For password reset they are asking to dial some landline numbers [protected] but everytime i call i am getting instructions in languages which i don't know. Then i tried to send mail on [protected]@paytm.com for which i hot reply that they don't monitor this mail i'd and asked me to complain on app on which again and again i am getting the same call option.
It'd like trap and waste of time and energy

I forgot my paytm password and mistakenly tried to log in multiple times.. So my account got temporarily blocked now when i try to get the password reset link through customer care call.. It tells me that password reset link can not be sent due to some technical issues. I tried to send the complaint through the help section but that fails.. Every time i try to send the complaint.. It flashes " user details can not be fetched... I m frustrated....
