I cleared all my postpaid amount but the paytm agents are calling continuously and saying "when you will clear the due amount" even though I got my loan clearance certificate they are calling continuously.they are creating nuisance....

My Paytm postpaid loan is still showing active which I have already closed. the account type is other and account no. is PYTMPPABFL[protected]. In my Experian credit score it is still showing active that is badly affecting my credit score....

Hello, my name is sameena khedawala, i applied loan on paytm of rs.300000 on september 9 and the loan is showing disbursed but i did not get the amount credited in my account and its ha already been more than 6 days, i mailed the paytm greivance email, aditya birla finance but no solutions are given, the auto debited is started even though i did not received the money.please help me my mobile number is [protected]...

Had blocked my account ([protected]@Paytm) for more than 1 year, and demand such a transaction statement that has not been done, not also deleting my number from their server....

I recently applied for loan first emi was deducted even after I made full closure payment after speaking to customer service bot. I paid 209, 341 via RTGS for loan cancellation but Amount still not reflected. Tried contacting nodal officers, customer service but no response in last 20 days. Kindly close the loan and update the amount.

M using paytm postpaid . some transaction done through my paytm postpaid even though i did not done that. Nobody has access to my paytm post paid. i called paytm customer support and they told me that payment was done to jio mart. i called jio mart customer support they told me no payment was done from your side . i lost around INR5000 . I Don't know who is lying here . There is no support from paytm side. It is impossible that someone hacked...

Recently i did a transaction with a merchant using Paytm postpaid. The amount got deducted from my given postpaid limit. But the amount was not credited to the merchant's account. It's been 2 weeks, no response from the Paytm authorities except automated replies. Contacted with the lending partner (ABFL), but their response was not helpful.

AT ABOUT 8.28 AM on 20.8.2023, Rs. 450 was debited to my PAYTM Wallet (UPI Id. [protected]@paytm) and shown credited to Phone No. [protected] of Pebbati Shiva Kumar, merchant. Whereas the merchant says no BANK ACCOUNT is linked to his phone and he does not deal with PAYTM.

I immediately contacted through APP Support and conveyed the issue to the PAYTM. However, with pre-recorded messages the PAYTM Cust service has been playing...

The amount debited from sender's account but we still haven't received it.
We have contacted PayTM Several times regarding the same but no solution has been provided by them, as they keep saying Transaction reference isn't avaiable however we have provided all the available information on the same.
