Date aug 23, i have placed return of a damaged product delivered by paytm on aug 17. The request still not processed. I have shared all required details of the damaged product with customer care over email but have not heard back from them tried to call them but they just give an assurance some one will call back but no on has call backed in past 1 week. I have tweeted them on social network as well but these cheats don't even care to reply on media as well.
The Paytm mall App hasn't refund my money to the bank account after the cancelation of the order. I ordered shoes but then I cancelled it immediately after the payment but the seller hasn't refunded the money yet.

          I have forget my paytm password. I only remember my registerd email id. I have forget my registerd mobile number. I am unable to reset my password by the email id. Please help me to reset my password. I have added rupees 2000 in my wallet but m unable to use this money bcause i have log out my id after adding money. Now i am unable to login my id. Please shortout my problem as soon as possible. Thankyou

            Dear mr. Vijay shekhar sharma,
            This is very bad thing for paytm that a customer has to write to higher authority to solve the issue.
            I am a regular paytm customer.
            I ordered “fantasy india assorted kids scooter with bell “dated on 12 aug 2017 from my mobile app.
            Order no. : #[protected]
            Very next day (13 aug17) i got a call from a person (Who introduced himself as a paytm representative) from mobile number: +91 [protected] (Ratlam, madhya pradesh)
            And he said me to cancel the order.
            He also suggested to review other product (Product code: se-sc-01) and forced me to place for that.
            But i didn’t cancel my order.
            He again called me (16 aug 17) and again ask for cancelled the product and review other product (Product code: se-sc-04) and forced me to place for that.
            But i didn’t cancel my order.
            I also got sms regarding product code se-sc-01 of from number: +91 [protected] and product code se-sc-04 from number [protected] for review this product and to place order.
            Finally i got my parcel date on 22 aug 2017 from ecom express and i am very much surprized to see it. The parcel weight is just of 480 gm.
            An average scooter weight for kids should be minimum of 3 to 4 kg. And i am sure that i was cheated.
            I opened the parcel and i am very feel bad after seen it, there were some thermocol waste pieces in the parcel.
            This is fraud from paytm and this is very disappointed.
            I went to my mobile paytm app and try to rise a claim for this fraud.
            But there is no option (Of product box is empty) for return the product.
            So i was little worried about to rise a claim for selection of option.
            Finally i call customer call centre on [protected] and [protected]
            But i can’t get your customer care executive on call and just listing a auto generated voice mail of “ we are currently experiencing heavy traffic on this number, please call after some times.”
            I tried to call at late night as well as early morning and face same issue to contacting the paytm customer care executive.
            This is very painful for a regular customer.

                Unable to redeem coupon of rs.18 cash on parle bakesmith biscuits
                When i am entering the promocode printed inside the cover of parle bakesmith marie it is displaying that - invalid coupon code, enter valid code but it was a sealed pack and purchased from reliance fresh. Reply to complaint from parle received as forward complaint to [protected]@paytmmall.com which is not being delivered to paytm even after 2-3 attempts. Who is cheating to customers? Is it parle or paytm. Resolve the issue.
                Cant redeem. Paytm sucks as usual

But it is not strong enough what i have thought, so i have given the return & refund request on 27.07.17. But it still not taken and money has not been refunded. Where the other product has been returned & refunded. The two request logged at the same time.

                      Paytm quiz is fake.in demo quiz, they will show easy 10 questions with no time limits and you will earn rs.5 cashback. And if you play for classic or other quiz, rs. 10 will be taken from your paytm account and they will give you just 10 seconds for difficult questions that you can't clear at all and will loose rs. 10 from your account. So never play paytm quiz. Its totally fake just meant to collect money from users.

                          I m using paytm for the first time to book flight tickets and the promo-code is for new paytm users. My promo code cannot be applied to my ticket and its a serious problem for me. The company is making fake ads for 15% cashback on using code augfly. I have tried it many times but it is not working. I m booking a flight from mumbai. On the terms and conditions there is no limit for getting a cashback.

                                I am a user of paytm and using it since long. I had an issue with a transaction so i thought of contacting paytm customer care executive.

                                When i tried to contact them on their given number[protected] i was not able to get connected.

                                Just because of this worst customer care number, i was not able to contact the customer care and due to which a fraud of 5000 got happened.

                                Could you please dial the above number and try to get in touch with paytm customer care.

                                This is one of the worst online company i have ever seen wherein there is no way of contacting the paytm.

                                Please penalise them heavily for such a worst service.

                                    PayTM is a CHOR company. I purchased one Oppo Mobile on 5th August for the amount of 27990 Rs. But due to some issue, I cancelled the order at the same time. From that time till now, I did not get my refund of 27990 Rs. Their call center executive only says that PayTM team is working on it. I have called more than 15 times in last 18 days but resolution.
                                    Not even a single mail or call to me from PAYTM side.

                                    Really a BIG CHOR COMPANY is in market called PAYTM. If you are not able to solve one Technical Issue then how can Customer trust on you.
                                    A BIG NO to PayTM for my Future Transaction.

Through paytm payment has been deducted but recharge is not succesfull as jio executive informed me as i tried to register complain through paytm app help and support but i am not able to register my complain so please arrange a call back so that i can state you my complete issue and refund the amount in my paytm wallet or my bank ac. I am attach all the required documents to help you for resolving my issue as soon as possible. All the transection id available in the screenshots & order numbers also. It is reaquest to you kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.
