Hi, payment to irctc for booking my train tickets was done through paytm on september 25, 2017 for a to and fro train journey. Subsequently, both the bookings were cancelled on 29th september, 2017 and 2nd october, 2017 respectively and received a confirmation from irctc that amount has been credited back to my paytm account. But unfortunately, the refund amount is not reflecting in my paytm account. After following up with irctc received a reply, mentioning the date, time, transaction number of the amount refunded by them. Tried contacting the paytm but there no option where by i can report my complaint. Hence, i am writing the same here.
Request you to please look into the matter urgently and do the needful.
