My paytm post account misused by 3rd party and i am trying to raise complaint to the paytm customer service. But, i can't be able to raise Complient and i didn't getting proper solution.

      Fraud done by someone else by using my paytm account ( just by having my number only )

      I were a paytm user and i had paytm postpaid, enabled full KYC. I had 6000/- paytm postpaid limit...But after sometimes due to some reason that number was closed by Sim Company due to some reason and I had not re-issued my that number( which was linked to my paytm account ). So, that number had been issued to someone else.

      But during that time i tried many time to login with my id and password and...

      “I had ₹28, 000 in my Paytm Postpaid account, but it was stolen. I don’t know how this happened. I’ve filed a complaint with Paytm and my local police station. This incident has also affected my CIBIL score, and I’ve been receiving calls from many recovery agents. Could you please advise me on what to do next?           I Dharmendra bhadoriya customer of paytm bank mob no-[protected]. I have not done any such suspicious transaction. I do not know from where this has happened. I have informed the same to Paytm representative and also following up them since last 7 days but have not received any solution yet. My Paytm merchant bank account is totally blocked along with Paytm app and Paytm business app on Phone number [protected]. I am using this account on behalf of Laxmi Dairy 120 Tansen Nagar, Gwalior 474002. My customer payments are still there is account but I could not use it as account has been blocked.

          The account has been blocked by Karnataka police as any suspicious transaction which is not related to me of amount of INR 4748 has been done by someone I could not track on 04 Oct 23.

          As a Shop keeper I have nothing to do with this suspicious activity.

          Kindly help me in order to rectify the solution for the this case and unblock my Paytm bank account.

            Paytm has frozen my funds saying I have not completed kyc. But I had already completed the mini kyc and was using the wallet for amounts less than 10, 000. Now paytm has frozen all the money in my paytm wallet and wants to force me to do full kyc to forcefully increase the limit beyond 10, 000 which I do not wish.
            Anyway I tried to do online kyc and there is some bug in their app that prevents me from completing the process and when I asked for doorstep kyc they said it isnt available in my location but they said I have to go to a certain office near my town just to unfreeze my account.
            This is basically holding people’s money as a ransom to force them to do full kyc and forcefully convert its customers into full time customers. By their T&C I am not required to do full kyc to use the wallet and a mini kyc is enough but they have frozen my funds. When I asked them to unfreeze my accounts with mini kyc status and that I would complete my full kyc later, they are repeating the same thing forcing me to do full kyc in order to unfreeze the account.

              Refund regarding flight cancellation

              Hello,

              I would like to bring this to your attention that I had booked the ticket for 30th September 2023(which had to depart at 17:40) of Vistara Airlines through Paytm flights and I had bought the Cancel Protect of 699 for the Cancelation and full refund.

              I canceled the ticket on 29th Sept 2023 at 2:56 Pm which is prior to the 24 hrs of flight timings.

              I just got the refund of Rs.1487 only....

              Tried a lot to stop paytm soundbox but does not stop.I have been trying for five months but does not stop.Currently I have been charged rs 125.Called the company and said they will close it in 24 to 48h, but it does not close.Even the employee who came to give the soundbox does not want to turn it off.Remove the charge from me and turn off the soundbox.

                I cleared all my postpaid amount but the paytm agents are calling continuously and saying "when you will clear the due amount" even though I got my loan clearance certificate they are calling continuously.they are creating nuisance.

                  My Paytm postpaid loan is still showing active which I have already closed. the account type is other and account no. is PYTMPPABFL[protected]. In my Experian credit score it is still showing active that is badly affecting my credit score.

                        I recently applied for loan first emi was deducted even after I made full closure payment after speaking to customer service bot. I paid 209, 341 via RTGS for loan cancellation but Amount still not reflected. Tried contacting nodal officers, customer service but no response in last 20 days. Kindly close the loan and update the amount.

                          M using paytm postpaid . some transaction done through my paytm postpaid even though i did not done that. Nobody has access to my paytm post paid. i called paytm customer support and they told me that payment was done to jio mart. i called jio mart customer support they told me no payment was done from your side . i lost around INR5000 . I Don't know who is lying here . There is no support from paytm side. It is impossible that someone hacked my paytm without any otp and link . so please take action to this

                            Recently i did a transaction with a merchant using Paytm postpaid. The amount got deducted from my given postpaid limit. But the amount was not credited to the merchant's account. It's been 2 weeks, no response from the Paytm authorities except automated replies. Contacted with the lending partner (ABFL), but their response was not helpful.

                              I have requested Paytm payments bank to close my saving account, but they are refusing to close my savings account.

                              I have not used any of their banking service for the last 3 years and now they are saying they need to recover negative balance to close the account. I have opened the account as it was having 0 balance facility without any MAB Charges and Applied for the debit card as it was mentioned Lifetime free, but they have changed these terms, and I was informed on these changes.

                              I am filing a complaint here as a last resort before filing complaint with Banking ombudsman and consumer forum as they don't even have a proper complaint solving system like other banks.
