Talked with customer service of beneficiaries mobile on his Google pay application and RMN, they totally denied that no such transaction is received from Paytm UPI My UPI transaction ID [protected] to google pay account mail id [protected]@gmail.com.but amount is not credited to beneficiary.I have already lodged two complaints no[protected] and [protected].But no any action taken by UPI section.So varify ths status of money which is pending

My complaint is not resolved. Amount of Rs 390 is deducted from my account on October 11 2021 from Paytm UPI transaction reference number[protected] to google pay account Mail Id [protected]@gmail.com .He is not credited the amount in his account.I have already submitted all proof screenshot and images.But my problem is solved.I again upload more proof, so pse check attachment

    Amount debited but not credit

    Sir I have diposit of Rs 5000 for OCTAFX trading account 13.10.2021 night. The amount is debited from my bank account but not credited to my trading account yet....

    Hii.. few day ago i have paid 600 on beer shop by scanning their pinelab qr code but the merchant didn’t received it and then he refused to provide me the service.
    I have checked the merchant records of the payment he received but my transaction was not there.
    So I complained it on paytm but they didn’t receive the call but on paytm chat they told me that they have resolved the issue . But I didn’t got my money back . Their is one more issue same like this in that case my 200 money has been deducted but the same problem is their also . In this i have paid to zudio (garmet outlet) through pinelab qr code .. but paytm is not helping me to get my money back
    So help me to get my money back

      Paytm costemer care 24x7 me kya karte malum nahi. mera ishue adar olredy linkd kyc for another costemer is problom solved karne keliye me ne mera problom batayata lekin 2 month hogya my ishue solved nahi hogya cal karne ka time wahase ho proof mangre oh shere karte retahe lekin problom solved nahi karte. ham ko bolte solved karega lekin 2 month hogya keise month lere malum nahi. isa karegato keise use karega. kuch emound add karegato paisa nahi ayegato keise problom 24x7 solved karega problolm. use nahi karo paym warna problom ayegato responce nahi diyega paytm

                Would you like to inform that I am vikram singh and my paytm no. is -[protected] and paytm bank account no. is[protected] and my paytm account and paytm bank account both blocked by paytm without region and also blocked my car HR55V1602 paytm fastag and hold my paytm balance and paytm bank balance from 27/09/2021
                For unbloed my account I call to paytm cutomer care many time and also make meny time complaint via paytm app and fastag customer care and share all document via paytm app but not give to help and unblocked my account So I want to know whether I had created Paytm Paytm Fastag and Paytm Bank Account for all this?Neither Paytm is giving information to me why your account is blocked. And since last 1 week I have talked to customer care many times and sometimes four are working. Tells his time. Sometimes it takes a day or two to open the account, but did not open the account for 1 week.so i request you to open my account as soon as possible

                  Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                  I was making an online payment through netbanking on a portal, payment gateway is 3D secured and verified by VISA.

                  The payment I was trying to make was not completed as it showes invalid OTP but an amount of Rs. 20200 has been deducted form my account in favour of PayTM Mobile Solutions A/c No.[protected] having reference ID[protected] and Refeence Number is[protected] dated 09/10/2021.

                  I did not make any such payment in favour of PayTM Mobile Solutions.

                  I urge you to refund my money.
                  An early action will be highly appreciated.

                  Even after ONE WEEK no one from company contacted me yet.
                  If this forum can do nothing in such cases then why we needed this ?
                  If the only thing which can happen is to file complain and forget about the refund or any process then Even i can mail my complain to the company on their official e-mail address.

                      I was booked bus tickets from PayTm at 5th October for the journey date 3rd November.
                      Booking ID - [protected]

                      Bus operator call me on 7th October and informed me there are no such bus which is booked by you.

                      If there are no bus then why booking was success.

                      Any how, provide me tickets on same class with same price.

                          The reference number given by Amazon is TRLUC9WL0000KTOSSIXZ. Still I didn't get any refund from the bank.they have initiated my refund by 26/09/2021 and it was excepted to come on 01/10/2021. Amazon gave me the reference id TRLUC9WL0000KTOSSIXZ but the Paytm payments bank has still not credited my money.

                          This is urgent please help me as soon as possible

                              Since 4th Oct, 2021 I'm unable to receive the Paytm Gold Sell Money to bank account since 3 4 days passed . In paytm app it's showing in processing and not received yet.
                              Infact today also i sold yet not received in my bank account. No paytm customer representative is helping.

                              Worst experience. After several complaints and complaining on this portal. Paytm finally transfer the sell amount of Digital Gold to my bank account. After 3 days i have received my money. Worst service by Paytm Mobile Solutions.

                                1) I ordered samsung galaxy M01 Core on 01.02.2021 on Amazon ( seller SPTL Exclusive) of Rs. 5999
                                2) I recived the product on 03.02.2021 at 3:29 pm.
                                3) Within a day of reciving the product, i found that the product was defective.
                                4) Placed a return on Amazon on 4.02.2021 at 4:37pm by sharing all the details & photos of the product with amazon execilation team.
                                5) Return was scheduled on 8.02.2021 between 7:00 am - 7:00 pm .
                                6) Product was sucessfully picked up by the delivery executive on 8.02.2021, though the mode of payment was cash on delivery while buying the product, they stated that the refund will be initiated in your bank account linked with the amazon.
                                7) My account linked with Amazon is a saving account of paytm paymebnt bank

                                Branch- B-121 Sec-5 Noida 201301
                                8) Within few hours of returning the product, i recived a e-mail from Amazon that they have initiated the refund .
                                9) After some time i also recived a message from Paytm that the transaction of Rs. 5999 failed as it Exceed the monthly credit limit.
                                10) thus i contacted amazon, they asked me to call the bank.
                                11) Within a week, the monthly credit limit was revised by the bank of my account.
                                12) Therefore on 15.02.2021 i contacted the amazon accelation team, they said they have initiated the refund and it must be credited to your bank account, but in actual there was no amount reflecting of Rs. 5999 reflecxting in my bank account, within the time span given by the bank.
                                13) I further asked amazon to provide me the transaction id / refund refrence number of the refund they have done. but they were unable to provide me the RRN & asked me to wait for 3-5 buisness days.
                                14) Further i regularly contacted Amazon accelation team for the RRN & but they failed to provide it. them i contacted them on a regular basis, on the following dates
                                [ 16, 18, 21, 23, 24, 25 ] Feb
                                [ 1, 3, 5, 8, 10, 12, 14, 19, 25, 26, 30 ] March
                                [ 2, 4, 7, 8, 15, 17 ] April & 1 May
                                Even after this much of time they were not able to provide the RRN. but on the other hand they were saying that they have processed the refund.
                                15) I had also Shared my bank statement with them, which states that there were no amount of Rs. 5999 that was credited in my bank account on 8.02.2021.
                                16) Later on 3.05.2021 i raised the social media Enquiry on twitter of Amazon for not reciving the RRN.
                                17) In response to the Social media enquiry they shared the RRN(#[protected] with me on 02.06.2021 .
                                18) Further i shared the RRN with paytm payments bank, but they deny to have any transaction with this transaction number, in this regard i have contacted the bank many times .
                                [3, 6, 7, 24, 25] June & 23.09.21, they everytime deny it.
                                19) I also cross checked with Amazon 3 times weather the transaction id is correct or not.
                                Amazon team confidently say that they have done the transaction and Transaction id / RRN Number is correct from their side.

                                      My account with paytm is [protected]@gmail.com and without any reason my account is been blocked after calling number of times no response from paytm support team
                                      Even after raising complaint from paytm help desk there is no response from paytm
                                      Paytm simply just raise the ticket with number [protected]

                                      As my account with paytm is both business and personal and it has to resolve as earliest
