I am not able to send money from my wallet attached to 98xxxxxx76 although it is fully KYC and also to other Paytm user to whom I am sending money is also fully KYC. I have already tried making a complaint via chat and call but no resolution has been provided yet.

Can you please help to provide me the resolution asap.

        Hi,
        I had Rs. 4357 in my Paytm Account in March 2021 (as per the closing balance). But this balance has surprisingly disappeared from my wallet and it doesn't show any transaction history as well. I have been trying get in touch with right person to get my money back, but Paytm Customer Care is good for nothing. Chat Support option is grayed out too. I dont know who should I talk to for getting my Rs 4357 back.

            I have seen that Paytm did transaction through postpaid though there was amount available in wallet and upon notice next day postpaid amount was cleared through wallet.
            I have opted payment through postpaid only when there is short of payment in wallet which is not my case.
            Also tried to approach to register my complaint and surprised no proper channel to hear customer voice.
            After a week Paytm third party continuously calling and disturbing on demanding charges and blackmail that they can influence on credit rating.
            It is surprising how Paytm can introduce third party without consent and don’t bother about customer.
            I am against the false charges and protests the same hence not paying.
            Paytm hope you will take care.

              Dear Sir

              I would like to bring to your kind notice that a person claimed to be an army man Naik Randip Singh (submitted his ID) contacted me by seeing the advertisement on india Mart and He need 4" Pipe For army canteen and will make payment through upi or paytm or gpay .

              He has sent his ID proof as army card . I am out of my town so I said I will deliver that at 4.00 Pm . Later there was another gentle man who spoke to me informing that he was his boss and wanted to transfer the amount through paytm.

              During the discussion there were some details that was shared and somehow during the process he insisted that I first transfer the amount 1rs to his paytm and later he would transfer the amount back to me through paytm. It was Rs.11838.
              When he said to scan QR code and recived the 1rs as confirmation at that time I realised that it was a fraud person... But as pipe was ready to deliver in E-Riksha So we scan QR code and send him 1rs and I recieved 2rs in my upi .. then he said to repea that process for 11838 rs...

              Immediately I realized it was a suspicious transaction and informed cyber crime and complaint to them on their website . So I only transfer the 1 rs only but I don't send him 11838rs because I realised that it was spam call...

              I can share the details of the transaction that was made through paytm. I would like to bring to your notice and this transaction took place on 05/11/2021 . I am sharing his army id taht he send me .

              This I felt is fraud and they trying to cheat me. Hence I am bringing it to your notice and I would request you please verify and take necessary action.

              The suspicious mobile numbers and the 2 persons who spoke to me are:

              I don't remember the name of his boss

                  I ordered a vegitable grater form Flipkart and cancel it.. Refund is initiated by Flipkart on 01/11/21 with Reference Number : P2111011204284497259470.
                  But not received in my paytm payment bank till now..I contacted Paytm customercare but no responce...Paytm customer care not respond to solve my problem..I need my refund..I have enclosed Flipkart refund screen shot...

                      I have paid money of rs.350 on[protected] wallet transaction id - [protected] and order id[protected] to indian oil petrol pump my transaction gone fail money deducted from my paytm wallet but fefund not credited. I have tried so many time to inform the paytm but in new application paytm has skiped every option of generating the ticket of problem on other side no complain email id is provided or contact number are also complicated to talk to customer executive to talk. My line remain busy for eight minutes but continue massage received.

                        I had booked bus ticket in PayTM on October 21 later the bus was cancelled . I had raised an helpline ticket. They didn't solve my ticket and I didn't get refund yet.

                              I have placed an order with Paytm mall( paytm ecommerce) for a juicer. The order id is [protected]. The cost of the juicer is 2760. When they delivered the product through their delivery partner, I received an electric kettle which is if mere 1000 rupees. I have raised replacement request saying incorrect product delivered but they cancelled my replacement order. I raised again and now they are saying send the serial number of the item and the packaging image. I have sent all the images and there is no serial number on it and now they are stopped responding to any of my messages.

                                On 27 October at morning between 9:30 p. M. To 11.00 p. M. I was trying to payment electricity bill (In the name of Shanti Lata Mohanta) to odisha discom/nesco via paytm by debit card, but rs 2287.34 was deducted from my HDFC bank account (Transaction No.[protected] dtd. 27.10.2021) but not paid to nesco/odisha discom, i request to you please refund it or payment make successful as soon as possible.

                                    I have made Rs684 transaction towards paytm balance on 13th August2021 and my bank account has been debited with transaction no.[protected] ONE97 COMMUNICATIONS. BUT it is not reflected in my paytm wallet
                                    Pl. Resolve my issue at earliest.

                                        What could I do if Flipkart is not refunding my money which they deducted from my paytm wallet? The order was not placed, and Flipkart is not taking any steps to return my Rs. 1019. On 7th October at 11. 52 my order is placed and amount debited. Then instantly i got cashback of 100rs.but order not taken i have waited 4 days but not recieved my order. So i contact them but till now 25th October my refund not recieved. Order id is OD[protected]. Paytm not responding paytm Wallet transaction id is [protected]. Order id of flipkart which paytm recieved is PZT[protected]X6ZWQ01. No help from flipkart or from paytm. My suggestion please don't purchase from online. If you purchase also don't prepaid. Hard earned money don't neglect. Very bad experiencs sometimes. U just losses ur money.
