I am here at sarai kale khan standing in the midnight time and writing this mail as my bus was from here at 2.15 which is not yet came at boarding point at 2.46 .
Do you have any concern, even paytm has no location track on the bus
What is this behaviour, standing alone here with the stake of security and i didn't receive a single call for bus.

    Hi,

    I do recharge on [protected] for 666/- rs from the paytm app on 10/12/2021.

    The payment was deducted from the account but recharge not done. On the payTM it shows successful but the recharge was not received.

    I am trying to contact with company but there is no way to contact with company and to post my complaint.

    Please take necessary step to refund my money from paytm.

      Hi Sir,

      My compliant against PayTM. I had booked a flight ticket from PayTM for Pune to Delhi in Air India. But later airlines cancelled the flight and on calling to airlines they said that full refund will be done and advised me to contact to agent (PayTM in my case).

      I reached out to Customer care of PayTM multiple times through multiple modes of contact, but they never responded with confidence that when will I get my money back. Even they did not follow up with airlines for my refund but at the same time they are/will be charging Extra money as service charge to coordinate with airlines to get me refund.

      I my self reached out to Air India customer care for multiple times and they said that ask your agent to follow up on the case as refund will be done on original payment mode (as I did book my flight from PayTM they will refund to PayTM on followup and then PayTM willrefund me back after deduction of their service charge)

      I sent emails to their NODAL officer too at [protected]@paytmbank.com, but NO RESPONSE.

      Kindly help me Getting my refund. Thanks..!!

        First of all, I am your dedicated customer using your services and I enjoyed using your service. But I had faced a problems that still do not solved yet from your end. So, for my issue and grievances, I have been in contact with your customer care No. [protected] and 24x7 help services for the last 1 week to solve my issue but there has not been any positive response from your end to my grievances.Therefore, it compels me to approach your platform to solve my problem.

        Total Deduction of Rs. 31, 000 against Withdrawn against Dispute on Dated 22-11-21: Detail transactions are shown below:
        1. Rs.1000 - Transaction I.D.[protected]. Rs.5000 - Transaction I.D.[protected]. Rs.5000 - Transaction I.D.[protected]. Rs.5000 - Transaction I.D.[protected]. Rs.1000 - Transaction I.D.[protected]. Rs.1000 - Transaction I.D.[protected]. Rs.4000 - Transaction I.D.[protected]. Rs.3000 - Transaction I.D.[protected]. Rs.4000 - Transaction I.D.[protected].         Total deductions was Rs. 31, 000 was made from Paytm wallet withdrawn/Hold against dispute.After I raised a concern of this issue through your customer care and 24x7 help and after providing all necessary documents required..Total of Rs. 26, 000 was credited back into my Paytm wallet on 29-11-21 instead of total amount of Rs.31, 000. An amount of Rs.5000 is still missing and yet to be credited back into my paytm wallet. for this issue, I have raised a concern with your customer care and 24x7 help of this missing Rs.5000 which is to be refunded into my wallet account along with Rs.26000 to make it to be fully refunded of Rs.31, 000, but till date there is no credit back of my Rs.5000 into my Paym wallet and there is no revert response message from your customer care as well. I Requested you to immediately look into this issue and credit back of Rs.5000 into my paytm wallet which is due from your company.

        I have uploaded the screen shot of the amount deducted from the paytm wallet and also the amount credited into my Paytm wallet account. Check the amount difference between total deducted and total amount credited, check the difference and do the needed full math difference and solve my issue at your earliest.

        Please check all my history chat with this Ticket I.D. No. [protected] with your customer care at 24x7 help and also all the transaction history of Paytm wallet for your reference in solving my issue and problems at earliest.

        My only issue to solve is to just credit back my missing Rs.5000 into my Pytm wallet which is not refunded fully out of Rs. 31, 000.

            There was a fraudulent transaction in my PayTM postpaid account where my limit of Rs 60000 was used for a few payments. I have escalated to PayTM but it is not getting resolved. From the transactions, we know the phone number which fraudulently used my PayTM to pay.

                I have purchased paytm gold through my paytm wallet on 01. 12. 2021 and sold it on the same day. But I didn't receive the sale amount to my bank account.

                I have made several complaints through their dispute system. When they didn't respond, I have contacted their bank customer care people over phone and requested them to credit my money to the bank account.

                Despite my complaints in every possible form, there's not a single reply from their side, nor my amount got credited to my bank account.

                Please see that I receive my amount to bank account

                  I have ordered fastag on 26th november 2020 and the promised delivery date was 28th november but the same has not yet been provided till date i. E. 3rd december 2020.
                  On raising query through their online help page they have not communicated any satisfactory reply as to when will it be delivered and their customer care doesn't respond and always show busy. Delivery agent is rude as well

                        I am using Paytm through my mobile number [protected]. Today i booked my domestic gas cylinder through their mobile app as it mentioned a cash back offer for booking gas through them. Today morning (03/12/21) i booked my gas cylinder and made payment through Paytm. After the booking it didn't give any cash back offer as mentioned. When i tried to raise the issue through their customer support it doesn't give any option to raise that issue. This is pure cheating and misleading the customers through their fake cash back offers

                            Dear sir/madam,

                            I booked a ticket to travel by bus of Babu Travels by Paytm app
                            I got my ticket confirmed and we also had seat numbers reserved V, U, P attached pdf.
                            but at the time of my travel bus operator kicked out us from the bus saying that my tickets are not confirmed
                            I register complaints on the Paytm app my complaint ticket Id is [protected]
                            Instead of providing me a refund, they told me that policy refund claim cannot be honored as its not their policy
                            I was traveling with my 1yrs old kid and with my family and we got mentally harassed by the whole situation as the bus operator told after the departure of the bus
                            Please provide justice so they cannot do the same with other people

                                    I found out that money has been deducted from my paytm wallet citing a wallet dispute. I have no idea where this dispute came from . There are no operations through my wallet that would warrant a dispute. I only use the wallet for payments at local shops .

                                    Paytm, it seems, had refunded Rs 106 to my account by mistake in the past which they deducted this time from my wallet. The problem is they don't provide a proper reason and the customer is left scratching his/her head.

                                      Hi,
                                      I have been cheated by Paytm wherein I had booked a flight ticket on Paytm for travelling from Bengaluru to Mumbai scheduled on 23rd October 2021 with the booking done on 23rd September 2021 by paying Rs. 5130/- After booking the ticket I was informed by the Airline that the flight timings have been revised and since I was not comfortable to travel on the revised timings I spoke with the Airline (Vistara) customer care person and got my tickets cancelled and I was informed that full refund will be made by the Airline which also confirmed by the the Paytm customer care. I was informed by the Airline customer care to coordinate with the travel agent for getting an update on my refund and I had accordingly spoken with Paytm customer care twice/thrice and was allotted complaint/ticket no [protected]. However till date I have not received the refund of the booking amount (less Paytm convenience charges) eventhough I was informed by the Paytm customer care person that money will be refunded within 30 days from the day I had intimated the cancellation to them immediately after I spoke with the Airline customer care person.

                                        Since July 2021, Money from my account is being deducted by "Ecom Paytm Noida" in total more than a thousand bucks have been debited from my account without my permission. I do use Paytm but that's not me! I want to file this complaint against the company
