PayTM Mobile Solutions Complaints & Reviews

I have registered many complaints in paytm, but there is no response and no one from paytm calls to explain or clarify the issue, blaming me in all their mails. They have become a mental torture. Just letting them go is not the solution. They have to give explanation why they have blocked my account.
Registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com, i have given my phone number 3 times and in every mail they are asking for it....

I BOUGHT iphone 6 32 GB SPACE GREY MOBILE HANDSET FROM PAYTM WORTH RS. 27999/- BUT cashback not received of rupees 5750 after delivery ...

Every time while booking movie tickets the promo code is not working showing that i doesnt have enough data connection actually its totally fake but
Iam having enough data connection
So why it is showing like that

Actually i was doing the paytm transaction from my icici bank account and transaction was not reached successfully even than my 4000 (Four thousand rupees) got charged from my account.
I am regular online customer of paytm i have a shop and i do transaction everyday of around 20, 000 (Twenty thousand)
Please resolve my problem so i may keep using your app and services provide by you..

I have ordered iphone 6 from paytm on 16 of aug and they have promised to give cashback of 5750 after the shipment of my order in 48 hours but now i have recived my order and it has been 4 days they haven't given me my cashback and even they aren't replying of my mails and sms what can i do now please help me even they didn't have any contact no. Or helpline no. And they have one but they are not repling on it...

On august 20th i transfer rs 1000 to my friend account but its august 23rd the amount has been not updated in her account till now i am very much angry an had a bad impact on your service i will conplaint it to the police an file a report against you and your company...

Date aug 23, i have placed return of a damaged product delivered by paytm on aug 17. The request still not processed. I have shared all required details of the damaged product with customer care over email but have not heard back from them tried to call them but they just give an assurance some one will call back but no on has call backed in past 1 week. I have tweeted them on social network as well but these cheats don't even care to reply...

This is very bad thing for paytm that a customer has to write to higher authority to solve the issue.
I am a regular paytm customer.
I ordered “fantasy india assorted kids scooter with bell “dated on 12 aug 2017 from my mobile app.

Very next day (13 aug17) i got a call from a person (Who introduced himself as a paytm representative) from mobile...

Unable to redeem coupon of rs.18 cash on parle bakesmith biscuits
When i am entering the promocode printed inside the cover of parle bakesmith marie it is displaying that - invalid coupon code, enter valid code but it was a sealed pack and purchased from reliance fresh. Reply to complaint from parle received as forward complaint to [protected]@paytmmall.com which is not being delivered to paytm even after 2-3 attempts. Who is cheating to...

I have purchase a sharivz foldable credit card size knife order number [protected] on 21.07.17. But it is not strong enough what i have thought, so i have given the return & refund request on 27.07.17. But it still not taken and money has not been refunded. Where the other product has been returned & refunded. The two request logged at the same time....

I paid the electricity bill of rs. 8512/- on 15 aug 2017 through paytm to besl-bharatpur, rajasthan.

The k number is[protected] for the consumer. But the payment is neither received to the company nor refunded back to my account.

Paytm quiz is fake.in demo quiz, they will show easy 10 questions with no time limits and you will earn rs.5 cashback. And if you play for classic or other quiz, rs. 10 will be taken from your paytm account and they will give you just 10 seconds for difficult questions that you can't clear at all and will loose rs. 10 from your account. So never play paytm quiz. Its totally fake just meant to collect money from users....

I m using paytm for the first time to book flight tickets and the promo-code is for new paytm users. My promo code cannot be applied to my ticket and its a serious problem for me. The company is making fake ads for 15% cashback on using code augfly. I have tried it many times but it is not working. I m booking a flight from mumbai.
