I have ordered a mobile oppo f3 from paytm worth rupees 17786/ on 26 sep. 2017 but i have cancell this product on 30 sep. Before delivery but still i dont get my money back even 20 days gone and when i call custmer care they only say that wait for money not a satisfied answer they only saying that we allready working on this care for resolve me my registred mobile no. I filled loan of hero finance amount 2392 though paytm (net banking).my payment was success that time but loan not filled till now.
Also complaint many time on payth app but not solved my problem.

    I transferred 865.18 rupees in october 17, 1.08 pm for which the money has not reached the bank. I want to be able to access the money as soon as possible when i call the customer care and type in the transaction id they say it's an invalid transaction id.

    The paytm number registered is [protected].
    I hope the necessary is done as soon as possible as i am really in immediate need of accessing that money.

      Since morning i am not able to login to my paytm account.
      Whenever i try to login, it shows me an error "your account is temporarily blocked. Please contact customer care."

      I did many transactions earlier. I tried to contact via email / twitter handle, but no response

      I am not even able to reset my password.

          Dear sir,
          Plz look into this matter seriously. On date 17.10.2017 tuesday i did transaction 2 or 3 time but bcoz of some reason transaction has not complet.. Finally 4th times its done well but in the banks a/c money had rs. 2500. I does transaction of 600 rupees but in a/c only 692 rs left. Please help me.. Also i disscussed with bank as per their acccording money gone into directly in paytm wallet but paytm wallet money has less.

            On 12th oct 2017, i did a paytm transaction in reliance fresh. Transaction was not complete from reliance fresh side, so i paid through debit card. But after 5 minute i got a message from paytm that transaction was successful and deducted rs. 1007. But when i asked reliance fresh, they said they didn't get from paytm. So, i tried to contact paytm customer care executive but there is no option to talk with them (We get only automated reply). So i mailed them many times but till today no response from them. Worst service support from paytm.

              7565/- deducted from paytm wallet while making transfer to icici bank account. I added amount ltd through my icici bank credit card. Contacted paytm they'll said issue will take 10 days to resolve. Now they say to contact bank but till now no refund done when i contact bank they ask me to contact paytm

                  Paytm is not having complete information for the services they are
                  Offering. I want to recharge 3 month internet with calling free but in
                  Paytm they were showing only rs 444 scheme for bsnl for internet only
                  . And i had recharged but after i know that there is also scheme of
                  Rs. 429 running in bsnl for calling and intenet

                  At time time of bus booking same was happened from many routes they
                  Don't have any information. Or having incomplete information. As the
                  Paytm is going on top there services and discount is getting worst.

                  I had disconitued to use paytm now. They are not giving any
                  Satisfactory services

                      Please give my money back.### courior company Delhivery. first they dont call at all 2ed they just message out for delivery and afterwards they return the product.i had gone on to their shop asking my product. very rubbish language. after frustration i cancelled my product please give my money back otherwise i will report it on consumer fouram.

                        I lost my money on Paytm after paying my phone bill. My telephone bill payment was paid before three days by paytm app. I paid 1521 rupees and then I got message today saying transaction failed. I didn’t got my money back. I lost my money without any reason and now I don’t even have a option to ask my money back. Whenever I call paytm app. They won’t even respond. I lost my on calling them too. No toll free number for paytm. Worst experience ever on a wallet app.

I have complaint to paytm, but paytm mailed to me this error issue is from bank, i can do nothing. Then i have concern the bank, i have deposited the reverse balance form to bank.                                   Hi, I forgot my Paytm password, from login page if you hit FORGOT PASSWORD it will ask to call [protected]. I called entire day it’s say “route is busy”. This indirectly means Paytm is doing some fraud to grab my money from wallet.

                                    Myself hoshiar singh, paytm mob. No.[protected] is using paytm regularly. A transaction of rs.2232/- ref. No. Easy day 3629 fatehabad order #qr42d0ddc5de6688a5 wallet transaction id : [protected], was made on 16/10/2017.
                                    While making transaction, it was informed that if you make transaction through paytm you will receive a cashback @5%.
                                    The same is not received by me. Kindly take necessary action to enable cash back to my paytm wallet.

                                      Today i had recharged my jio number by 399 rs recharge using paytm app but paytm automatically redeemed kfc voucher of 500rs and they deducted 899rs from my bank account when i'm just paying for recharge of 399rs but app automatically redeemed 500rs voucher and when i call customer care about this and tell them that this happens automatically and i didn't had redeemed this voucher so please cancel my order and refund my money but they refuse to help me by saying that this is non-refundable voucher and you have to compulsory redeem this voucher at kfc but how can i redeem this when there is no kfc around 500km from where i was living. So there are refusing to refunding my money to me and i am not able to redeem this voucher so please help me on this and stop this kind of incidents or else how can be india become cashless when online frauds like paytm is openly looting their consumers like this and refusing to even help in this kind of problems.
