1) I ordered samsung galaxy M01 Core on 01.02.2021 on Amazon ( seller SPTL Exclusive) of Rs. 5999
2) I recived the product on 03.02.2021 at 3:29 pm.
3) Within a day of reciving the product, i found that the product was defective.
4) Placed a return on Amazon on 4.02.2021 at 4:37pm by sharing all the details & photos of the product with amazon execilation team.
5) Return was scheduled on 8.02.2021 between 7:00 am - 7:00 pm .
6) Product was sucessfully picked up by the delivery executive on 8.02.2021, though the mode of payment was cash on delivery while buying the product, they stated that the refund will be initiated in your bank account linked with the amazon.
7) My account linked with Amazon is a saving account of paytm paymebnt bank

8) Within few hours of returning the product, i recived a e-mail from Amazon that they have initiated the refund .
9) After some time i also recived a message from Paytm that the transaction of Rs. 5999 failed as it Exceed the monthly credit limit.
10) thus i contacted amazon, they asked me to call the bank.
11) Within a week, the monthly credit limit was revised by the bank of my account.
12) Therefore on 15.02.2021 i contacted the amazon accelation team, they said they have initiated the refund and it must be credited to your bank account, but in actual there was no amount reflecting of Rs. 5999 reflecxting in my bank account, within the time span given by the bank.
13) I further asked amazon to provide me the transaction id / refund refrence number of the refund they have done. but they were unable to provide me the RRN & asked me to wait for 3-5 buisness days.
14) Further i regularly contacted Amazon accelation team for the RRN & but they failed to provide it. them i contacted them on a regular basis, on the following dates
[ 16, 18, 21, 23, 24, 25 ] Feb
[ 1, 3, 5, 8, 10, 12, 14, 19, 25, 26, 30 ] March
[ 2, 4, 7, 8, 15, 17 ] April & 1 May
Even after this much of time they were not able to provide the RRN. but on the other hand they were saying that they have processed the refund.
15) I had also Shared my bank statement with them, which states that there were no amount of Rs. 5999 that was credited in my bank account on 8.02.2021.
16) Later on 3.05.2021 i raised the social media Enquiry on twitter of Amazon for not reciving the RRN.
17) In response to the Social media enquiry they shared the RRN(#[protected] with me on 02.06.2021 .
18) Further i shared the RRN with paytm payments bank, but they deny to have any transaction with this transaction number, in this regard i have contacted the bank many times .
[3, 6, 7, 24, 25] June & 23.09.21, they everytime deny it.
19) I also cross checked with Amazon 3 times weather the transaction id is correct or not.
Amazon team confidently say that they have done the transaction and Transaction id / RRN Number is correct from their side.
