Hey,
This is regarding my paytm order no. [protected]. I ordered a laptop from my mom's id and cancelled it within 2-3 hours because i found a better offer on paytm itself. I'd really appreciate if you initiate the refund and tell me what the status of refund is. It is just showing "cancellation pending" although i cancelled it more than 3 days ago. Cancel the order please and confirm the cancellation! The product is already with the seller as i cancelled it almost immediately and it wasn't even shipped, so why do their customer service keeps on saying "refund will be initiated as soon as the seller gets the item back". The seller already has that item so why take so many days just to cancel the order! It's a matter of 13, 340 ₹!

    Sir m unable to buy gold. Since itz giving server error from last 3 days. I m really upset from paytm for that even i had talk to this to call centre even i dint got response since i m regular user of paytm then to i am unhappy with all bugs and issue and even i am unhappy with paytm add money vouchers or coupons when we redeem that it show coupons not available or expires within fraction of time. Thanking you.

      Dear all,
      I have placed an order on paytmm on 17th oct 2017.
      Order no: [protected]

      There was three item in this order. One item is delivered - that's fine.

      The second order is delivered with names of two items on the packet. However, after opening the pack, there was only one item in it. I have escalated this issue to the customer care officer. I asked for delivery or refund of money.

      However, its 21st oct now, and there have been no resolutions yet.
      (It's extremely difficult to get in touch with the customer care officers. After holding on for 12 minutes, they just hang up your calls)

      I urge all the good customers to be careful and start bringing these kinds of injustice before the common public.

      Bad experience from paytm.

        I have cancelled a ticket having pnr no.-[protected], transaction id.-[protected], cancellation id.-[protected], cancellation date.-13.10.2017 and on the website of irctc it is showing that refund has been completed and refund has been done to paytmsdk but till today i have not received any refunded amount.
        Another complaint is that there is no right number to contact to customer care executive of paytm. So please give right contact details. Or contact me through my email id.[protected]@gmail.com.

          I have ordered two product but i have got only one from them and when i raise the issue they told me that seller has rejected your request and now i suggest paytm to improve its quality and stop making peoples fool and now i suggest all the peoples not to use paytm because they makes us fool and it has very low standards and they dont know that how to satisfy the customer

            I made a payment of Rs 650 from paytm by scanning the paytm barcode in the shop. There was a offer in paytm which said Rs 100 cash back an any payment done by paytm via scanning.But i have not recieved any cash back till now.

              I had a healthy amount of respect for your incredible growth in a short span of time. Being an mba student, have also gone through number of case studies of yours. And things seemed as if it was picture perfect.

              But, let me show you the reality and reflect how your #hasslefree customer care can make a customer clueless and make him beg.

              I am referring to my order number 39813070.

              And my "golden" ticket number is 39999123

              My order worth 12k, (Dtd : 3rd oct) was to reach me by 14th october. But even your guys have no clue where is it.

              I almost fell in love with your team, when they replied on 9th oct, in a professional and robotic way, which was, "this delay has been caused due to the high volume of sales this festive season and the continuous holidays. The seller should ship your order within the next 24 hours." it has almost been 192 hours, and it seems you are engrossed in enjoying this festive season.

              And the love for you just got deepened when i got a message that, you can collect the order from the seller, in new delhi. I appreciate your kindness..!!! I am sure they didn't know that i live in ahmedabad.

              I have sent two dozen mails/messages, showing my grief and disappointment, but it seems you are just focused in taking orders, not fulfilling it. Taking money in advance and then just going underground is an unmatchable talent you people have got.

              Well you can keep the money with you, and use that for your promotional offers.

              Didn't want to take our affair in public, but you guys didn't spare any other way.

              But, just justify this pathetic approach of your team.

                Most of the time in Big bazzar they are not accepting Paytm payment, saying the Computer not accepting the Paytm. like that also I have experienced in Reliance.

                This is for the information. Tody in Big Bazzar, it happens to me and they asked to pay in cash or cord and I have paid through Cord.

                              I am paytm user for last year or so. Recently applied for paytm bank account. Kyc submissions was requested by you. A person with a helper visited. By appearance they did not look reliable enough to give my kyc details. When i asked the person for identification document, he had none. He said, joined yesterday hence no id card! Are we supposed to handover kyc info to any unreliable person. I got a call from your support and informed same to the lady, she was helpless. Now i have received following messages - dear user, we are closing your paytm kyc request.in future, please apply again at http://m.p-y.tm/KYC.

                              Great way (Not) to retain your customers, disappointed indeed.

                                I added money from my credit card of ₹1200 but with it there is an entry in the passbook that it took ₹3000 extra.. Pls explain... This is not for the first time it has occured many times at various dates just after i take some cash to my account it deducts extra amount from my account...                                     I had ordered mac book air order number [protected] through paytm mall.

                                    I applied promo code of 15000 cashback but i have not received it yet.

                                    I have called your customer care twice. They told there was some problem in promo code getting applied and i will receive cash back one their authority approves.
                                    They have logged complaint it seems but i can’t see its status anywhere.

                                    Also,
                                    No timeline suggested by them for resolution.

                                    This is really and urgent problem and i want you to help me with this.

                                    I am a student of prestigious business school of india and i believe if you really want to satisfy customers you need to work on your customer interface to enable them have hassle free experience unlike me.
