Im complaining about the online transaction done on on 28/8/17, rs.431 was been deducted from my axis bank account for an unbooked e ticket through a irctc app and the transaction i'd is been documented. (I. E[protected]. Kindle do the needful, as i have trust in ur online service.. Kindly keep the name. Sorry to mention,, even the contact number of the company is valid or not, they ain't picking the call in toll free number. I'm really disappointed.....

I recharged my bsnl mobile no. With an amount of rs 444 today (29/08/2017) from paytm mobile app. This recharge gives 4gb 2g/3g data at unlimited speed (Speed reduced after usage of 4gb per day). And the validity for this recharge is 90 days which is clearly mentioned on paytm app.

After the recharge i got a text message stating that validity is till 21/10/2017 which is only 54 days. This is a surprising fraud. I want this...

They have the worst policies.

I have ordered a product which is found out to be defective. When i file a return they said that your product can not be returned because the return policy is only for broken or wrong delivered product. Now if someone know about this policy then why anyone ordered from paytm or if in any case ordered then simply anyone can provide the return reason as damaged or wrong.

I have ordered the. Macbook air. I have also selected the cashback offer. But i havent received it yet and they are denying to pay and alo paytm is not recieving my calls. I just want my cashback amount in my paytm wallet. Paytm is not standing in their end of the bargain.. So i am filing a omlait against them to make them aware of their mistake. On 17.08.2017 i ordered a phone from paytm which was eligible for a cashback of rs.5750. The cashback was to be transferred within 24hrs of shipment. The order was shipped on 19.08.2017 and was delivered on 22.08.2017 but till date i had not received my cashback yet.

The item received was broken and inner package seal was open. The peeling tag one side was removed. I received the package with proper paytm label but the item was not able to use. I paid the amount through internet banking and full amount was paid by me rs-244.00.
When i tried to contact the customer care personal i was unable to connect to them. I feel that it is better to shop with amazon or fllipkart as they are very quick in responding...

As advised by paytm, called & asked tv company for installation but they denied the installation service. I informed the same to paytm with attachment of call record of activa tv company but no support from paytm.

I called local technician to install the tv and then i came to know the description and specification are false in paytm that the tv in actual is normal hd resolution...

I have tried transferring Rs.5000 from my paytm wallet on 24th Aug 2017. The amount has been deducted from my account. And transfer is still pending. Neither sent nor credited back to my bank account or wallet. I have been asked to wait for 24hrs for recovery of the amount but did not get so. Please do the needful....
