I transferred Rs. 10000 vide my Dr card vide Paytm to Mob No. [protected] ( Prasad P Adwankar) on 15.03.2017 as per following details.

Bank transaction id [protected] Wallet Transaction id [protected] dtd 15.03.17, 21.31 hrs Rs. 5000/-

Bank Trans Id [protected] Wallet Trans id [protected] dtd 15.03.17 at 21.28 Hrs for Rs. 5000/-

My SB A/c has been debited with Rs. 10000/- however beneficiary mobile wallet does not show any credit.

Bank records show a failure transaction in both cases. Both aforesaid details are showing up on bank records.

I would like the amount to be credited back to my bank account instant as 5 working days are over. I request you to reverse transaction instant because of an emergency need for funds.

I havent done any transaction through debit card but i have lost aroubd 25k in 2 months I haven't got any allert but the money is dettected kindly help me resolve this issue i have the money in the wallet. But the limit has execeeded so please do send the transaction link through my email [protected]@gmail.com or my mobile number which is authorized to my paytm acc [protected].

Sir,
For the above transaction it is showing as "Refunded on 19th March" to "PAYTMSDK" but the amount is not credited to my Bank Account Yet.

On 2nd feb 2017 at 9:10 pm i transfed 1100 rs in my mommy acc. from [protected] to [protected] but you are transfer that money in my mommy acc. and not retuned that money in [protected] acc. and in this regarding i called lots of time to paytm customer care but every time they guys tell different issue now i am totaly frustrated thats why i am complanting againts you.

Sir/madam,

I have booked bus ticket from paytm wallet from digha to kolkata for 19th march 2017 (Paytm ticket id: onrzm2). Ticket pnr: gfcgnqy for three persons. Total fare was 1120.00

As per you instructions inr 913.00 for (Bus ticket & inr 207.00 for insurance charges.

I have cancelled the ticket on 18th march 201. I have got inr 822.00.
As per your instruction i have got a message the insurance charge has deducted from your tickets that is inr 207.00 + inr 91.00 = inr 298.00

Total 298.00 rupees has deducted from me. On the time of booking there has a instruction i'll get 100% refund within 24 hours. But i can't got it.

My question is why are you cheated me & misguide the customer. You should maintain the rules and honesty.

Why i paid for insurance twice i don't understand. Kindly clarify me & send my refund money properly.

Now i am very much worried about my rupees in paytm. I am not secure. Any time you can deducted my money as a false allegation.

I was paying my MTS postpaid bill of Rs 689 on 18/03/2017. A sum of Rs 689 got deducted from my bank account but the bill payment was not complete. I lost Rs 689 from my account without paying the bill and the money was not credited back to my bank account.

Dear Sir,
I Hariom Bahadur Sing have an saving account in BOI Nagpur from which Rs 2043 has been deducted towards Pay Tm mobile solution, transaction detail is MEDR/PayTm mobile solution/377462 on dated 20.03.2017. I have not done any transaction through PayTm . Kindly do the reversal of same at earliest.

One day back..suddenly I lost my balance from my account..562/572/- from my account...pl..reimbers my money to my acc...check my transactions by my mobile no..thank u...actually I reset my profile and changed password ..my question is..if I change settings..why should I lose balance amt ?..paytm itself works on mobile number..update my amt based on my authentic mobile no...thank you..

Please refer my account IDBI NRE no : [protected], wherein I have had found the following transactions to the worth nearly 25, 000 ( +/_) these are no way connected with me and I have not used my debit card for such transactions.

Also please let me know how to protect myself against these type o[censored]nwanted practices.

Received a broken air conditioner. The fan started malfunctioning on the first run and ultimately the smoke filter was broken from inside immoderately after installation. PayTM delivered a useless quality product. On top of it, there is no provision to report a broken product on PayTM support page, no email ID and no option to talk to PayTM customer representative.
Sick.

My order number is [protected] (16th Mar'17- 10:36 PM) on Paytm, have done bill payment of 1708 through my credit card on that time order was showing unsuccessful shows hence have done repayment but after few time both the payment showing successful. so request you to please intervene & get me my money back to my credit card account.

Kindly please help me to find out the person detail, who have call me and get all information of my debit card, and use amount for paytm, can you find out the name of person detail it help to catch him. i give you the details of transaction below:

I have attempted to pay my landline bill on 26th January 2017 using Pay TM wallet which resulted in failed transaction. My wallet amount deducted and not refunded so far.
I have checked with bank where they have replied as no amount has been received by them. Previously. I have complained as given below. My transaction reference number 20745991.

My pay TM balance before bill payment was approximately 760/-. The bill amount was 833/-. I have tried to pay the balance amount using net banking. It resulted in failed transaction. Then why my Rs 760/- wallet money not refunded so far?

Why there is no response from your customer support service? Resolve the issue at the earliest

on[protected], an unknown person called me from mob. no [protected] about my credit card rewards points. he told me that i am not using my reward pt. it will be lapsed and he is transferring an amount of 5000/- in my credit card account. He asked my card details, cvv, and otp created by him on my mobile by saying that he is transfering the asaid amount in my account . He used PAYTM service for this transaction . He transfered this amount in another account or purchased some thing. he used three times my credit card details and try to transact the amount of 4900/-, 5000/-, 9999/-RS.
Amount of total 9900/- had been transacted from my credit card.
I want to know about money transfer from my credit card through the Paytm service. plz.

My self Sudhir Kumar Pandey, Mob No. [protected] on date 14/03/2017 I am pay my vodafone bill Rs 1826.00 but because of some problem it returns in my paytm wallet, at that time I am transfer this amount in my bank a/c but sill till date it not credited in my bank account.my paytm wallet is now 0.balenc.

I order vacuum cleaner through Paytm mobile app on 7th March 2017 order no. [protected] and they deliver washing soaps 4 no. On 9th March . at my home And after resing complaint to Paytm they ask me for submitting a form and send photographs.there representatives visited my home to see packet after one week, they says we have done x ray level investigation and found that we delivered correct product.and not return any money.
Please help...
I don't understand how they deliver a home use vacuum cleaner in small packet measuring just 304 g weight.
