Dear paytm
I m a frequent paytm user.. Its a good app to use i have been using it till 1 year now but recently me and my friends are facing issue with the transactions..
My grievance is that my friend was in need of money which i gave her earlier and now at the time or returning she returned as well... But i didn't received money
More clarity about transaction... Money got deducted from her paytm walley and also i got the msg from dmipaytm that i have received money with transaction id in msg... Here the thing is i only received message not the money.. But it got deducted from my friends account so she is saying i have paid you.. When i try to call paytm customer care helpline there is no way we can get to live person.. Its jst ivr who is messing always my friend account is blocked in which there are 1000+ rs which are of no use till date there is no proper solution for any paytm customer as there is no customer care like other reputed companies
I request paytm to go deep in matter and provide solution to me and people like me
. Or the next option is i would not be using paytm any more because we got other good option also..

    On 03 nov 2017 an amount of 5000rs got credited to my paytm wallet through zoomcar however due to an emergency i wanted to transfer my funds to my bank account and there was a option below to transfer the same but in my paytm wallet there was no account added nor i shared my account details
    While clicking on transfer to bank option it showed me that the transaction is failed due to network error however it shouldn't have been deducted from my paytm wallet still it got deducted showing as request pending
    While contacting to the customer care, was wiling to speak to paytm customer care executive while selecfing the options on the ivr it was asking for the txn id and so i was entering the txn id but again and again was getting the same error that txn id is not valid
    If this is the way you guys are running paytm the congratulations you guys are the biggest scammers in this whole world
    I'll also file a complaint against you guys if my whole and sole full money is not going to get back into my paytm wallet on top of that many tweets would be shared as well i m definitely looking forward to consumer court
    Kindly revert me and my money into my paytm wallet as soon as possible

      This is with reference to my order number [protected] on paytm mal. The complains raised several time vide reference number 40839068, 41006391 & 41935943. The issue is as apprised time & again, please check my order was ftkp60srv16 (As per paytm order and paytm invoice), the product i received is fthp60srv16 (Photographs and the invoice sent by seller), which is different from the order i placed.

      Earlier i requested for replacement of ac but now i am fed up and need to return the order, nothing else as the same is still packed as i received. I request you to kindly go through all the text written in this mail as this is the last time to share the photographs and the matter as the same have already been shared two times with you and one time with seller on his whats app number.

      Its my request to refer these photographs including invoice copy of the packed product and confirm that the wrong product received and accordingly allow me to return this thing. Further, if you want further confirmation ask the seller regarding the conversation held with me on my number [protected] and [protected].

      Above is the last mail sent to paytm care.

      Actually the seller kolkata spartans / samsung plaza, delhi has ditched with me, as before placing the order on telephonic conversation it has been communicated that the ac list as ftkp60srv16 is actually jtkm60srv16 (As list wrong due to some technical issue on paytm site) but the seller shipped a wrong model which i never ordered or intended to buy i.       I got a call from paytm but it was not mentioned whether this call was regarding this complain or the mail i sent to paytm, however the call got disconnected from paytm side two times, but no further call back received. The number is [protected].

      Now an email from paytm again mentioning since the price of the product is ok, so you have received the right product. The guys at paytm are not referring the model number of the product

When i tried through paytm app, its showing you cannot cancel the order as it is sgipping with another item. I want to cancel both the items. My money is already deducted. I want my money back.             This is to inform that i was booked trains tikcet using paytm gateway from my hdfc bank account on 27th june2017 of transection id [protected] and pnr no [protected] of trains ticket which i was cancelled on 21st oct2017 in irctc its shown in refund status as refunded to paytmsdk amount=1280.0

              I placed this order with order id - [protected] on 2/10/2017 and got 2 usb cables on 7/10/2017, out of which one was not working and so i initiated a return on 11/10/2017. The return was not picked up and on 16/10/2017 return got rejected - don't know why. After which i created an issue through the app and got response that i didn't initiated return request within time period bt as i can see it was a valid request within time period. The issue resolving team didn't waited for my response and closed the issue.

              Please show some customer obsession and help me resolve the issue.
              Sir. My. Amount is deducted from wallet.. but stl. It's not transferred to my bank account

                        A second phone n0.[protected] called me and required similar information. So I denied. Please look into the matter .It is very serious

                        I have lodged a complaint which again I placed here. There is no one to listen to solve my problem

                        I lodged complaint on 3/11/2017 for non crediting amount of 11000/ in my SBI Udaipur account. But not credited so far till 17/11/2107

                        PAYTM वालो ने मेरी रकम दबा ली है. वे मेरी रकम देना नहीं चाहते। ये एक तरह गबन का मामला लगता है. ये रकम जो नागपुर से मेरे मित्र ने मुझे भेजी है मेरे है बैंक SBI Account Udaipur अकाउंट में डिपाजिट होनी चाहिए। क्योकि जिस PAYTM दुकानदार को ट्रांसफर करेने के लिए दी थी वो दुकानदार अपनी दुकान नहीं खोल रहा. शायद भाग गया. इसलिए ये amount मेरे अकाउंट में डिपाजिट करवाने की कृपा करे.

                            I purchased a canon eos 200d dslr from paytm. When i received the package i found speakers in it. So i filed a complaint with paytm regarding the same but they not responding well.
                            I tried so many calls and mails bt no one helping me. This is really wrost experience i ever experienced. Because it has 42490 amount. I lost my money.

                                    My name pritesh mistry. My paytm kyc user on 1st november i transfer 50000 rs in paytm wallet. On next day i make transfer 50000 rs. To my bank but paytm app show u can transfer only 25000 rs.. Please help me to get 25000 rs to my bank. Paytm say that u can transfer 25000 rs to bank in a month. So why there is no any notification when i make 50000 rs pay in.
                                    Its cheating because wallet inflow 50000 limit but out flow 25000
                                    It means our money they store for whole month. They not give any notification related to transfer of fund to bank limit.
                                    Please help me to get 25000 rs in my bank account immediately

                                      I have booked a ticket in irctc website through paytm sdk (Payment gateway) on 29 october-2017, ticket has been not booked but the amount got deducted. So the transaction got failed, when i'm checking the refund history the amount status is refunded in irctc site,
                                      But still i have not got the amount back in my bank account. I am not sure how to get the money back to my account.
                                      Please let me know if you need any other details.

                                        I have to pay money to my frnd while paying i have entered the wrng mobile number and money is transferred to the wrng person. It was 3000 rupees and if i call the respective person his mobile is switchedd off so i called paytm care they are telling the person has transferred money to others account we cant do anything and asking me to take legal action against me please helo mr to get back my moneyyy.
