Paytm says customers trust is foremost. Is it? I feel customers are cheated in the name of brands and products. It totally understood that product delivered could be wrong but i never expected it to be this pathetic.

I ordered a product (Crimsoune club navy blue printed slim shirt=) on 13th oct, order id : [protected]
And a product (Crimsoune club blue solid slim denim) on 14th oct, order id : [protected]. To my astonishment the product is not what i had ordered. There's some dirty clothes wrapped up in d package which even my servants would deny to wear.

Further, to seek redressal of my grevienance i tried to talk to the executive of patym support team. But none of the patym executives responded. There's no one even available to listen to my complaint.

This ultimately says that we customers are fool and there's no value of our money. It seems we are # sitting out here or there's some kind of joke going on from the other end.

I'm extremely upset and angry. I want any immediate response from the paytm side. I want full compensation for this dishonest behavior.

I have board to bus from jalgaon (Bus no mh 20 w 9460) and after hundred km travail bus has been failed (There is fire in bus). Bus owner refuse to provide alternative transport service. And bus owner disconnected the contact with all bus passenger. We have filled complaint in shiload police station. And we all passenger board to private bus service on own risk. The bus mh 20 w 9460 jesus has been in custody of police.
Operator has fail to provide the service. Please find the attached proofs.

I have ordered and a product from paytm when i cancelled the order the money came to my wallet but when i transferred it to bbank aacount it shows successful but i haven't recieved my money in my bank aacount yet kindly process my transaction as fast as possible here a bank transaction id [protected]

This is to inform u that on 22/10/2017... I booked my ticket from the app that i trust most but now i realised that paytm play with customers life they don't care about anyone they are only there to earn money... The 3rd class app... I booked ticket only because of the faith of paytm of the jesus tours and travelles (Mh 20w 9460) firstly when i reached to the source (Jalgaon neri mala) i saw the bus then i realized that they come with the old bus and no authorized name printed on the bus they simply written the name on paper and paste it on the bus then when we enter on the bus seats are broked and not working properly... Somehow we adjust then after 40-50 km the bus is stopped and then we saw that the bus all batteries and all equipments catch fire in it... Then the bus driver make a call to owner of bus then he picked call firstly and promises to bring another bus then after that the bus owner didn't received any calls then we have no bus to travell then after complaining to police we have to go with the government buses msrtc... I feel totally that paytm is responsible for that because they allow such unauthorized ower to work with them... We want totall refund.. From. Paytm... And we also filling the case to consumer court for that harrasmentment done by bus operator and paytm.. I am also attaching some vedio and photos of bus... We want totall refund

Hello, paytm my complaint is regarding return of product. Actually i ordered one prestige electric cattle from ttk prestige limited, it delivered on 15 oct 2017. But some reason i wanted to return that because it wasn't fulfilling my requirements, so i had returned it through my paytm app on 15 oct 2017. And i had return approved. And they gave me date of pick up 19 oct 2017. But still no one comes to pick up the return items, no call no msg no notifications are send to me by them. So please solve the problem and pick up that item and pay back.

I have ordered for kitchen item (Prestige ppbb-02 barbeque) from paytm mall on 2 oct 2017. The package is due to be shipped on 4 oct 2017. And to be delivered by 14 oct 2017 but even after 20 oct 2017 the package is not shipped from the seller. I have tried contacting the support center but unfortunately no one is bothered about even acknowledging the issue also tried calling the seller that too in vein as nobody picked up the phone. So i have to cancel the order on 20 oct 2017 and they (Paytm) is not processing my refund. And nobody from the customer care is replying on the issues created.

I must say that paytm services r pathetic. They have no system that one can speak to them all fraud.
I purchased coke and in that i sent one mesg and got mesg back that i have won rs 50 paytm mall cash back code c3yuhxyxxtmkj.
What a fun this code does't work.
Its better stop using paytm as they have no courtesy to call back their customers. Big fraud... And cheater.

I have played powerplay quiz with paytm on 8th october and i ve won the context and till now since october 8 i have not received my winnings and when i call customer also in the dailing options all others details are given but relating to powerplay quiz they haven't given so no response from paytm what is this from the next time we will be unable to use paytm for payments..

Thereafter i have sent enquiry mail to the idea costumer care i have received mail from idea costumer care saying this issue they cant do anything because from third party website. The idea mail reply given below.

I have made an online ticket booking through paytm mobile solution (Irctc rail connect app) payment of inr.391.80 with transaction id [protected] towards payee paytm mobile solution from my account on oct, 21, 2017 at 18:21 hours. The amount 391.80 have been debited from my account but the ticket is not issued only just showed as error. So now how can i get my money back. Its an violation of it act. Unlawful apps has been published. So plz help me to get asap.

I ordered products the money was already paid at the time of placing the order. Expected delivery date wss 11/10/17 today its 23/10/17 and still i have nit received tjkse 2 products.
When i contacted the seller one said that it is packed and eaiting for courier pick up which is not their job and paytm's job, the other said they didn't accept the order in first place... If the seller is not accepting the order how can paytm take miney feom me!?
Then i tried contqcting consumer support but no response from paytm... Have been writing to them on the app as well as twitter but they seem to be least bothered
These is pure looting... Collect the money don't deliver the product and then don't reply to customers.

I had placed a order with id [protected] which was a international product. I checked the status of my order today and it is marked delivered even order has not been delivered to me. I contacted paytm.com customer care and they refused to process my complaint. I am looking for money back if order can't be delivered to me. I checked with person for the order delivery but it is not delivered to any one.

Here i informing u above that item i ordered and i pay the money also but Ur site order is confirmed, but i didn't get the item and information from Ur site and i added money to wallet but in the wallet no money please find the problem and solve and i lost my money also i didn't get my money and item also.

Maggi shippend by paytm was eaten by ants . Courier boy asked to place return request. Product is non retunable..Customer care says order id is invalid..Horrible experience... Very poor service.
