Moreover the number is not in working condition how recharge can be successful as from morning I have tried to call but it's saying out of service

So the person is not Using mobile and it is out of coverage, not in service, but recharge got success wow

    The item received was broken and inner package seal was open. The peeling tag one side was removed. I received the package with proper paytm label but the item was not able to use. I paid the amount through internet banking and full amount was paid by me rs-244.00.
    When i tried to contact the customer care personal i was unable to connect to them. I feel that it is better to shop with amazon or fllipkart as they are very quick in responding and they are able to understand our situation.
    The customer care people are very much helpful in the case of amazon or flipkart.

    They have credited the amount to my bank account on 30-08-2017. The pick up of the component was initiated from the supplier end, immediately after the collection, they returned the money.

      Ordered 11.08.2017
      Delivered 16.08.2017.
      As advised by paytm, called & asked tv company for installation but they denied the installation service. I informed the same to paytm with attachment of call record of activa tv company but no support from paytm.

      I called local technician to install the tv and then i came to know the description and specification are false in paytm that the tv in actual is normal hd resolution 1366x768p but in paytm product page it is 1920x1080p.

      Asked paytm to return the item with refund of my money and mailed the product pics with call records to activa tv customer care on 18.08.2017.
      After passing more tha a week when i asked paytm to know about my return complaint then they told it is under top priority and subject to supplier confirmation where as in the product page they have never mentioned their bindings with supplier. Return is acceptable in 7 days from delivery of tv.

      It is totally misleading advertising to grab money by trap.

      I am using paytm as regular merchant since few years but now i feel bitter experience once raising return request.

      How they can break their commitment without judging the complaint throughout??? They are forcing customer to use crap by non returning the high value item//

        I have purchased iphone6 16gb imei number [protected] vide invoice no.209758/2016-17/2469 on 24th may 2016 for rs.37999. It has stopped working just after using it for 15 months. I have visited apple service centre and per them there is a hardware issue and phone is no more usable and has to be replaced. It is frustrating that after spending rs.40000 i am able to use the phone only for a year.

          Dear sir,

          I am jv narasaiah, general manager working for engineers india ltd, to bring to your notice that some of the people have fraudulently withdrawn amount from my savings bank account using my debit card details.

          On 14th august, 2017 while i was on travelling on official assignment to delhi, during my travel i have received a call from an unknown source stating that calling from sbi and asked for my debit card no. And otp no. Believing the call from sbi i have provided. To my shock i found a total of rs. 1, 92, 976/- has been withdrawn from my account in seven transactions.

          During travel i have received calls from a person claiming to be sbi employee with mobile no. [protected] on 14th, 16th 17th & 19th august, 2017 under the pretext that my debit card is required to be replaced as the same is expired as stated by him. Since, expire date not available on the card, i have believed and the details of debit card and otp were parted with the person and he has withdrawn amounts as per the details below:

          Total amount 1, 92, 976.00

          The above details i come to know on the morning 21.08.2017 during my internet banking and upon which i have informed the case to you. As advised by the bank i have immediately arranged for blocking the debit cardthrough sbi customer care.

          The fraudulent agency has again called me through other no: [protected] at 10.31 on 24.08.17 and tried to collect details which were denied by me.

          Further, approached police department, cyber crime central crime branch, bank fraud wing-team-xii, vepery, chennai-600007 and lodged complaint. Copy of the complaint reference c. No: 4097/ccb/visitors/2017 dtd.21.08.17 is attached.

          I would earnestly request paytm to arrange to pay me the money withdrawn from your vallet.

            I lost my password n have been trying to call on the customer care number for resetting password, but all i m. Getting is option of i[censored] lost phone and want to log out press one or enter your phone number.. I dont know whether the person who has put this customer care number[protected] is delusional or jackass. Since morning i m breaking my head n wasting my time over this useless paytm log in attempt.. A simple recovery mail option to reset password would have been suffice but these people want to give customer care number to reset password n when someone call on that number, all we get is nothing but waste of time..

                I have tried transferring Rs.5000 from my paytm wallet on 24th Aug 2017. The amount has been deducted from my account. And transfer is still pending. Neither sent nor credited back to my bank account or wallet. I have been asked to wait for 24hrs for recovery of the amount but did not get so. Please do the needful.

                      The inner box seal was open and there were some stones in place of product.

                      I complained many times in paytm customer care, but no proper response.

                        On cancellation of ticket booked for journey date 18.08.17 in PPTA YPR EXP(22351) pnr no. [protected], transaction id [protected], irctc is showing that rupees 1695 has been refunded to bank paytmsdk. But the amount has not been credited to my bank account yet. Refund date is showing as per irctc 18.08.2017. Let me know the reason for this inconvenience.

                          I placed an order for a dress by paying 600 inr from a lady called meera aggarwal who uses paytm number [protected].
                          Now she doesnt respond and hasnt sent the dress. It has happened with many people. My paytm number is [protected]. I woyld appreciate a refund. I have screenshots as proof to be provided as required. She was selling through a facebook page which seems to have disappeared now

                            I used paytm gateway while paying for my tatkal tickets booking on 10.08.2017. I payed using my indian bank debit card with name ramesh rajendran ending with no. Xxxx xxxx xxxx 0627. Though irctc says money refunded with a trans id: [protected] and cancel/refund id: [protected] for an amount of inr. 4650, i still (28.08.17) have not received the money in my account.

                              Pl refer to my order id [protected] for the site paytm.
                              The above order is for wd hdd which i ordered as per the order id shown above. At the time of the order the delivery was shown with in 1-2 days.

                              But after the payment its showing 5 september which is not acceptable. Moreover i have paid rs 25 for the delivery charges. I want to deliever it by as i urgently request it. Its a very big harassment to me.

                              Also the paytm call centre has been the filthiest call centre i have ever come across. They have very poor calling services. I have been calling on[protected] for 2 days but all these guys do is to put my call on hold for 15 mins and at end i have to hang up.

                              I m attaching this complaint to consumer forum if i dun recieve a csllback on my number [protected].

                                I transfer 15000 to my paytm wallet from my credit card on 24 aug 2017. When i see my wallet balance on 24 aug 2017 its nil amount. I check the order list, there is no order placed. And then i check for passbook. Its showing that 15000 was transfer to zingoy reward orders. Even i dont know the zingoy site till now. This is happend at mid night 12.00am. With in 2 min total 15000 was gone from my wallet.
                                Immediately i call paytm care and inform them. And also to zingoy care. Both are saying that we are not responsible for this. Then who can responsible for my money. I am trying from last 5 days. There is no proper response from both sites.
                                Even they are not cancel the orders also. I have not allow to cancel that stupid order. Plzz help me anyone. I want my money back. I need to pay creditcard bill. Plzz help me

                                I hav same compliant 500 deucted from my paytm wallet to zengoy reward order

                                  My order no. Is [protected], i have cancelled the order and refund status shows refund processed on 28th august, 2017 but i haven't recieved any refund, on speaking with the customer care executive, they say we have transferred the amount to bank account but i haven't received any refund amount in my bank a/c. Kindly check and resolve the issue asap.

                                    I am a busy person. I broke my phone, so had to wait for it's repair, so wanted a standby phone so paid by paytm a instagram account... By the name stores_insta... I ordered for a phone mi 4a 16gb.. Paid on july 8th... They never sent the order nor did refund... Later they stopped replying to the matter... I further tried contacting paytm, u charge for the call but do not provide any service nor did i get any executive to talk to on the matter, next i am going to court for settlement i[censored] guys don't take this matter into ur hands

                                      Dear sir, regarding the order no [protected] i want to inform you that i ordered this by mistake on 21/08/2017 and cancelled it on 22/08/2017 before shipping. But my refund has not been credited to my account yet. Your customer care number is useless. It is always busy even after 10 minutes remains on phone line no one is available to pick up the phone. I contacted through email but in vain. It replied me to use help and support option. But there's no option for my issue there. Status shows cancellation pending. Solve my problem immediately. Thank you.
                                      I had forgot my paytm password and i am not able to recover my password. please help me. i triet to recover it many times but failed to recover and if its not possible then return my paytm cash back as soon as possible.

                                      I recieved the message that some amount has been credited to my Paytm account but it's not showing in my Paytm balance. I talked to helpline no. They said that it will be credited within 48 hours. But I didn't get any such notifications.
