Hello sir/mam,

I have ordered iphone se 32gb from paytm. As per paytm they promised us will receive cashback amount of rs3000 within 48 hours. I got that product long back but i haven't received my cash back amount yet. I tried calling several times to customer care but no one is responding my calls at all. As i am regular user of paytm but this time i really fade up.

I would request you to please response my query asap and also within 24hrs i need my 3000 cash back amount. Kindly take action asap. I got only once email back from waseem from paytm mall care and got reference number after that sent so many emails but no one is responding. (Ref no from paytm mall care:[protected].

I have attached all the info details docs and bill details for your response.
I hope you resolve this issue as soon as possible.

      Hello,
      I have fired a complaint for return of wrong delivered product which I received against a san disk 16 gb pendrive worth 524/- and did payment by paytm wallet which I ordered on 18 august 2017 Order no. is [protected]. On 23 august 2017 I received parcel and to my surprise I found the Gillete vector blade set inside it. The parcel was opened in front of Delhivery courier service, Guna MP delivery boy and immediately I requested for return of parcel. It was shown on app that I will receive the refund on 28th august. On the next day I asked the courier to take back the parcel but he returned me saying that we can't courier back and you have to make the complaint again.
      I found all possibilities to complaint back from paytm app and paytm website but their was no proper way to complaint again. I called each and every no. related to paytm customer support but they too didn't responded.
      Then I mailed to paytm care and didn't get the satisfactory answer. Now yesterday I received a message from delhivery to return the packet but the courier person didn't came to pickup. Today I called him again so he repeated the same story that you have to again fire a complaint.

      Now things are getting messy and it's irritating me. The thing is not about money but my patience and your services. We trust you and pay in advance the money, but sometimes you think customer is a fool.

      So now I will not request but order you to make my refund and take your product back.

        I am vikas naidu regularly using paytm from last 2 years i never went with this much bad facility.. Today i am in big problem i booked travelling ticket from kolhapur to bangalore for canara pinto multi axle volvo through paytm firstly i wasn't got any call from travellers that bus is late i got text as bus is one hour late and when i called they told bus is late about 7hrs. So what should i do.. Then also i stayed calm as i wants to go to meeting in the morning they told to call them at 3:30 in the morning as bus will come in kolhapur at around 4:30 so i called them at 3 am morning but they were telling bus went from kolhapur and right now it is in belgam and they wasn't called me once... This is facility that they are providing what the #.. At present i am standing at same place in kolhapur because of this #. I am really too much upset and guiding to all please don't book canara pinto travelles as there service is #off and there drivers are #s in manners....

                It is very surprising that few companies like one97 communications (Paytm mobile solution) are allowed to operate like financial institute without following rules and regulation given by rbi.

                I have transferred rs. 900 on 26th august 2017 from my paytm to icici bank. Due to the technical issue, the last digit of the beneficiary account got mismatched but i put correct account name. Then i call to paytm customer care regarding the same and explain each and everything to them, but they said they cannot help anything because they transferred the amount to that wrong beneficiary account. Hence paytm cannot help me to resolve this issue after send so many emails to them.

                If anyone sends money from one bank account to the wrong beneficiary then own bank has the policy to hold that transaction till the proper resolution comes. Here paytm doesn't have that policy which any bank in india has. Kindly let me know what best way to deal with such situation.

                  On 24/8/17 on 12:15 am i received a msg from sbi bank about a transaction of ₹3000 debit from my account (Transaction id =othpg 779846). I was shocked as i had not made any transactions. After getting this msg i have checked and and got aware that ₹1000 was debited from feb 2017 to august 2017. From 24th august i am continuously trying to contact paytm costumer care services but they are not answering the calls.
                  Kindly resolve the matter as soon as possible.

                        Yesterday i got a calls from this numbers [protected] and [protected] they
                        R defining them as a paytm employer. Last month i got a call for the kyc document authentication. Yesterday these guys also want to linking my aadhar card to paytm. Then they start the proceadure and i followed all the instruction which they r commanding through call. Then i finally got messages from my bank that my account is debited rs 18000. I am in shock i cant even know hat they r paytm employee i m continously calling paytm toll free no. But they r unable to attend atlast finally broken head to paytm office but those people also helpless. Plz point a view. And i m also attaching where i got messages.

                          I am an active use of paytm solutions, however, a day earlier, i was unable to access my account. When contacted, paytm is asking for my id proof and address proof documents. I am not interested in continuing with their services as i am not interested in their banking services. I requested paytm to let me login and transfer / use my balance and then let me decide whether to continue with their services or not. However, they are refusing to let me access my account without providing the identity documents. This amounts to unfair trade practices on behalf of paytm as there was no communication from their end about the possibility of blocking my services. Need help in ensuring that people become aware of this high handedness.

(I. E[protected]. Kindle do the needful, as i have trust in ur online service.. Kindly keep the name. Sorry to mention,, even the contact number of the company is valid or not, they ain't picking the call in toll free number. I'm really disappointed.. Kindly reply..

                              I recharged my bsnl mobile no. With an amount of rs 444 today (29/08/2017) from paytm mobile app. This recharge gives 4gb 2g/3g data at unlimited speed (Speed reduced after usage of 4gb per day). And the validity for this recharge is 90 days which is clearly mentioned on paytm app.

                              After the recharge i got a text message stating that validity is till 21/10/2017 which is only 54 days. This is a surprising fraud. I want this to be addressed & resolved asap. Attached are the 2 images which depicts the recharge description & the validity from the app & the the text message which i got from bsnl regarding the recharge.

                                They have the worst policies.

                                I have ordered a product which is found out to be defective. When i file a return they said that your product can not be returned because the return policy is only for broken or wrong delivered product. Now if someone know about this policy then why anyone ordered from paytm or if in any case ordered then simply anyone can provide the return reason as damaged or wrong.

                                Paytm is fraud, have fraud policies, and fraud merchants.

                                I paid electricity bill on 22nd august but noy yet any confirmation from electricity board and paytm still showing your bill is under process, but in my account amount is deducted. Please do needful as soon as possible

                                  I have ordered the. Macbook air. I have also selected the cashback offer. But i havent received it yet and they are denying to pay and alo paytm is not recieving my calls. I just want my cashback amount in my paytm wallet. Paytm is not standing in their end of the bargain.. So i am filing a omlait against them to make them aware of their mistake. The must correct it.

                                      When called site provided number[ [protected]] after 20 minutes they ask to call another number [[protected]] this person asks to call another number [[protected]]

                                      Its more than a hour calling your customer care and no details about it.

                                      Either you guys close business or provide proper service to customer.

                                      I have vested my hour worth of time for 500 bucks...

                                        On 17.08.2017 i ordered a phone from paytm which was eligible for a cashback of rs.5750. The cashback was to be transferred within 24hrs of shipment. The order was shipped on 19.08.2017 and was delivered on 22.08.2017 but till date i had not received my cashback yet.
