Since uber gave me an offer with paytm i loaded my paytm wallet with 555 rs. But since i couldn't book a cab with uber, i couldn't use the cash. Since the cash will not be able to transfer to credit card, kindly reverse my transaction as i do not want my money to be wasted like this. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible. For this item vaseline intensive care deep restore body lotion 400 ml, from the date of order till today, i didn't receive this product and i told to paytm for cancel it, through mail even through call so, many times but they are not getting what exactly i want to say to them. At last i do not want this product i need money back into my bank account. It's my humble request to you kindly solve this problem its already 24 days back.

I received Rs29806 bill for my matrix cellular network.
When I tried to pay bill online on 18th October 2017, the gateway option I chose was paytm and I paid Rs29806 and money got deducted from my axis account. Below is the transaction details "
INB/[protected]/PAYTM MOBILE SOLUTIONS
PVT LTD/matr ".

When I checked with matrix cellular customer support, they said that they didn't get any amount through paytm gateway and told me to confirm with paytm about the payment..

I raised a query in paytm app but didn't get any response so far.. I am attaching the snapshot of it also.
Please help me in getting my money back.

I have ordered 2 la firangi kurtas in order no. [protected], i received only 1 packet which had 2 items mentioned on bill but only 1 item inside. This kurta is totally different from what i ordered and obviously lower quality. There customer care lines are no more operational and if you send email on [protected]@paytm.com you get a mail saying this address is not monitored. I raise concern on the app but in vain. They asked me to return. I courier guy was asking me for 2 products but i rcvd only 1 so i returned only 1.

I am still waiting for resolution. I need 2nd item's money back or they should send item but no responce from paytm. They just close my requests without any resilution.

Not able to add money on paytm via my j&k bank debit. But using the card able to add money on other wallet. Very dissatisfying. Trying to add money from a long time but always unsuccessful. If problem is not solved.in future will never use paytm and also ask everyone to not use paytm. Even the toll free complaint no. Is not working properly. This should not be happening

I have ordered of once you 103 centimetres lg smart led tv from paytm on 25th october. It's order no. Is [protected].in paytm / paytm mall app when i click on returns/replacement option button it display a message temporary not available. And when i called paytm to register a return of the product they told me that first we need to approved photos you sent us by the seller and concern department. Neither the seller not the concern department is replying me back. My 56000 rupees has been stuck in paytm. Paytm is totally fraud.

I had ordered paytm mall groceries and i received two packages from which one package was fine and second package was broken as seen even the tap was removed from the box and the seal was broken, when i counted the products inside the box found that 3 products are less and on invoice material list is ok but someone must have removed the products.

Now this is not working, and i am going to take replacement this headphone in service center,
But company denied to give replacement because paytm seller not authorized.
Even representative also show me authorized seller name. But unfortunitlly this seller not listed,
Than how can paytm allow in such cases.

I need refund my money back or provide me replacement.

Sir i have bought an earth RO systam 15 letre acqua water purifier. It delivered to me on 13oct 17and the product is damaged.
my docket no. is[protected] and order no. is [protected]. Please look into the matter. Kindly refund my money or replace the product as soon as possible. So many times i complain against the product and try to contact customer care toll free no. But there is no response from any customer care centre.

I tried to redeem paytm cash to my paytm wallet but when i enter the code to the paytm mobile application, i received a message in which it was written, your request is under process and you will receive cashback within 24 hrs. Till now i have not received a single penny from Paytm.

This is vikas gera from rohtak haryana on 22nd of october i sold a gold of about 2.098 gm on paytm but the respected money (approx 6000 inr) is still not credited in my bank account. paytm has blocked my money . it is requested to solve the issue.

The product got cancelled itself on 16 october, i have messaged paytm team several times and they didn't care enough to reply once, i tried to call also on 24*7 number but they continue to keep the customer on hold for hours and no answer. Ihave paid an amount of 1895/- for a ticket from kathgodam to asansol through paytm payment gateway, though the ticket was not confarm, i cancelled the ticket. Irctc refund statement says they have refunded the amount 1830 paytmsdk on the date 17th october2017. But ihave not received that amount yet
