I used paytm gateway while paying for my tatkal tickets booking on 10.08.2017. I payed using my indian bank debit card with name ramesh rajendran ending with no. Xxxx xxxx xxxx 0627. Though irctc says money refunded with a trans id: [protected] and cancel/refund id: [protected] for an amount of inr. 4650, i still (28.08.17) have not received the money in my account....

Pl refer to my order id [protected] for the site paytm.
The above order is for wd hdd which i ordered as per the order id shown above. At the time of the order the delivery was shown with in 1-2 days.

But after the payment its showing 5 september which is not acceptable. Moreover i have paid rs 25 for the delivery charges. I want to deliever it by as i urgently request it. Its a very big harassment to me.

Also...

I transfer 15000 to my paytm wallet from my credit card on 24 aug 2017. When i see my wallet balance on 24 aug 2017 its nil amount. I check the order list, there is no order placed. And then i check for passbook. Its showing that 15000 was transfer to zingoy reward orders. Even i dont know the zingoy site till now. This is happend at mid night 12.00am. With in 2 min total 15000 was gone from my wallet.
Immediately i call paytm care...

How there!

My order no. Is [protected], i have cancelled the order and refund status shows refund processed on 28th august, 2017 but i haven't recieved any refund, on speaking with the customer care executive, they say we have transferred the amount to bank account but i haven't received any refund amount in my bank a/c. Kindly check and resolve the issue asap....

I am a busy person. I broke my phone, so had to wait for it's repair, so wanted a standby phone so paid by paytm a instagram account... By the name stores_insta... I ordered for a phone mi 4a 16gb.. Paid on july 8th... They never sent the order nor did refund... Later they stopped replying to the matter... I further tried contacting paytm, u charge for the call but do not provide any service nor did i get any executive to talk to on the matter,...

Dear sir, regarding the order no [protected] i want to inform you that i ordered this by mistake on 21/08/2017 and cancelled it on 22/08/2017 before shipping. But my refund has not been credited to my account yet. Your customer care number is useless. It is always busy even after 10 minutes remains on phone line no one is available to pick up the phone. I contacted through email but in vain. It replied me to use help and support option. But...

Dear team, my paytm no. [protected] and mail address [protected]@gmail.com and I transfer the 398₹ from paytm wallet to my bank a/C so money got deducted from paytm wallet but not credited into bank a/c even after 7 working days... Paytm team not even responding to my complaint

Hello my paytm ph no is [protected]. I ordered pizza from Domino's website where it was showing 50% cashback by paytm but received just Rs 5 cashback. This happened again when i ordered the second time a day later. Plz check the problem and process the cashback. I paid Rs 470 but got just Rs 5 cashback....

When i went to service center to repairing the chip then samsung engineer told me this is made in taiban and said, taiban chip will not repair in india and then i saw the memory card repar...

Dear sir, i purchased a yu yureka mobile phone from paytm with order no.[protected]. Delivered to my home on 10-7-17 but on trial it was found damaged phone so i registered a complaint and requested for replacement. Paytm accepted request with replacement order no.[protected]. But still today after a duration of 1.5 month neither replacement of damaged mobile phone done nor refund of rs.7765/- done. So you are kindly requested to solve my problem...

While booking a cab through bookcab app using paytm wallet it shows transaction sucessful and amount is dedeucted but booking was failed. While contacted paytm customer care informed me, they will contact to merchant and give information but 20 days passed no information they are giving and my deducted money also not received. Transaction i'd for booking is bdi[protected]. Please solve the matter....
