I have already applied personal loan through Paytm.Application submitted and approved on 16 March 2023. I have got notification, loan disbursement is done within 48 hrs. But I have got not yet. There is no customer support for personal loan. No way to solve personal loan related issues. I try to contact customer support executives, there is no way to discuss our problems regarding personal loan.

      My Mobile number is [protected].

      I had one issue with the paytm postpaid.

      My february 2023 month bill was generated Rs. 5, 002/- which I have already paid on due date which was 7th March 2023. It is also showing success in my paytm account. But still dues are not clear and and it is showing pending dues. Amount has also been deducted from my account.

      I am Trying to reach customer care since last 15 days still the issue is not resolved.

      I have also received one call from Paytm and have also resolved the issue to the executive on phone, on which he asked to wait for 72 hours which has also been completed. He also looked and said that yes the Payment has been received but still my account is blocked.

      Kindly help me in this regard. Help Tickets issued from 24x7 customer care is not solving and automatically it is getting closed. Kindly look it into the matter and revert as soon as possible.

        No reply for a raised ticket

        I have raised a ticket 3 weeks ago and I did not received a reply or a solution for my problem.I have referred my family member to Paytm and I have completed the T&C and the referral show as successful but I didn't get my reward as they said....

        i am since using paytm payment bank account No is[protected] IFSC code is PYTM0123456 in this account in the date if 14/06/2022 11:00 am to 01:30pm In between the Mangla Enterprises Merchant has Account holder with out knowing me debited Some of Rs 57650/- it si not Total @ once But it will debit Rs 3450/-, Rs 1000/- Rs 3000/-, Rs 11000/-, Rs 800/-, lastly Rs 38400/- Has debited without knowing the amount deducted messages also i didn't get After 2 o'Clock i seen my account No balance ?
        i given complaint against cyber crime about my Paytm payment bank Has been hacked i registered complaint both bank side complaint Has also under process and the other hand in cyber crime department No response complaint register No is [protected] i visited attibele police station also .

            Hello good afternoon sir,
            paytm mobile solution to set automatic deduction in my bank account for gaana.com for ruppe 299 till 2041 for every month without any knowledge of me . whenever am reach to paytm executive they said they didnot do any cancelation and it is deduct 2041 continously every month and they can't help due to paytm policy system.
            but they deduct money from any customer bank account its they liable its their policy. I can request more than 10 times call 6-7 times & make many ticket but they can't help me regarding this issue. i am sharing some image for prove they start deduct but not stop.

            please stop my atomatic payment systm

                It's been almost a year since I am a using paytm postpaid service. I always paid and never missed a postpaid repayment. Honestly saying, On February 7, 2023 i was jam packed that day, so busy throughout the day, at night 11.45 i suddenly remembered that it's the due date of paytm postpaid bill payment today. So i quickly opened my paytm app and initiated postpaid repayment. Money got deducted from my bank and but on paytm it was showed as in processing state. Payment Order Id [protected]. I have screenshots for that too. I did the full bill Payment that was due. Now It was from paytm end, that it has been processed late around 5 am in the morning. Now my postpaid account is blocked from thier end and late fee is also got imposed. It was my first time that i had faced this issue with them. So i tried to connect with them, raised issue through tickets on thier support section. No resolution provided. After a week i started getting multiple harassing calls on daily basis from aditya birla finance, and still getting till today. I tried to explain them the issue, that fault is from paytm end. Then started threatening me, like they would ruin my cibil etc. I request them again and again to provide late fee waiver for the first time, even if i was right from my end. But they don't listen. That's why raising my issue here. Hope, if this way works and helpful to raise my voice. Thanks

                  i am manas srivastava. actually i took a loan amount of rs. 750 from paytm postpaid in 2019 and he increases the amount to 12000 after that i got a message that if you pay the amount of rs 4000 your loan will be recovered and i pay the amout of rs. 4000 but after 4 months again i received a call from paytm postpaid that i have a remaining amount of rs. 15000 . this is really fraud done by paytm

                          My Paytm Postpaid was not paid and I have sent mail to NODAL officer regarding repayment time extension. But the Collection Agents continuously calling and messaging from multiple numbers for several times in a day which leads me mental stressed and affect my duty that put me inferior and slow my earning progress. As per my advocate advice, asked them to show their ID cards and ask them to send through official mail ID. till date they didn't show or send. Meanwhile, Paytm is levying charges and interest every month. Collection Agents torture is unbearable and coming through various numbers and after several days, I am complaining here. I don't know whether this is done under the permission of Paytm or following the RBI norms. Let me file complaint with RBI also regarding the same.

                          Some of the messages i have received through WhatsApp stating FAKE Legal Notices also.

                            I am Nihad Ameer a paytm user with upi ID [protected]@paytm & Phone Number [protected], my phone has been hacked and 2 fraudulent activities has been reported on my phone thrugh paytm @ 6:18 AM & 6:20 AM, 22 Feb 2022 which i have lost 12, 276 Rupees as Rent Payment to Mohammed Firdouz, [protected] is the number i got from my passbook, i tried contacting the the number and that number was not responding so i logged a complaint on same date @ 7:18 AM, Ticket ID [protected] and later called toll free number and registered another ticket : [protected] : and paytm executive informed that transaction is on processing stage & will block the payment and backend team will contact me within 48 hours, ( Till now i have not received any call form the backend team regarding this ) i made a follow up yesterday (23-Feb) and today and i have not received any updates and when i contacted paytm my call was not getting connected
                            Today i got a message from paytm instead of blocking the transaction which was informed 2 days back Paytm has made that transaction to the fraudulent federal bank account (Receipt attached) ..i contacted SBI Bank which my payment has gone and they informed to contact paytm regarding this as money transfer happened through paytm ..
                            I am a Paytm user and this is the first time I am having such a bad experience and the money i lost is of a Big Value. Kindly request you to look at this and help me to get my money back as I have already reported this issue within 1 hour from the fraudulent transaction time to block this payment. you can call me anytime @ +91 [protected]

                              Loan Disbursed But amount not credited

                              I applied for Business Loan for paytm. Its been 7 days still amount not credited. But EDIs are being deducted from my account, zero support responsibility from customer service. Note the fact that there are super abusive. Even contacting from the partner lendor didn't help and asked paytm to disburse the amount. But no resolution....

                                Hii...my name is hardev...my complaint is against Paytm postpaid...i activated paytmpostpaid and use it...but then i pay my bill of 368 rupees...After that i didnt use single rupees of paytm postpaid and suddenly one day i recieved call from them and they said u jsed 300 ruppees and now you have to pay ...after that they including penalty charges for every month and now i have go pay 710rs ..

                                I have Proof that i never used single rs after my first bill payment...proof in picture
                                They call again and again ... Please help

                                  I have been charged late fee of around 1000 for the past 2 months even after paying the amount withing 4 to 5 hours of due date. I did not get any reminder or notification regarding the late fee as well. I even raised a request to waive off the same after making the complete payment but there is no revert. It was mentioned that it will be resolved within 4 hours but it has been 24 hours now. They themselves are not meeting the SLA and deducting the money for consumers. I have had a very bad experience with paytm postpaid. On connecting over call, there is not direct call with paytm postpaid department. This is highly unacceptable.
                                  Kindly refund my late amount being paid by me. It is going to affect my credit score. What a hypocrisy. You should meet your SLA first before deducting customer's money. It would be better if my late fee is refunded for both the months.
