I was told that the personal loan issue that I was facing will be fixed by 27th of December but since that day, your support team hasn't responded. It's just disappointing that I've been a customer of yours for 3 years and this is how you treat me. It's the least that I expected from you. Your support team is supposed to be 24x7 but they're hardly there for 20 seconds.

      This is my second time that i am complaining because I purchased Robux (in game currency of roblox) of Rs.449.00 twice but i didn't got any robux but instead the money has been deduced from my account . I did this 2 times because at first it said purchased failed at the last moment after finishing the transaction and the second time I tried, it said "you already owned this purchase" and the same money got deducted from my account . PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

          Transaction amount 42, 345.82 were deducted successfully but the premium is not updated till date.

            This transaction is made by me but unfortunately the money is sent wrong account, the transaction number is[protected]. i could report for this but Paytm customer service is not responding,
            I tried calling the Paytm customer care number [protected] 20s time but he not any response.

                I had a Paytm Mumbai Metro Store Value Pass with a balance of ₹266. Since I no longer travel using the metro I decided to cancel the same.
                I did a cancellation on[protected] from Paytm Mobile App Android. It displayed the cancellation was successful but I can't locate my refund.
                I was charged ₹29 as Cancellation Charges.

                Paytm App doesn't allow screenshots and I didn't receive any mail communication for the same too.

                Paytm Customer team is not helpful. Please help escalate.
                How to get refund by cancellation of store value pass ?

                    On 25/11/21 i paid my bill through paytm debit card due to network issue i cancelled the payment but the amount 3867 got debited from my paytm bank account. So I contacted customer care they said me to fillup dispute form i did the same but they keep on saying that incorrect support document I attached the email the merchant has sended. Actually I don’t need to fillup those form it automatically refunds. Not only me alot of people have been facing refund issue with paytm I don’t know what they do with our money and my merchant has released the payment but paytm is not refunding me. Kindly paytm refund my money within 24hours.

                      I tried purchasing an item from lords mobile. The amount got debited from my account but I didn't received the order. Upon enquiry, the purchased got cancelled. The order was not even showing in the Google payment history. Later on when I contacted the Lords mobile customer support team, they send me a screen shot of the cancelled item. I tried Google refund but as the item got cancelled, I was not able go through the process. I am attaching my transaction details, screen shot from the Lords mobile customer support team and Google play help history . So please go through this issue ASAP. I need to know when I get my refund and how long it will take? Please resolved this issue at the earliest.

                                I made a transaction on 23rd dec on tcsion hub to buy a product the amount (599) got deducted from account but the purchase was not successful. I even contacted the TCS ion hub they said to check with the bank. Bu the bank didn't resolve my problem. I even tried to apply for refund but the Paytm bank is responding properly.Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
