I ordered an Apple macbook for ₹61000, and now it is being cancelled and i have not being refunded with either my money nor with the product. It is being a month since i am tracking my order. I am a user of paytm and using it since long. I had an issue with a transaction so i thought of contacting paytm customer care executive.

When i tried to contact them on their given number[protected] i was not able to get connected.

Just because of this worst customer care number, i was not able to contact the customer care and due to which a fraud of 5000 got happened.

My money has got locked in my account.
I have lost no. As well as the password. I have all the proofs like pan card, etc.

I have submitted the complaint 3 times but there is no response.

PayTM is a CHOR company. I purchased one Oppo Mobile on 5th August for the amount of 27990 Rs. But due to some issue, I cancelled the order at the same time. From that time till now, I did not get my refund of 27990 Rs. Their call center executive only says that PayTM team is working on it. I have called more...

I ordered iphone 6 32gb on 16th august. As mentioned in paytm i'll receive 5750 cashback within 24hrs of product bein shipped. But my product got shipped on 18th august. And got delievered today i.e 21st august. But still i have got no cashback. No response from paytm on calls or mail. Please help me....

I did a transaction of 56, 342rs. From paytm on 12th, aug, 2017.
The payment got failed but the money got deducted from my account.
After 2 days i got an acknowledgement from paytm that the money has been refunded from their side.
I checked with the bank after that but they don't have the money with them.
I tried calling paytm customer care a thousand times but no one picks up call there. There is no email support...

I had ordered parker frontier ss gt fountain pen and leather wallet combo
Against order no.-[protected] which was dispatched through blue dart (Waybill no.-[protected] dt-12 aug'17).
The product is still not received and the package is held at blue dart lucknow location from 14 aug'17.
Since then i am continuously following up with blue dart and they keep excusing me every day that package...
