    Hi

    I have placed an order for Vu smart 43 inches 4k tv for Rs.33000 on 13th October 2017 but when I got the product delivered it's not the same tv what I ordered for they gave me normal Vu tv with same model number 43s6575 which is not I requested for.

    I have raised the complaint for which they said I will get the refund after the product is returned but they cannot get me the product which I have ordered for nor they can provide the product for same price.

    Now they have increased the price and trying to loot my money.first of all they have my money from 13th and they will refund on or after 30th October 2017 which is making to wait for money to buy a new TV where I have to suffer.

    Paytm says trust building is their main motive but doing this kind of who will have trust on them and they are utilising people money and making them to wait for their refund for more than 2 weeks.

    Need your help in getting a better solution so that paytm can learn and stop cheating customers in future.

Also my shop verification has been done. Since, past one month i am getting charged for transferring amount from my wallet to my bank account. Please help me out with the same.

      I got a call from paytm helpline number [protected] on 21st October 2017 around 10.47 am in the morning. I was busy at that particualar moment. Asked the executive to call back after a couple of hours. Did not receive any call or mail since then.

        When i want to purchase ticket online from irctc through paytm i have no problem till the stage when it shows how much i have to pay but at the last moment msg pops up "your payment is declined by bank..." i then have no other option but to switch to another mode of payment. I used to pay through paytm but i can't now.
        When i send money to other paytm a/c i don't have problem.

          I have credited 260 ru in my paytm wallet 16 oct 17and some rupees of past than i have recharge jio 399.
          I try to call many times but representative are busy and finally no response of paytm.
          I waited 48 hours for transaction comlition
          But recharge was unsuccessful and no any refund by paytm account number [protected]
          So please rectify my problem any refund my money

            I bought few bullet cutting wheel packets, and carried paytm coupen which gives 50 rs. It valid till 20-10-17. But now it's always shows not working. I registered few complaints several times. But their reply was not acceptable. They cheated the customers. Offer will end tommarrow. So i think they plays a trick. Please resolve this issue soon.

            on 14th of this month I had transferred 926rs from my Paytm wallet to my andhra bank account and the amount is deducted from Paytm wallet but it wasn't debited in my bank account.

              Regarding the order number [protected], i have been ordered a 43" led television tcl brand with model number : d2900 l43d2900 full hd led tv but extremely regret to inform you that i received a 32" inches television with entirely different model number.

              I raised a request to return/replace the product from the paytm website but after the process its shown me that 20080 rupees only refunded. I want to know the reason for deduction of 2000 rupees from my account even then the seller did the mistake purposefully. And i am requesting you to replace me the product which i ordered with in 10 working days. I would like to inform you that i spend not less than 05 hour to search and finalize the product and after that when i found that the product was changed. So you have to deliver the same product which i have ordered.

I want immediately paytm exclude my charges & my money back immediately to my wallet.3 transaction rs 450 extra which i given to paytm otherwise as i m loyal merchant of paytm i take legal action againt paytm.

                  I was constantly mailing them about this issue but instead of solving problem they are sending same predetermined message to me and without solving complaint they are closing complaint ticket.

Its almost 6 days over after the purchase and i complained through help and support but the response was poor as per my expectation. Hope this mail will give a remedy for my concern.

                      I had purchased iphone 6 mobile in poorvika with my paytm app on date 15-oct-2017. I had received my mobile on the same day itself.. I had used a promo code which gives me cashback, i have not received cash back money refunded in my paytm cash account. I called to your customer care executive but he did not respond. The online paytm help support is also not responding to my satisfaction. They are trying to cheat the customers. Please be quick to refund my money in my paytm account. Hope for positive response.

                            Myself anmol jindal, i have cashback related issue. Actually there is a offer going on on paytm i. E. “100% cashback using scan and pay” so using scan and pay i paid for 118 rs in easyday and according to the offer i should get 100 rs as a cashback but they only give 2 rs as a cashback. Its been 10 days since i paid. Sir please look into this matter. I have also attached a photo which is having all the details regarding payment at easyday i. E. Wallet transaction id, order id etc...

                              Today october 18, 2017 at around 7:00 pm i booked two tickets for my sister and mother using irctc rail connect app. I chose to pay the amount of rs. 630 using paytm because my debit card is saved in the paytm app.

                              After i entered the bank otp, an amount of rs. 642.38 got deducted from by account and transferred to paytm noida. But finally, paytm did not transfer the money to irctc and the ticket booking failed. (Screenshot attached).

                              When i called paytm customer care number[protected] to report the issue and request a refund, i was told by a computer voice that in case a transaction failed, my money will be refunded to my wallet after 30 minutes. I also received an sms regarding the same.

                              When even after 1 hour, i did not receive a refund, i called their supposedly 24x7 customer care number multiple times to reach a customer executive but all i heard was computer voices. Shame! Even https:// paytm.com/care was also not of any help because no order id was registered by the paytm app for the transaction.

                                Hi,
                                I have ordered a laptop Dell 7560 from Paytm. The seller was Maxtech IT shop (My Lappyshop, Mumbai).
                                They are committing fraud by sending refurbished laptop, I highly suggest to call the manufacture and authenticate any electric product you are buying from Paytm.
                                I complaint in paytm since 3 days, however, their service are very poor. I haven't received any response yet.
                                Hence I took a written confirmation from Dell that Paytm cheated on me.
                                You can review the documents as attached herewith which proves that Paytm is cheater.
                                BEWARE WHILE SHOPPING FROM PAYTM.

                                      I have ordered home theatre from paytm mall. Order was received on 9th of october. During unboxing i observed that product is not sealed properly and it may have opened earlier. When i opened all product i was surprised to know that it is a used product.
                                      1. Player was cleaned as i can see traces of wet cleaning material, dirt was present in all cavities.
                                      2. Clip of speaker was damaged.
                                      3. Product was packed again as all packing was loosed.
                                      4. Few of the wire packing was missing.

                                      Now right away i started calling paytm but as everyone know it is very difficult to get through paytm customer care. I waited for almost 1 hour but couldn't get through the call center. Right next day in the morning i have called again and they have initiated return request. Now since then i am email them and calling them almost everyday and till now there is no resolution from them every time they say that they working on the issue and it will be resolved soon. But the soon is never coming since last 8 days. There is no timeline by when the issue will be resolved, their is no clear policy on what they will be doing. They only say we are working and one only line is quoted by everyone.
                                      It has been so frustrating since i have bough the product i have no clear date by when the product will be picker and my money will be refunded. I have invested so much time in following it up and so far no support has been provided to me.

                                      I have paid so much money to them and now have nothing in my plate.

                                        This is the mail regarding for the fake delivery status shown for order id :- [protected]. Tried reaching paytm multiple time and these people didn't respond.

                                        My sister had ordered the oppo a37 and made the payment and she had not received the product but the status is showing as as product delivered so wanted to know the status for the same.
                                        And further want you to cancel the product and initiate the refund procedure at the earliest.
