in processing stage.At that time i have checked no late fees charged. After that when the payment would be complete then late fees was charged. I am paying my bill every month on time. This time payment would be stucked. I request you to please waive my late fees charge

              I done transaction through my paytm app mobile no. [protected] in android mobile on 10th January 2023 by applied promocode for cashback payment done through by paytm postpaid but cashback not credited soon it coming to 1month & its mentioned in cashback it will credited within 5days..
              Still i am not get any cashback of 80inr
              Please resolve this

                I done a payment of 1499 INR in nike app for a puchase of 2 shoes. after completing the payment money got deducted from my account. but the order didn't placed in the app. after reaching nike customer care I came to know that it will take 24 hrs to confirm the order. but till now i didn't get any mails from nike. further investigation i came to know that the same issue happened with many customers. as of now i wanto know about the confirmation of my order rather than the refund

                  I have been trying to deactivate my Paytm postpaid for a few days and failed. When I call the customer care number from the app, it says that Paytm postpaid queries should be done through the app. In the app, it is showing as my Paytm postpaid is blocked/frozen but I have made all the payments and there are no dues. Please help asap.

                    Yesterday I updated my old Paytm account [protected] to my new Paytm account [protected] but after updating the mobile number when I tried to login to my new account it showing error that I am unable to login and when I tried to login old account from which i transferred my kyc it's kyc and all data is cleared.
                    I also attached the error image which i getting while logging the new account [protected].

                      I was using Paytm swipe machine for more than a year
                      Opened a new shop paytm sales person visits and i was ready to take Life time machine for 5, 000 and i payed on the spot only i wanted was new shop name and adress on the new machine which was not done even after 60 days of purchase contacted person who sold this to me refused to give solution and gave me his TL number he again took another 18 days still no solution then TL gave me his manager number who was way to rude
                      Still Waited for another week no solution was done also the sales guy gave me sound box saying only 1 rs per month and after 2 days 125rs from my payout was deducted stating sound box maintaince fee and i gave sound box back in 3 days but paytm did not deactivate it and for 3 month straight 125rs deducted also while taking life time machine i request them to deactivate and surrender my old rental machine which again for 60 days not been picked up and 470 +18% GST kept on deducting from my paytm payout Calling paytm service centre was another pain the word u say i need refund u will be placed on hold and call we be discounted after a long hassle i gave my both machine back the new machine i didn't even used for a month because name of shop was different not a single ruppe is given back to me all verbal complaints is done on customer care but yet no solution
                      Paytm give Target to their sales team but dont train them enough to teach customer they are just behind number of sales
                      Its my humble request to any merchant dont go for paytm
                      I was a paytm merchant for more than 1.8 years and my daily sales were more than 50k as paytm loosed its valuable merchant but no remorse to them

                        Hi this has to be brought to the notice that paytm is running a scam and exploiting consumers interests. They have just given me a limit of 2K for paytm postpaid service and I have been making all my payments on time while they never gave me an option for auto debit because they seem to be so cunning to impose late fees on customers. I had my postpaid bill payment manually on 8 Jan 2023 2070 Rs. While they had an issue with their app hence I couldn't make the bill payment on 7 Jan 2023. This shows they are charging so much for late fee in order to just provide you 2K credit limit.

                        I would like to highlight this case to concerned authority so that other people can protect themselves from being victim of this money trap. They don't have any customers service also

                          I complained with Paytm and HDFC of a fraud scam. My account was blocked as a result. The matter was resolved and HDFC reinstated my account.

                          I was informed by Paytm team to provide with NOC. I uploaded NOC on Paytm complaint and then I was again informed that the NOC needs to come from the official HDFC mail ID. The bank manager informed me that he mailed Paytm twice - once 3rd week of Nov, 2021 and 1st week of Dec, 2021.

                          HDFC bank manager also informed that HDFC have no authority to unblock 3rd party app and NOC was not required.

                          I haven't heard any confirmation from Paytm team if they have received the NOC or not.

                          In April, 2022 I was informed that my account is suspended. I mailed Paytm to refund the money in my wallet which I haven't received yet.

                          Also Paytm complaint disappears after 2 days which I feel is illegal or unlawful.
                          After every few days I have to register a new complaint and explain my entire situation over a message application. As customer, the app does not allow to take screenshot. I have registered many complaints with different ticket number. It was confusing me to specify one ticket number with HDFC.

                          I would like my refund and request Paytm to have a better customer service and not disappear customer's complaint in their application.

                            I have purchased second hand car from spinny and then new fastag order from paytm. fastag receive in 1 week. after 3 moths one problem regarding fastag because GJ27CF7403 Car number registered 2 fastag as well said NHAI (My Fastag) Customer support member. why are you new registered fastag and also patym not said that already this car activated.

                            my complaint only paytm and NHAI why are you register two member name fastag register.

                            my RS.500 loss because this two fastag activated.

                                      I had use paytm post paid money of 1000. i forget to pay after 2 month they charged late fee more than 1200, they never ever remind me to pay my bill, i was contact to aditya birla capital and paytm as well for remove overcharged late fee but they are not responding. as for now i am paying the bill but i am requesting you to look into, and get back my overcharged money which i paid.
