I booked my train ticket on irctc on 11th oct 2017 and paid through paytm wallet for order id #[protected] the ticket was not booked but money was deducted from my bank account as i paid through saved card from my paytm wallet. On tje irctc site it showed the status as "payment awaited" although the money was deducted from bank account. It has been more than 10 days now and the money has not been refunded.

    Good day sir
    I am ravi kangralkar, paytm customer with phone number [protected], from karnataka, sir my account had a balance of 500 indian rupees, which i had got a cash back, offered by ordering the products. I had only used 248 rupees out of the main balance, but now when i login my remaining balance is automatically reduced to zero. Kindly look into the matter and refund my balance amount to my account.

      I had booked a railway ticket from tvc (Trivandrum central) to kkd (Kozhikode) on manglore express for the date 13/oct/2017. I was on the waiting list. So the ticket was cancelled and i was informed that irctc have transferred the money to paytmag. The transaction id was [protected] and the cancellation id was [protected]. Amount to be refunded is rs 975. The money have still not been credited to my account.

        I had ordered the following laptop from paytm mall app
        Order number : [protected]
        Item : lenovo ideapad 320

        I received the item on 12th october, and noticed that there was a dent on one edge of the laptop. I had requested for a replacement of the same laptop

        I got a correspondence mail the next day, asking for details of packaging/condition of the laptop, and to send pictures of the same

        Once i gave the above info, there is absolutely no response from their side...
        Despite repeated complaints (Via the app), and requests via mail

        Also the customer care number is always busy, we can never get through
        Its been 10 days, and i am not sure whether i would be getting a replacement laptop or not

              I ordered 2pcs crown design rhinestone embellished 5.5 size white wedding rings for women from damai impex and 3pcs leaf open design alloy rings for ladies with order number # [protected] on 24 september. Till today 22 october i did not received the product. They sent the courier through gati international and don't what they have done to the product. I am going to log an fir against gati & paytm both and will send them a legal notice as well. I happy that they gave me chance to take a legal action. I will ask for a very high compensation and they will suffer this time

                My problem is not being responded by pay tm mobile solution till today. I feel they are playing with my sentiment/financial hardship. Please guide me for further pursue of the complaint. Due to wrongly cancelled my rail ticket by paytm mobile solutions i had complaint for financial compensation for rs.200000.00 (Rupees two lacs) because of them i had to face lot of problem ie finacial/mental hardship during my tour at goa.
                I did an IMPS and money got deducted but shows in pending status. i need that money back urgently. paytm is not responding. Everytime this happens Paytm just ignores my complaints. What is the point o[censored]sing IMPS when it does not serve the purpose. Their customer care service is pathetic. They have a no but one

                  I have recharged my bsnl mobile ([protected]) on 24/9/17 with rs 444/ in odisha bsnl circle through paytm app. The money got deducted from my account and the operator reference no is [protected] (Paytm reference no) but recharge not done. I complained same to paytm customer care and they replied to contact bsnl customer care. I have talked to bsnl customer care and the executive told there is no recharge done on that day. I have mailed the complaint to paytm care ([protected]@paytm.com). But no response from paytm.

                  I used the UTS Mobile app to take my pass for 1 month yesterday Date 17 October 2017 at 19:05 the money has been deducted from my account but i have not got the pass.
                  Please refund my money urgently as i have already got the pass from the counter.
                  I am never gone use you idiotic app.

                    Dear sir,
                    I have booked oyo room with booking id #[protected] for rs2492 for the date of 14th october 2017. But due to some reason, i had to cancel the booking. I did my cancellation before 24 hours and immediate notification came that the amount will be refunded to the paytm wallet within 2-3 days. But i didn't receive the refund yet. I have contacted them but they kept saying that it didn't cancel yet. Please do needful.

                      I ordered the tata voltas air cooler but i received the wrong product orient air cooler when i am trying to replace their is no return policy in the order paytm mall. I call'd and mailed so many times to paytm mall but no one responding (Reference no.:[protected]

                      What paytm is trust or fake company i am asking no one response properly already so many days over is paytm is checking or not through seller sending right product or not

                      I need a replacement & compensation regarding this so many days took to resolve the problem

                      If problem not resolve i will complain to consumer court regarding this issue i have proofs of invoice bills and delivery pictures

This item not delivered before cancalltion according to paytm refund my amount on this time but after 4days my amount not refund by paytm. I have to call customer care they told me our system not work properly. So plz ignore paytm.

                              I am unable to get my cashback from parle bakesmith marie biscuit
                              I have faced this problem twice and very frustrated by this
                              Hw would it display that the code entered is invalid when i have entered correctly, wts the actual reason for not receiving my cash back.
                              I need it to be solved as soon as possible.
                              We are customers and it's your responsibility to protect our intrest so please make sure that my problem is solved immediately

                                  More then 20 days ago i ordered product from paytm mall and still not delivered. When i forwarded this issue to #paytm customer care they says that's courier company issue. When connecting to #gati they says contact to paytm.
                                  That's third class service of #paytm

                                    I had placed an order # [protected] on 17th october 2017 for whirlpool 8kg washing machine. Then i cancelled the order on 18th october 2017 around 12.30pm. The order was cancelled before it was shipped. Today even after 3 days of cancelling the order i have not received the refund amount. Paytm says that refund will be made once the product will reach back to the seller, but actually the product was not shipped so there is not question of reaching back to the seller. Paytm has not provided any options to contact their customer care for this issue. So i raised a complaint on this portal. I request that i get my money at the earliest.

                                    I made frequent follow ups with paytm on tweeter. Paytm mall app and website has no option to contact paytm mall customer care and they do not provide option to write to paytm mall. This is disappointing. So i used to write on tweeter and i got refund today. Thanks to paytm mall.

                                    Today even after 5 days of cancelling my order I am unable to get the refund of my order. My 32660/- ₹ are blocked without any reason. Paytm says that they will refund the amount as soon as the product reaches at seller's place. In fact my order was not dispatched and it was cancelled by me before it was dispatched. I can not understand why delay is being made in refund? I hope today I will get refund.

                                    The exact same problem I've been facing, and I too placed the order on 17th and cancelled it within 2-3 hours and it wasn't shipped. Though I was able to contact the customer care but no solution was provided by them. Let me know if your problem gets resolved and also the process of getting your money back.
