I am not able to see the tickets of train by the use of paytm... It is not working when I click on the date on which I want to see the tickets... It is getting shut off from the train item and going back to paytm homescreen

    We have ordered suzuki access through paytm on 13 oct. The order i'd is [protected]. The vehicle has been picked up from showroom on 19th oct. We still didn't get the cash back of rs.4000. Called several times to paytm customer care and done mails too. But still didn't got my cash back as paytm advisors says they will highlight the issue and it's almost 10-15 days. I am hearing daily from them. Worst service and worst company. Will never book any of vehicle from paytm.

      I had cancelled my train ticket vide pnr no [protected] and irctc has refunded an amount of rs 1910 through paytm to my hdfc credit card which has not yet been credited.
      The details of my transaction is mentioned below.
      Trans id: [protected]. Dated : 30/09/2017.
      Refund id: [protected] dated : 03/10/2017.
      Amount : rs 1910
      Pnr no: [protected].
      My account is blocked from past 14 days and no body cares to contact or to help, wat d is ur technical issue which is not resolved from past 14 days.. i want my money back which is ky paytm wallet
      I have purchased Loreal shampoo with which i have got Rs.60/- paytym cash with a promocode. I have tried to recharge with the promocode to my mobile number which was not working.Please solve this issue.Thank you.

        I have paid my electricity bill amounting rs. 3142.16/- on 22.10.2017vide reference no[protected]gacfuayg0 and order no. Is [protected]. Amount already debited from my account but not credited. As such it is requested to do the needful and credited back to my account immediately.
        I am bookin the tickets of thor ragnarok hindi 3d in pvr anupam saket delhi but it is showing the error with cinema
        Wallet tran id-[protected] transfer of amount from wallet to bank account.amount debited and showing request pending.customer care is worst in paytm bcz I'm unable to contact customer care executive(it says incorrect id).

            As per condition they are not giving my cashback. 4000 rupees of cashback is not refunded from last five days. So please take strict action against them. And as soon as possible refund my money. If i am ordering something then they deduct payment in few seconds and when the time comes to refund they told 1 week etc. So please see my complaint and have a chat with them. Thanks
            I tried to transfer 3000 through paytm to my friend but it showed transfer has been failed but amount has been gone and i got a message thank you for purchasing through paytm . How can i purchase anything when i tried to transfer amount and there are no transactions in paytm about that amount. Please refund my amount.

                My order id is showing cashback recieved but not credited to wallet and amount is showing pending. Paytm cash txn id [protected]. Please look into the issue and resolve at the earliest.

                Photo attached for failed cashback reception. Time of deposit was 31st oct 2017 18:53hrs.

                This amount is supposed to be credited in my account but not happened so far.

                      I am attaching the recharge information screen and i got the benefit after recharge both are differ, i complaint to paytm but they are not understanding my query & also not giving me proper response, they are saying contact to your telecom operator and you got right benefits.in information they are showing 60days & 30days benefits but i got only 28 days benefits.

                      So please see this.

                        Issues : my account password reset automatically last week. There is a balance of approx rs.16500 in wallet ([protected]).
                        Date : 2 november 2017 :
                        Tried to take help from paytm number : ""[protected]""

                        Description : i tried to reset my password - ivr says “due to technical issues we can not send you password reset link, try later”

                        My attempt:
                        I tried 2-4 times in this week but same message i got.
                        Now they have blocked my account with no justification why?
                        There is a balance of approx rs.16500 in wallet ([protected]).

                        Alternate solution i tried :
                        I tried to email at "[protected]@paytm.com" - that email id routing to ivr help.
                        Stuck in same ivr thing
                        I can not send any email to paytm, can't talk to their representatives.
                        By every way paytm route me to "[protected]" and stuck on same situation.

                        Now imagine : how many customers with their wallet account balance are stuck and paytm is using their money for their purpose saying your account is block.

                        My point : if account is block, give a solution do not throw us in front if ivr.
                        Send an email, give us a call, ask us to justify. Paytm prefer to keep the money and let you mess with ivr only.

                        I need a solutions in this week else this issue will go little high - keeping my possible effort to pull you attention to details

                              Hi,

                              This is to inform you all that 'all your bank details and paytm details' are not safe and please check your credit/debit card for unauthorised transactions.
                              Friends please if possible just remove your saved card details in paytm and not to add more paytm cash.
                              The customer service is very worst and they won't help you if any debits from wallet/cards.
                              I already transferred my paytm cash and i uninstalled paytm in my mobile and few of my friends as well.

                              I think paytm shared their details with some one else some one hacked our details from paytm, everyone got their salary so please beware from paytm.

                              I faced this problem, paytm debited 499 inr from my account (Paytm cash) and 288inr another transaction (Cancelled and refunded) but i didn't done that transactions and some one used my account details and paytm allows others to login with out otp.
                              I am from hyderabad and never and ever i logged in from haryana/gurgaon but with out otp she one logged in and used my wallet for 2 transactions.
                              I raised a complaint at that time they shared the 499 inr transaction and details below.

                                Paytm — can't login to paytm via facebook
                                I was actually using paytm everyday for my mobile recharge. I used to login via facebook and i had even added a paytm wallet of rs.200, i had used rs.100 from my paytm wallet but the next day when i got to paytm there was not the option of login via facebook.                                   I feel like i have been cheated on paytm continuously! When ever i order something i get damaged or incomplete products! It never ever happens to me on the other sites, they really care about their customers. I got cheated again because seller sent me one product as i ordered for two as it’s also mentioned on the product page! Order no. [protected] query ref no. 40663115. I contacted customer care who doesn’t seem to care! Tells me that they cannot do anything because of the return policies! I don’t care about the damn return policies okay! I have paid for something and i should get the same product with the same quantity and quality! My money is not a waste! I never complain this much but this has crossed the limits. The sellers are cheating customers through the replace return policies this way. I’m a regular customer and paytm always waste my time and money and i thought it was improving and even recommended paytm to others. Now i will not do so anymore. After so many days since i had placed my order, they message me that my orders got cancelled or delayed because of issues from either sellers or courier services end. They have also delivered some of my orders at wrong places and to people who are not related to me! Such sort of services are provided by paytm! This is ridiculous!

                                      Paytm, today at 00:45 am, i have recieved the messgae that 99 rs was deducted from my account automatically without my permission. When i was watching video in my gallery. I was not using even saavan today. Please arrange to resolve this on urgent basis and arrange to refund my money asap.

                                        Sir, i booked a ticket on irctc on 20th october 2017 by allahabad visa debit card through paytm gateway, but the ticket was not booked and the amount of 800 rupees was deducted from my account. Irctc refunded the amount by 22nd of october but i have still not recieved the amount in my bank account. I have attached some details of ticket.
