Dear sir, i purchased a yu yureka mobile phone from paytm with order no.[protected]. Delivered to my home on 10-7-17 but on trial it was found damaged phone so i registered a complaint and requested for replacement. Paytm accepted request with replacement order no.[protected]. But still today after a duration of 1.5 month neither replacement of damaged mobile phone done nor refund of rs.7765/- done. So you are kindly requested to solve my problem immediately. Jayant m.       While booking a cab through bookcab app using paytm wallet it shows transaction sucessful and amount is dedeucted but booking was failed. While contacted paytm customer care informed me, they will contact to merchant and give information but 20 days passed no information they are giving and my deducted money also not received. Transaction i'd for booking is bdi[protected]. Please solve the matter.

            I booked flight tickets for my onward & return journey from mumbai to bagdogra & return through paytm. Following are the details:

            Date of booking: 08 may 2017.
            No. Of passengers: 4.
            Paytm order id: [protected].
            Journey dates:
            Onward - 15 aug, 2017 (By indigo);
            Return - 20 aug, 2017 (By jet airways, flight no 9w-972).

            However, on 1st august jet airways intimated me that due to their operational reasons they cancelled the flight 9w-972 and wanted to route me through a hopping flight whereas my original booking was on a non stop flight.

            On 2nd august, while i had a conversation with jet airways customer support, they gave me an option for ticket cancellation with full refund. I opted for that for my return journey. They said the amount (Rs. 23308/-) will be credited back to the travel site from which i booked the ticket. On that same day i intimated the same to paytm. Paytm customer care told me that i will get the (Refund - the cashback i got from that trip) credited to my paytm wallet which was quite logical.

            After a certain waiting period, i kept on following up repeatedly with paytm customer care. Following are some of the conversations / updates given by paytm customer care:
            On 21/8/2017: i was informed by paytm customer care (By mr. Anshul at around 9.45 pm) that the refund process is already in process and i will get the refund credited to my wallet within 24 hours.
            On 22/8/2017: at around 10.10 pm i was told (By mr. Sourav) that the exact refund status could not be tracked, neither they could commit any timeline within which i would get the refund. I was told to call again next day.
            On 23/8/2017: at around 8.45 pm i contacted paytm customer care (Talked to mr. Akshay), still no conclusive update.
            On 25/8/2017 morning: at around 11 am i was told by mr. Tushar that i will get the refund by the same day evening.
            On 25/8/2017: in the evening i was told by mr. Kamran that refund will be credited next day morning by 10 am
            On 26/8/2017: till 11:25 am the refund is not yet credited to my paytm wallet.
            Every time they are saying your case is being accelerated, it is under process and all these cliche jargons.

            I dropped my feedback through the paytm app with reference to the particular order id. I wrote mail to [protected]@one.97.com on 23/8/2017. It bounced. I dropped mail to [protected]@paytm.com on the same day. That had no effect.

            I contacted jet airways for the refund status; they said they have initiated the process from their end on 8/8/2017 (Around 1:30 pm). On the other hand paytm arranged a call-back for me to give status from the channel partner for this booking. On getting the call i came to know that easemytrip is the channel partner; they said that they have already initiated the refund process from their end; now it is held up on paytm only.

            It's been 24 days since the ticket was cancelled, but i did not get the refund. I do not have any idea how long i have to wait further. Neither i have any idea about its exact status. The experience is really pathetic. Customer care people are simply providing fake baseless promises. I don't know whom to approach and when would i get my money back to my paytm wallet.

                  I buy a lenovo k6 power mobile phone but when i take delivery of this i found it damaged i make an return request the request confirmed the product is to be dispatched on 24 but it get auto cancel on 25 so i want the answer about my return request i want the reason why it get autocancel and when it will be dispatched next time or i can get my money back. I have applied 4 complaints about it in paytm website but there is no reply about it but now please reply me fast.

                        This is regarding the money transaction dated 26/08/17 on the mobile no [protected].

                        We had raised the request immediately for the reversal of below mentioned transactions credited on the mobile no [protected] on 26/08/17 (After the transaction) and asked the
                        Support team to freeze that paytm no. Immediately as it was the fake paytm account but no action was taken on this. And after half an hour, the user transferred the amount to some another mobile no/bank.
                        And we got the response from the paytm that they can't do anything for the payment reversal.

                        The transaction id's are as follows:-

                        I would like to raise the few concern on this and would like to request the banking ombudsman also to see the transactions of paytm.

                        1) how can the paytm app (Money transfer app) can be given to someone without kyc formalities?
                        2) why was the paytm app of the receiver mobile not freezed at the time of my request?
                        3) why the receiver details was not shared by us?
                        4) if the receiver has registered his bank details with paytm, why it was not shared by us? As per the regulations, the paytm should be linked to the aadhar card.

                        I would request you to kindly look into the matter and reverse the amount immediately other wise we will be forced to make the complaint in banking ombudsman &
                        To take the legal action against the company.

                          I have order a vivo v5s mobile on paytm. Order i'd [protected]. It is having rs 2506 as cash back. Item delivered successful but i have not received my cash back. I contacted the [protected]@paytm.com but no response from them. I tried to give complaint on help and support of paytm but no use. So i am finally try with this. Hope i will give some response at least.

                                    This message pertains to a complaint i wish to file with respect to the non credit of an amount transferred by me to a bank account, but the deduction of same from my paytm account.

                                      I have got a refund amount of rs. 500 but my wallet balance is rs. 0, please kindly solve this issue as soon as possible. My registered mobile number is [protected] my wallet txn id is [protected] ans bank txn id is [protected] onplease aug 24th, 19:27 i had a transaction, but unfortunately my transaction failed. And i got a message that the amount has been refunded. But my wallet balance is rs. 0. I tried to solve this by calling to helpline. But none of them are responding to it. No one is receiving the call at all. Please contact to this number

                                        I made an account with paytm and after few days i forgot my registered mobile number and password and i have loaded the amount of rs 2000 in the paytm wallet. The reflecting amount was 1670. I am unable to login into my account. I have tried many time but i have been failed. Pls suggest me any way to refund the wallet balance. I could not login in my paytm account which i have made earlier. Plz respond it as soon as possible
