I had purchased an ifb elite plus sx 7.5kg washing machine from paytm portal on 06/10/2017 paid by netbanking. The product was supposed to be delivered on 17/10/2017 but it was delayed to 21/10/17 evening (Which was saturday). We called the ifb center for installation but since it was a weekend they came on monday evening. However there was no socket of 16 amps so told us to install that and call back. Since those were diwali days it was difficult to get an electrician in our village but we managed to get it done by wednesday. We contacted the ifb center again for redemo and installation. However when this time the machine was opened it was noticed that there was a joint holding the top cover to the backside of the machine was broken, which a technician only could have noticed while installing and not a common man. I know that i was informing this after 7 days to the paytm, but the machine was delivered on weekend (Off days so 2 days wasted), 4 days went in attending the ifb technician and 2 days in installation of socket. So i kindly requested for replacement of the top cover (Roof). The machine otherwise is working. All other online portals gives atleast 15 days for replacement as in such appliances third party service is also involved in installation on whom we don't have control. However my request was not entertained. Paytm has poor customer service. Paid helpline number which charged me 20 rupees per call, no reply to emails. By rules i am at fault but rules are pathetic (Just 7 days in country like india when things go so slow especially in rural areas) but i request paytm to extend this warranty period for atleast those appliance which require third party for installation so that no one suffer like me.

    This is to bring to your kind notice that I transferred my paytm wallet amount of Rs 1240 to my bank account on 20th October but the amount not been received in my bank account till date and my payth wallet amount got detected from my paytm valet. Do the needful in this regard.

There is no reply regarding the issues in app. Please provide some information. Provide with patym executive number. Or branch office number. So that i can contact them

        I had placed an order on swiggy on 28.10.2017, but the payment got deducted from my bank account and the order did not get placed, i received a message from swiggy that the same has been credited to my paytm wallet but i did not find any such credit to my wallet account (Refund ref no :[protected]. Also, when i tried to contact paytm customer care support, there was no response or a way out to resolve such issues.

            This is vinesh kumar, paytm customer, i ordered a lg automatic top loading washing machine rs. 13890 through order no [protected] in which rs 2778 cash was to be received to my paytm wallet in 24 hours on the shipment. Shipment made and product was delivered on 20th oct'17 but still i have not received my cash pack of rs 2778...

            Please look into the matter and resolve the same..

              I order one frameless painting from paytm. The ordered which i received was in a very bad condition. As it was a painting so it has to be covered in a proper way (Like amazon does). But it was just rolled and sent to me in the plastic bag. As a result, it is bent from many sides. Moreover, the print is also blurred. It is not in the condition to frame it. I called their customer care. Agents are so blunt having no sense of customer service. He told me that it is not possible for him to replace it or return it so bluntly. His name was ravi nanda. I requested him to pass this line to his supervisor so that i can ask him to for return. He kept me on hold for 40 minutes. Even after spending my 40 minutes i couldn't speak to anyone.

              I have never pathetic customer service like this. I request these people to take this product and return my money this time and i promise them i will never ever buy anything from paytm.

                Hi all,

                I had ordered a kodak smart tv worth inr 16, 999 whose order id: [protected].
                It had been paid through credit card and placed in emi for 9 months. The emi transaction no. Is [protected]. The problem with the transaction is that the amount which debited through credit card bill is total amount i. E. Inr 17, 098 (16, 999+99-shipping) not the emi amount. I have also contacted to my concerned credit card bank (American express) and asked same to them. They informed us that they did not receive any request for emi from vendor side. Please look into the issue and let me know.

                    Paytm or any other form of wallet should have facilitate wrong recharges to reverse or refund in any case, don't ignore by just we are helpless. I have 2 jio numbers today i did recharged of rs 399 to my number [protected] transaction id [protected] reference number [protected]. I was mistakenly did recharged. I was supposed to recharged my other number [protected]. Now am requesting to you to refund or reverse my recharge (Right number [protected])

                        I buy packet of parle hide and seek choco roll.I reedem the code inside it and without entering my mobile number and password it shows successfully paytm cash added but when I open my account the amount remains the same before and after redeeming it. Please help me.

                        One more thing is that on the packet it is written that one number can use it for 3 times but when I enter the second packet code it is said that one number can reedem it for one time. Why so?

                            I had ordered two memory cards one is sony and another is kingston on[protected] order id is [protected] by paytm but when i received package on[protected] and open parsel i get one samsung fake empty memory card when i complent about that they give me money of sony memory card but not give kingston memory card money when i ask for help then they do not give any answer. Today one delivery boy come but he also should not return this product he said that i have return request about kingston memory card but it is fake empty package of samsung memory card so i should not return this product.
                            Respected sir/mam please do any action as fast as so that company not do fraud with more customers.

                              On 15/10/2017 i recharged my bsnl mobile number with a data pack of rs.56. This was done through paytm. Paytm has deducted the amount on the same day ie 15th, but i got a message from bsnl saying that the recharge was done successfully on 17th. Because of paytm, i lost all the carry forwarded data which was accumulated after so many months. I informed the same about paytm and demanded explanation over this delay in recharge. But unfortunately i have been receiving irrelevant mails from paytm.

                              Tikona bill payment was initiated on 17/10/2017 through paytm order id [protected]paytm[protected]. Amount was deducted from the bank. Neither the amount is credited in paytm nor the bill has been paid. There is no clue of that amount. When asked to paymt, they said that it my banks policy to refund the amount in 7-14 days. But today is 15th day (Almost over). Even in the bank statement, it is mentioned that the payment has been made to paytm.

                                      While booking ticket from irctc. I paid by paytm. The transaction got cancelled showing no response from your bank. Then got a sms cash deducted from account. Then received a sms from paytm team successful payment aganist order id*. Transaction was cancelled by irctc 5 min early. The order i'd is also not showing in my paytm transaction list...                                         In last one month i was cheated on seven orders from paytm mall including my family members, which we placed during these festive season. I was online customer for long time including amazon.Com (usa). But, first time I was cheated by any online seller. Now my family is afraid of online shopping due to this one seller paytm mall. One order of cutecumber girls dress comes without shrug and we are still waiting for return pickup. One jeans comes like used. One shirt and one pant has fitting problem, and this cancelled orders still lies with me and waiting for return pickup and refund. Paytm mall cancelled two of my orders. Order no. [protected], and order no. [protected]. One item was a shirt from allen soly and other was a phillips iron. This has happened with my friends also. After promising huge discount, they have not delivered item, and cancelled it after 15-20 days. It looks like they are running fake promo. Due to this, i lost opportuinity on many festive offers for same item. When, I write to them, they have refunded, but given no answer for cancellation of order. Such fake selling should be stopped and action should be taken against such sellers. They are highly unethical, unfair, and cheater. Such seller should be punished for making fool to innocent peoples.
