It's been almost a year since I am a using paytm postpaid service. I always paid and never missed a postpaid repayment. Honestly saying, On February 7, 2023 i was jam packed that day, so busy throughout the day, at night 11.45 i suddenly remembered that it's the due date of paytm postpaid bill payment today. So i quickly opened my paytm app and initiated postpaid repayment. Money got deducted from my bank and but on paytm it was showed as in processing state. Payment Order Id [protected]. I have screenshots for that too. I did the full bill Payment that was due. Now It was from paytm end, that it has been processed late around 5 am in the morning. Now my postpaid account is blocked from thier end and late fee is also got imposed. It was my first time that i had faced this issue with them. So i tried to connect with them, raised issue through tickets on thier support section. No resolution provided. After a week i started getting multiple harassing calls on daily basis from aditya birla finance, and still getting till today. I tried to explain them the issue, that fault is from paytm end. Then started threatening me, like they would ruin my cibil etc. I request them again and again to provide late fee waiver for the first time, even if i was right from my end. But they don't listen. That's why raising my issue here. Hope, if this way works and helpful to raise my voice. Thanks
