My paytm account registered with mobile number [protected] has been temporarily blocked from 2 days. I have complained many times to [protected]@paytm.com but my problem has not been resolved yet. Hi paytm team,
This message pertains to a complaint i wish to file with respect to the non credit of an amount transferred by me to a bank account, but the deduction of same from my paytm account.
Please find attached the screenshot of my paytm passbook, confirming the transaction and the debt of amount in my paytm wallet.
Kindly look into this at the earliest, as it is causing great inconveniences for me.
Looking forward to getting my issue resolved at the earliest.

I have got a refund amount of rs. 500 but my wallet balance is rs. 0, please kindly solve this issue as soon as possible. My registered mobile number is [protected] my wallet txn id is [protected] ans bank txn id is [protected] onplease aug 24th, 19:27 i had a transaction, but unfortunately my transaction failed. And i got a message that the amount has been refunded. But my wallet balance is rs. 0. I tried to solve this by calling to helpline. But none of them are responding to it. No one is receiving the call at all. Please contact to this number

I made an account with paytm and after few days i forgot my registered mobile number and password and i have loaded the amount of rs 2000 in the paytm wallet. The reflecting amount was 1670. I am unable to login into my account. I have tried many time but i have been failed. Pls suggest me any way to refund the wallet balance. I could not login in my paytm account which i have made earlier. Plz respond it as soon as possible

I have tried to book a railway ticket through paytm against order id [protected]. But my ticket payment got failed and thus my money has been debited from my bank account against account no.[protected] but the refund has not been credited yet.

Hi team

There was a request raised using the paytm app account registered with [protected]@yahoo.com which was refund to bank of amount 2505 inr and the portal shows successful transaction along with text revert as hdfc bank has quoted successful transaction with arn number arn:74332747237723658674801 and transaction id [protected].

The amount has not been credited yet nor there is any alignment of payment as confirmed with bank.

There is no proper way to reach out to paytm as customer care service is rubbish and not sure how to reach you regarding any complaint.

Please look into the issue and resolve it immediately else refund the amount into my wallet again.

This is a complaint against paytm and vodafone.. I had to paytm an amount of 4000 to a friend.. But paytm recharged the talktime of 4000 for my friend instead of adding money to the wallet.. Now neither vodafone nor paytm is cancelling the recharge or suggesting any other ideas so that i can get my money back.. Please look into the matter urgently... The recharge was made from the number [protected] to the vodafone number [protected] through paytm... The order number is [protected]... Operator reference number onr[protected]... Please look into the matter as soon as possible

Fraud by paytm i. E on 25/08/2017 i used paytm app connected with ph no [protected] and email i'd priyagarg200. [protected]@gmail.com and added amount rs 1000 from my andhra bank but patym wallet shows nil balance while i have receipt of successful transaction from bank. But the frauds paytm have deducted my money.
My biggest mistake was to use this useless app.
I have attached all the details of the transaction and mini statement below. I kindly request paytm not to cheat innocent people and to refund my money as soon as possible

I purchased items from paytm but forgot to select 30% cashback option on 2nd august. And i cancel all item's. But credited amount is too less

1. Purchase items amount : 4625 on (2nd august)
2. Items cancel : 618 (2nd august)
3. Items cancel :all remaining (3rd august)
4. Amount credited in my bank account : 618

Paytm customer case said it's settled to your bank account but bank also confirm only 618.

I got same replay always and they also not confirm amount they settled with bank.

I was tried to book flight ticket kozhikode - doha round trip, but the booking was failed and my 20000 (20 thousand rupees) gone to paytm from my bank account. I was sent two email to paytm but still i didn't get any reply. I dont have any other money with me for other booking, but i have urgent to book flight ticket. This is crucial paytm holding this much big amount.

The seller delivered the mobile is not in fresh condition in otherwords it is used smartphone and as i requested for the return no one come for pick up the package
And when i go for customer care number the given order id is not valid said by the customer care

On 11th of August i have purchased a crimsoune club navy checked slim shirt, on 21st of August i received a wrong blue T-shirt which smell very nasty and it seems this T-shirt is used and i got a wrong product, since 21st August i tried many time to contact with paytm customer support number and on Twitter but till date i have not a received a single response from paytm which is unexpected

And i have tweeted paytm many time since 21st of August and i have also sent 4 DM but they didn't replied for a single msg.

Before some days i had ordered a laptop
And i got the laptop today.
I go to a shop to upload operating system where i found the touchpad not working. It's defective item.
I was planned i have to gift this laptop
To my brother on ganesh chaturthi.

Which is not possible due to defective item i received. I really frustrated when i see my brothers face due to i am not fulfill my promise.

I was so excited today. But all gone away on a great occasion and i had pay 300 rs to shop to check my laptop is also gone.
From today onwards i will never ever will buy any product from paytm.
Because you loose my faith and your fake dealer also hurt my brother and my feeling.
