    Hi team,

    I have ordered for apple iphone se 32 gb (Gold) on 4th aug 2017 and received product on 5th aug 2017. At the time of placing the order i have not entered promo code, so i have called customer care on 5th aug 2017 early morning around 7 am and requested for the cancellation of the order as i have not entered promo code. Customer care executive asked the reason and mentioned the same, he assured that he will mention the promo code "phonese" so that i will get cash back. But till now i haven't received any cash back and called many times to customer care, till now there no resolution. Please do the needful.

        I have purchased 2 i phone 6 32 gb space gray but i don't have received. Cash back from paytm mall if there is no cash back on that phones kindly return the product and return my money back in my paytm wallet.           I was shopping something from www.netmeds.com and for payment i choice paytm then during payment transaction got cancel. Paytm sended a message that they got the money and if transaction does not completes they will refund the amount but no refund done, they are not responding to complaint, emails, call no reply from them. I want refund of my money rs1032.39 i belong to a poor family this amount is very big for me my father is washerman it his 3 days salary for us.

                5000/- not refunded. I added it ysing crrdit card. Then while sending txn failed. Amount devited from wallet not yet refunded. I conta ted customer care. They said 5 days but already 20 days gone. Consumer complain cam help as they solve problems like this. Amount should be refunded to wallet or my crrdit card. My phn no [protected]. Try to refund the amount.

                  My order no - [protected]. I ordered iphone6 32gb on 14th august. As shown in paytm i'll get cashback of 5750 within 24hrs of product being shipped. Product got shipped on 17th august 6:55pm. And then within 48 hrs i. E on 19th august 3:15 i got my product delivered but no cashback received yet. No one is responding from paytm. I am trying to call customer care but no one is receiving my calls. Please do something.

                            I have ordered a hornbull reversible belt... But the product which i received is totally different.. It is not that item i ordered... It is not reversible and the size is also different... Even the product is old too... This type of things are not expected from the brand like 'paytm'... Probably it is the seller's fault and please take it return and refund me asap.

                                    I called ur customer care multiple times n waited for 10 mins.. Still all agents were busy. Why r u not increasing ur agent count i[censored] have heavy demand. Used all means to address my concern but no response even after 24 hrs. If this is the kind of service u r providing... I would love to cancel/ return my orders instead of taking soo much if load to get my issues addressed.
                                    Even i submitted my query by message option 24 hrs back and the is still neither acknowledged/ resolved. They have not provided me cash back even after 48 hrs if shipping done.

                                        Sir, this is ashvin from nagpur dainik bhaskar. I have lost my password. For getting new i have followed the instructions given by ur call centre machine. But when i click on link, the massege comes that the link has expired even before 10 minutes. Please solve my problem otherwise my trust on paytm will go to end. The balance with u doesn't matter for me, but i know trust matters a lot for any business firm. No ur customer care executive receive my call. What should i think.
