I had taken ticket from irctc through paytm when i cancel my ticket then
My amount 530 rs has not been transfred in my account. When i show in irctc account then.in irctc showing that he has refunded to paytm account or not in bank account.
So please help me to refunde my money.

    I lost my paytm registered mobile number [protected] two weeks ago and requested to update my new mobile number as registered mobile number. I forwarded all the required documents for the same, and i have written more than 20 mails in last two weeks but failed to get any solution, they even not responding to phone calls and emails.
    Such a irresponsible behavior is very very disappointing
    I want to solve the issue as soon as possible

        I ordered puma sneakers from paytm. Sneaker didnot fit me. So i put it for return on 14th oct.. The return request was automatically cancelled. I tried calling paytm customer service desk, raised many complaints under my orders option on paytm site and sent multiple emails as well but no one is responding. Now it's been more than two weeks return is not done. My money is stuck in paytm..

          Even after 10 days of buying the scooter from paytm i haven’t received the cashback.

          Neither the agency know anything about this nor i am able to reach the consumer helpline.

          Even after rasing ticket on 21st they didn’t respond.

          I have been trying to reach paytm via facebook and twitter, they don’t have the courtsey to reply.

          I haven’t seen such kind of service.

                I had been suffering from last 35 days regarding the recharge issue of rs399 plan on my jio number, which was done by me on 24th september 2017 through online transaction by paytm, and it had been shown success but still my recharge didn't done. I already had raised my issue on jio customer care on calls and didn't found any solution instead of a suggestion to contact to paytm. So i had a word with paytm and they response me saying that the recharge was done successfull with the refernce number br0000eb5vgz shared by jio merchant.

                    Dear sir
                    I have ordered a product on 11 oct 2017 through paytm.com and i have received a defective product. And paytm provide 10 days refund policy. When i requested for return my return request was cencalled without my permission and i have received a message from paytm your return request is cencalled due to address unavailable. If my address is not available then how can i get my product.
                    And after that i have complained in paytm order section but no response received from paytm regarding this issue. After 3 days i haven't received any resolution from paytm care.
                    So i want my immediately.
                    I have already complain in consumer court regarding this due to not received any response from your hand.

                      I have placed a order for fujitsu life book a555 laptopunder order no [protected] on 29th september 2017which was delivered to me on 5th october 2017 but it was a non functional product hence return was requested. Paytm has arranged a offline pickup from ecom express under which the order was picked from me and was delivered to seller on 17th october 2017.

                      I have repeatedly notified this to paytm mall team with the valid return pickup receipt and tracking details with mails and their app at least 4 to 5 times. I have even called them and notified the same for more than 5 times.

                      Still they have not provided me return or refund until now

                      Instead they are now again requesting to iron the product and keep ready for pickup.

                      So much stupidity is not observed in any case, please request a proper resolution.

                        Transaction id in irctc -[protected], 495, 532, 612, 629, [protected]. All transactions are failed due to paytm not transferred amount but from my sbi debit card has detected the amounts. Please look on this issue and sort as soon as possible. Because am not able to contact paytm.
                        And also sbi peoples says they cannot sort this issue those payment had debit to paytm account. My paytm account no [protected].

                              I paid electricity bill and applied a promo code bses50 in which i will get 50rs.in my paytm wallet. I applied it successfully but after paying bill it didn't credit my account. Query ref. No. 41507523. Order id: [protected].

                              When i complained about this they told it didn't apply however i did. The worst part is that they told me you will get resolution within 2 business days but they replied me in 10 business days. This is very ridiculous & poor service. Very slow response.

                              I didn't get money that's ok for me but reply in 10 business days that is rubbish. They have waited me very long. No customer service company provides this much waiting period. Now i have switched to airtel to pay bills or recharges. They provide very high cash back and sometimes full cash back. Very fast & impressive service.

                                        I recharged for airtel dth for re. 510/- on 23rd october, 2017 as per offer dth account should have received 535/- re. But dth balance is 510/- only. The customer interface is not responding properly. There is no other way to contact paytm. Paytm order no. [protected]. Either paytm should remove this false offer or credit remaining balance to my account
