      Find the reference no you people gave me past 1 month back to resolve the issue but no resolution happen till now, your [protected]@paytm team is so busy they wont reply to my mail also, you people cant deceive the customer like this, how come you people can able to digest the food which is looted from hard earn money, i know you people are 100% suffering from diabetics, bp and lots of disease, because looted money only make you all suffer

        I purchased a product on kindle, i applied a coupon and was promised a cash back with 48hrs of product delivery. I am yet to receive the cash back. I have written many emails to the company but i have received no reply from their side.
        I am also unable to contact their customer care executive. The customer care numbers provided on their site is highly inefficient and never solves the problem.
        I have booked Lyf water mobile which is not opreat properly I have been replaced request summit on 19 August 2017 but no any response my oreder no.[protected] so I requested to you do the needful as soon as possible

            4 din ke baad aana.

            Udhar bijli valon ka phone aa gaya bill ka bill jama karvado nahi to bijli ka di

              I have paid my postpaid mobile bill on 3rd august, 2017. The trasanction is completed but my bill has not been paid yet. Moreover my balance also has been deducted from my bank account. And there is also no custumer care service for such a complain provided by paytm. Please, help me to resolve my problem. And take necessary action against such frauds.

                I recently came to know that my account at paytm was marked for abusing the paytm return policy as i made high number of returns and now they have stopped entertaining my return requests as well as not even responding to emails with legitimate answers. Further on calling customer care no help is getting provided stating the account is marked for abusing paytm policies.

                On requesting for justified answer, they have no answer rather than saying their system marks it automatically but no one is reviewing it why?? On asking for nodal or greivance contact info to escalate, they simply are denying to share that info as well.

                Every response they write to me for issue with the product they delivered stating that your account has been temporarily marked for abusing the policy and it will automatically fix as the transaction in future becomes good, otherwise they will permanently block and report to national cyber crime.

                Do they guys really understand what is cyber crime? They are not even ready to hold of their sellers to sell bad products so that such return requests does not happen. I have raised return everytime, i had issue and honestly everytime it was a genuine reason for returning the product.

                I am not having that much free time that i will spend money to buy product and then once it arrives i will place a return for it and wait for your courier to pick it up. This whole process invests my time as well.

                Since they marked the account as abusing the policy, i am not able to request return now and nor even able to raise the grievance. Further getting a clarification is now next to impossible for me from paytm.

                I have issues with order number [protected]. Seller sent open seal item, now no one at paytm is bothered to take down complaint related to it, even tried raising fraud complaint against seller.

                I have issue with order number [protected]. Product sold with different sizes of t-shirt, but now xxl is smaller than xl size of the same brand, tried raising the complaint, but no help at all.

                Its loss for me for more than 1200 rupees, but its again since company is not able to give clarification as well for marking abuse and getting a justification is again a question on system they are running.

                      My name is salil ajgaonkar.
                      I am a paytm user with email id - ajgaonkar. [protected]@gmail.com

                      Just yesterday night, around 11:16pm, i ordered a product from the paytm mall with the order id - [protected].

                      Now before payment it showed that the order will be delivered by coming monday, which i was okay with. But i made the mistake of not checking the pin code.

                      It is during the payment that i put in my address pin code and after completing the payment did i notice that it will be delivered to me on 8th of september.

                      Now since i am not in the country post 4th september i decided to cancel the order right then and there so as to not cause any logistical issue to you.

                      Unfortunately as i went about searching to cancel the order i came across no provision to cancel the order in spite of your site constantly telling me to cancel the order by going on my orders and clicking on cancel button. There is no cancel button!! I. E as far as i can search.

                      Now i tried to raise this issue to customer care via phone but i would always be put on hold saying too much traffic and god knows what. I wasted 40 rupees just because of keeping my phone on hold and no one would answer it. I did not expect this bad a service from paytm.

                      Now here is what i would like you to do to if you wish to earn my faith back in your service.
                      Either
                      1) cancel this order from your end and refund my money back to my source
                      Or
                      2) speed up the delivery time and try to get my order delivery before 2nd september

                      I will be more than happy to assist you in case you need any more information or co-operation from my side. But please see to it that someone looks into this as soon as possible.

                        I got call from mobile no : +91 [protected]. He is asked me to give debit card details like card number, cvv number and otp. He told me your card will deactivate if you not provide details, i am calling from your bank so please give details and cooperate with us.

                        He transferred 10000/- rupees to his wallet. Transaction ids are 52122042 and 52119507.

                        Request : necessary steps should be taken against it on immediate basis with some minimum inquiry on phone.

                          Dear concerned,

                          My order# [protected] and dc transaction# [protected]. I have placed any order on[protected]. As per offer i purchase products above 2500 i. E., 2949 rupees to get 1000 cash back. But order automatically got cancelled by paytm. Now refund is not processed.
                          Tried 15-20 times to contact customer care and wasted 20 minutes and 50ruppes on each call, no one picks up call.
                          Registered complaint, no one has responded till now.
                          Please take appropriate action, waiting for your needful revert.

                            I have registered many complaints in paytm, but there is no response and no one from paytm calls to explain or clarify the issue, blaming me in all their mails. They have become a mental torture. Just letting them go is not the solution. They have to give explanation why they have blocked my account.

                                  Actually i was doing the paytm transaction from my icici bank account and transaction was not reached successfully even than my 4000 (Four thousand rupees) got charged from my account.
                                  I am regular online customer of paytm i have a shop and i do transaction everyday of around 20, 000 (Twenty thousand)
                                  Please resolve my problem so i may keep using your app and services provide by you..
                                  Please contact me as soon as possible
                                  If you will not resolve it i will have to use another money transaction app...

                                  Paytm asks me for master security code I left it vacant my4000(four thousand rupees)cut off from my account and transaction was incomplete till yet..

                                    Hey there paytm, i ordered a phone iphone 6 at 16 of aug and i have applied a coupon worth 5750 and you have promised to give my cashback when the product is shipped but now i have my device in my hand and it has been 4 to 5 days of dillivery and you people haven't given my cash back till now so i want to know till when i will get my cashback and i have tried alot to contact you but even you don't have any sources to contact and i have sent you even mails but you haven't replied them all.
