Unable to login to PayTM Wallet

Double debit from my bank account

Money debited from paytm wallet but money not transferred to my bank (9646667776)

After so much of complaints on email. I'm writing about paytm.. My money from paytm wallet debited but not yet transferred to my bank. It's been 4 days now no one is ready to help on this. I'm going to consumer court if my money not refund to wallet or transfer to my bank account. Paytm was never did this before to me like this. And the guys on email said it will take 80 hrs to address your issue.
How can you hold customer's money...

Metro card recharge refund my amount in bank a/c

I recharged my delhi metro card on 18 june 2016 (Saturday) for rs 300. Card no: 64964161.

It said "your recharge of is pending with the operator.

After 24 hours, neither did i get the recharge, nor m i able to cancel the order (Since i don't get the option). The amount has been debited from my bank account. I want a refund for the same asap in my bank account.

Unable to get back my money

I have loaded the paytm with close to 2000 Rs. The app now shows my paytm account is temporarily blocked. I tried contacting the Paytm many times and they never respond the only response they give is an automated mail to the complaint saying that they will repsond within 24/48 hours which never happens.
I wanted to get back my money. And pytm seems like a fraud company as they doesn't ensure the safety of the money loaded in the paytm...

Money send to wrong number to be reverted

I have requested paytm to revert the amount sent wrongly to [protected].
And after it was sent I called to that number to revert me back money and it was not picked and request made through paytm app to send money which was declined. I am completely helpless as I transferred amount from paytm wallet not from Bank.. No chance of stopping transaction from Bank. Paytm needs to be active and get my money back from that person....

And there is no way that I can reach out to customer care executive of Paytm. Few days back also I had made wrong recharge of Rs 199 by mistake.
