I was fill rajasthan police form but payment was show oops error and failed. My application id was showed payment pending. Payment released but no payment was complete successfully plz refund my money.

    Dear team.
    Iam using paytm wallet since last 2 years and iam happy with ur service also today 4/11/2017 i have made a transaction of rs 1338.96. It was a transfer from my wallet to my bank account but it was failed and debited from my wallet its not yet credited in my bank account and the status of this transaction in my wallet passbook is pending.
    I have called ur customer support and selected the correct option they told pls enter the transaction number that i have entered then the told its incorrect 're enter the number what the then i have checked my wallet and the number confirmed what the hell system ur using i don't know. The number was correct don't promote this much of customer support.
    Kindly check the below mentioned transaction number and resolve the issue at the earliest

      Paytmsdk — irctc refund issue on cancellation.

      On cancellation of ticket booked on 14-oct -2017 for journey date 16-oct-17 in visakha express (17015) pnr no. [protected] from new tuni to secunderabad, transaction id [protected] irctc is showing that rupees 540 has been refunded to bank paytmsdk. But the amount has not been credited to my bank account yet. Refund date is showing as per irctc 15 - oct - 2017. Let me know the reason for this inconvenience. Plz deposite as soon as possible. Plz tell me the prbm thanking you sir

I have changed my password but still its unable to login seriously i never seen bad app in my life but help me to login there is money in paytm as soon i get my money i swear to good i will never use this # up app in my life because there no option to talk a customer care directly who can solve the problem

              I have placed a order with order id [protected]
              My mobile no is [protected]
              On 1st of november i placed the order
              Order was about to get dispatch till 3rd november
              Today it’s 5th november and yet i am waiting for order to get dispatched

              Also when calling up customer care
              No one picks up and while reporting something in my orders section
              It sends me an automated reply

              That if doesn’t gets dispatched by 4th november, it will be auto cancelled and seller will be penalised for this
              But what compensation will i get for not delivering my order

              Also seller have now raised the price for same product
              So if order gets cancelled and i want to place a new order
              I will have to pay more

              Who will bear the extra cost

              I don’t want my order to get cancelled

              I want my product in new seal packed condition and within schedule, as promised

                [protected] this paytm user take my 100 rupees and he told that he will send me something. But when i pay the money, he refused to send the respective things that i wanted and he asked 200 more rupees. So i request you to band his paytm id and send my 100 rupees. I know this is not so much amount but if he did this again with someone else then your reputation will go lost. We believe you but if you don't take action against him i will quit from paytm. Hope you give a positive response. I have some screenshot as evidence. He gave me his address proof also. I don't know that address proof is real or not.                     Had very bad experience with paytm i am using last four years paytm i booked ticket from paytm srinagar to chandigarh return with travel insurance last week indigo flight call me for flights cancel information and give me some other options for travel other day then i write a message for paytm and write a simple msg (My indigo flight cancel this is msg give by indigo) and they after yesterday's paytm cancel my ticket and say sorry we can't help u when i told the customer care and say this email sand by u sorry we can't help u it's very bad experience

                      I booked a flight ticket through paytm today and i called up the customer care executive to know more about the offer for 100% cashback on convenience fee. He asked me to put a 'flydeal' as the promo code to get 100% cashback on convenience fee. I did not get cashback. I called them up again and now the customer care executive says that you will get 100% cashback on next 12 flight bookings after putting the promocode 'flyzero'. This is a clear case of customer mis-guidance

                      I purchased an order of rs 99 on sep 9 2017, which stated that for next one year, i will get 100% cashback on convenience fee and no promocode needed.
                      Here is the name of the order - flight zero convenience fee deal - 100% cashback on convenience fee on your flight ticket bookings for a year! Flight zero convenience fee deal - 100% cashback on convenience fee on your flight ticket bookings for a year!
                      Now when i book flight tickets, i do not get any cashback on convenience fee and now in my paytm account, it says the offer has expired

                        Hi, payment to irctc for booking my train tickets was done through paytm on september 25, 2017 for a to and fro train journey. Subsequently, both the bookings were cancelled on 29th september, 2017 and 2nd october, 2017 respectively and received a confirmation from irctc that amount has been credited back to my paytm account. But unfortunately, the refund amount is not reflecting in my paytm account. After following up with irctc received a reply, mentioning the date, time, transaction number of the amount refunded by them. Tried contacting the paytm but there no option where by i can report my complaint. Hence, i am writing the same here.
                        Request you to please look into the matter urgently and do the needful.

                          I m really very disappointed with paytm service.
                          I had made an electricity bill payment which did not went through as per paytm and after 2 days struggle the amount refunded back to my wallet.. Then i transferred that amount to my account from which i made the payment 2days back.. But it is showing pending since then.. And nobody is helping just because of this mess my bill payment got delayed by 5 days and now i will be paying a late fee and even a disconnection.. Plaese look into it and send the money back to my bank account asap... Why one should suffer for his own money???

                            Paytm is not at all replying to my queries i am stuck on blocked account from nearly 6 months they are also not telling me the reason for blocking the account the application just shows that the account has temporarily been block they tell me to call on there consumer care help line but the ivr service is so bad that it doesnt even have an option for that thing they will just simply disconnect our call atleast they should tell me the reason for which the account has been block thats the reason i am complaining about this here and then too the issue is not resolved i will simply file a police complaint

                                  I m a frequent paytm user.. Its a good app to use i have been using it till 1 year now but recently me and my friends are facing issue with the transactions..
                                  My grievance is that my friend was in need of money which i gave her earlier and now at the time or returning she returned as well... But i didn't received money
                                  More clarity about transaction... Money got deducted from her paytm walley and also i got the msg from dmipaytm that i have received money with transaction id in msg... Here the thing is i only received message not the money.. But it got deducted from my friends account so she is saying i have paid you.. When i try to call paytm customer care helpline there is no way we can get to live person.. Its jst ivr who is messing always my friend account is blocked in which there are 1000+ rs which are of no use till date there is no proper solution for any paytm customer as there is no customer care like other reputed companies
                                  I request paytm to go deep in matter and provide solution to me and people like me
                                  . Or the next option is i would not be using paytm any more because we got other good option also..

                                    On 03 nov 2017 an amount of 5000rs got credited to my paytm wallet through zoomcar however due to an emergency i wanted to transfer my funds to my bank account and there was a option below to transfer the same but in my paytm wallet there was no account added nor i shared my account details
                                    While clicking on transfer to bank option it showed me that the transaction is failed due to network error however it shouldn't have been deducted from my paytm wallet still it got deducted showing as request pending
                                    While contacting to the customer care, was wiling to speak to paytm customer care executive while selecfing the options on the ivr it was asking for the txn id and so i was entering the txn id but again and again was getting the same error that txn id is not valid
                                    If this is the way you guys are running paytm the congratulations you guys are the biggest scammers in this whole world
                                    I'll also file a complaint against you guys if my whole and sole full money is not going to get back into my paytm wallet on top of that many tweets would be shared as well i m definitely looking forward to consumer court
                                    Kindly revert me and my money into my paytm wallet as soon as possible

                                      This is with reference to my order number [protected] on paytm mal. The complains raised several time vide reference number 40839068, 41006391 & 41935943. The issue is as apprised time & again, please check my order was ftkp60srv16 (As per paytm order and paytm invoice), the product i received is fthp60srv16 (Photographs and the invoice sent by seller), which is different from the order i placed.

                                      Earlier i requested for replacement of ac but now i am fed up and need to return the order, nothing else as the same is still packed as i received. I request you to kindly go through all the text written in this mail as this is the last time to share the photographs and the matter as the same have already been shared two times with you and one time with seller on his whats app number.

                                      Its my request to refer these photographs including invoice copy of the packed product and confirm that the wrong product received and accordingly allow me to return this thing. Further, if you want further confirmation ask the seller regarding the conversation held with me on my number [protected] and [protected].

                                      Above is the last mail sent to paytm care.

                                      Actually the seller kolkata spartans / samsung plaza, delhi has ditched with me, as before placing the order on telephonic conversation it has been communicated that the ac list as ftkp60srv16 is actually jtkm60srv16 (As list wrong due to some technical issue on paytm site) but the seller shipped a wrong model which i never ordered or intended to buy i.                                       I got a call from paytm but it was not mentioned whether this call was regarding this complain or the mail i sent to paytm, however the call got disconnected from paytm side two times, but no further call back received. The number is [protected].
