I would like to bring a case of cheating wherein paytm has not provided me with the assured cash back against my order. As per promo offer, i applied for "must buy" promo on my order no [protected] dated november 1st 2017 for rs.3302/- and code applied successfully for the amount rs.862 as per given details hereunder which paytm has refused to provide now. It's a clear case of cheating by paytm and i need the money back from them on immediate basis along with interest.

    Payment made to wbsedcl through cc avenue via paytm of rs.3301.03 fail left unresponded. The payment has been done on 04.11.2017. The transaction made through sbi with transaction no.[protected] enrouted through cc avenue. The amount was debited from my a/c. But the transaction fail remarked. When on 5th nov 2017 i contacted with cc avenue their personnel informed that the issue has been resolved and the cash amount rs.3301.03 has been transferred to paytm on 05.11.2017 at 1235hrs. Kindly verify the issue and arrange to clear my dues with wbsedcl (West bengal state electricity board at the earliest.
    I have transferred 9700 Rs. to my friends account but it was in pending status from last 2 days and till now i didnt got my refund.

    Paytm people are fraud they are taking money and blocking out accounts they are not even replying for the mail's I have around 500 rupees in my Paytm and my account comes like my account is blocked
    My Paytm account is been tried to unlock by others
    Worst app i will never use in my life from now. i am adding money to paytm 3000 it is deducted from bank account it is not added to the paytm account. worst customer care. How do i will get refund money

        I bought this blue led night light 0.5w automatic lamp for bedrrrom - order no - [protected] from paytm in spetember. That lamp does not fit / work properly as the plug is not good make / quality. I initiated a replacement refund request but paytm denied both stating that the seller is not agreeing to replace/ refund as the reason for replam=cement is not proper.

        I need your help for the same.
        I bought Boat earphone on 17 may 2017. Mic is not working. Please resolve

            I booked a darshan ticket for tirupati temple on 15/8/2017 for three persons and paid rs.1225/. The internet bank transaction is showing the transaction status as "success". But i have not received the darshan ticket till now.

            In the remarks of the bank transaction details show "pgmib-tirupathi seva ticket paid[protected]devam spiritual services" and the beneficiary/ biller is showing as "paytm mobile solution".

            Please help to solve this issue.

              I made an order worth rs465 on 25th october, 2017 in nykaa using my paytm wallet. However, the amount was debited twice from my account and the money has not been refunded yet. The order no. Is[protected].
              The first time i tried to pay it said "payment failed". So, i tried to pay again and then the payment was successful. But later i checked the amount was deducted from my account both the times.
              Please refund the amount at the earliest.

                Please raise return request for order no. [protected] because i requested 42 mm tempered glass for smart watch and i have received my this order on 1st nov, 2017. I have received 38 mm tempered glass which can not be used for my smart watch so i want to return my this order as it is wrong product. Moreover please refund my money which was used for my this order.
                I am trying to call custmore care but i am not getting any response from those customer care numbers.
                I have sent mail also regarding this issue but no any response from paytm.
                As i have to return order within 7 days as per paytm policy but if paytm will not response for my this issue upto 7 days so its not my mistake so please reply me on my number and resolve my this issue as top priority.

                  I have an account in paytm everytime i logout from paytm i face lot of trouble in log in i have to change my password again again then also i am unable to log in. Second problem is that any of my card is not working on paytm . I am unable to add money . And there no way to call there executive.. i am highly in trouble.

                      My paytm register mobile no is [protected]. My ac was temp block for login from feb 2017 in the period of notebandi. I have accept the money from some people through paytm at the same time paytm blocked my account. I have contect many time paytm customre care but they did not any responce. I have 16600 rupes in my account. I use my account personely. Paytm fraud with me by blocking ac. I request you to unblock my ac. Otherwise i will go to the court.                         Paytm blocked my account without any notice or reason. I had Rs.15k+ in my and on 5/11/17 when i tried to login to my account to recharge it said account is temporarily blocked so contact customer care. But the customer care service for blocked account has no priority at all. I have sent them emails on 2 different emails and they haven't replied me. They are not even responding to my tweets while I see they are responding to others. I have sent enough ID proof and reason why I think i might have violated their policy. At least they could they could warned me. They don't provide good service at all. Blocking accounts with a great amount of money in them is not a way to treat a customer.
                        My ref. no. is 42291144.
                        P.S. It's not like I don't remember my password.

                        They are slow I know but my account was unblocked. Just mail them on [email protected] and [email protected] and then tell your problem and then they will give you a reference no. just keep on tweeting the paytm care and vijay shekhar and just spam the tweets then they will solve the issue.

                          On 5/11/2017 my transaction of 335INR was failed. And I received the following message: "Your bank just confirmed a successful payment of Rs.335.4 on Paytm against Order ID WEBV2zzz[protected]zzz1. We will refund your money in case the order is cancelled. Please contact us at https://paytm.com/care if you have any queries. "
                          Till yet I haven't received any refund nor any guaranteed mail. Please help me with my refund

                            I made a payment for Swiggy through Paytm worth Rs.236.00. Order id [protected]. But the order has not been confirmed and cancled but i didn't get my money refunded.

                            I would like to know why the amount hasn't been refunded immediately after the order cancelled.

                              Yesterday i booked 4 movie tickets of thor: ragnarok because it was just released and me and my friends decided to go and see that movie. So i open paytm and booked 4 movie tickets in gold cinemas kota. The show timing was 9:30 pm. The tickets were 140 rs each and convenience fees was 70 rs and total amount payable was 630 rs and then i applied promo code family time in which i will get cashback of 150 rs the coupon was successful and it will transfer the amount in 24 hrs. And the money is not transferred yet. And my paytm registered no. Is [protected]. So its my humble request to you to refund my money in my paytm wallet asap. I i will like to bring in your notice that i am a student and 150 rs means a lot to me so please take action on this complaint asap.

                              There are few debits from Andhra bank account from 19 sep to an unknown I'd no 00218923 and other I'd 70015490. Nearly 25k is debit from the account. Kindly help. It's urgent. We have never used paytm account . Looks like some one is using it on our behalf.

                                I had purchased a item from payrm mall i have canceled tha order and recived a message regardin refund transfer in paytm wallet . Paytm wallet shows the transfer in bank but bank has not recived tha paytm

                                    All your customer care phone numbers are such useless!! None of the cc numbers have option to select to talk to the representative for immediate relief..
                                    There is no proper categories to select the appropriate question to raise complaints!!
                                    Such a hopeless n fooling people to use pay tm..!

                                      Today (5.11.2017) i went to the petrol pump for fuel, i paid to the merchant, i got the payment successful message, but haven't received any email for the payment confirmation and also marchant haven't received any sms for that payment. I called paytm many times in different different number but couldn't get connect to the executive once, i am using paytm since long time. But this is my worst experience ever i had. Now i want my 350 inr back to my wallet or credit to the marchant, so i get the fuel. Please resolve it as soon as possible.

                                      Today I wanted to recharge my airtel no. With rs.349 but they sent me otp of 339 and now from my account 339 has deposited and now paytm showed transfer failed.

                                        Wallet saying wrong password. I am trying to reset password. When i call from registered number, it is not connecting to the said number for reset password. If i call from other number it is connecting but telling it is not registered number. I want to reset my password immediately for shopping. I am worrying for this inconvenience. Whom to ask? How to ask? If no body comes on line to solve my problem.
