I had ordered Redmi 3S Prime 23 GB (silver) mobile on paytm and it was shipped by ANGEL INC, Budhigere Cross, Plot No 128, Mandur Village, Bangalore, Karnataka-560049. However i received Redmi 3S instead which is 1000 rupees cheaper than what i ordered. Please look into this matter and do the needful.

      Please note I have not done any transaction on 16.03.17 but there is a deduction of INR 210. From my back account. Why was this deducted without the knowledge of the account holder. when checked with bank they are informing us to check with paytm with these kinds to wrong debits we are losing confidence on your payment APP. please ensure to revert back with teh details on priority.

          I transferred Rs. 10000 vide my Dr card vide Paytm to Mob No. [protected] ( Prasad P Adwankar) on 15.03.2017 as per following details.

          Bank transaction id [protected] Wallet Transaction id [protected] dtd 15.03.17, 21.31 hrs Rs. 5000/-

          Bank Trans Id [protected] Wallet Trans id [protected] dtd 15.03.17 at 21.28 Hrs for Rs. 5000/-

          My SB A/c has been debited with Rs. 10000/- however beneficiary mobile wallet does not show any credit.

          Bank records show a failure transaction in both cases. Both aforesaid details are showing up on bank records.

          I would like the amount to be credited back to my bank account instant as 5 working days are over. I request you to reverse transaction instant because of an emergency need for funds.

                  Sir/madam,

                  I have booked bus ticket from paytm wallet from digha to kolkata for 19th march 2017 (Paytm ticket id: onrzm2). Ticket pnr: gfcgnqy for three persons. Total fare was 1120.00

                  As per you instructions inr 913.00 for (Bus ticket & inr 207.00 for insurance charges.

                  I have cancelled the ticket on 18th march 201. I have got inr 822.00.
                  As per your instruction i have got a message the insurance charge has deducted from your tickets that is inr 207.00 + inr 91.00 = inr 298.00

                  Total 298.00 rupees has deducted from me. On the time of booking there has a instruction i'll get 100% refund within 24 hours. But i can't got it.

                  My question is why are you cheated me & misguide the customer. You should maintain the rules and honesty.

                  Why i paid for insurance twice i don't understand. Kindly clarify me & send my refund money properly.

                  Now i am very much worried about my rupees in paytm. I am not secure. Any time you can deducted my money as a false allegation.

                    I was paying my MTS postpaid bill of Rs 689 on 18/03/2017. A sum of Rs 689 got deducted from my bank account but the bill payment was not complete. I lost Rs 689 from my account without paying the bill and the money was not credited back to my bank account.

                              Received a broken air conditioner. The fan started malfunctioning on the first run and ultimately the smoke filter was broken from inside immoderately after installation. PayTM delivered a useless quality product. On top of it, there is no provision to report a broken product on PayTM support page, no email ID and no option to talk to PayTM customer representative.
                              Sick.

                                    I have attempted to pay my landline bill on 26th January 2017 using Pay TM wallet which resulted in failed transaction. My wallet amount deducted and not refunded so far.
                                    I have checked with bank where they have replied as no amount has been received by them. Previously. I have complained as given below. My transaction reference number 20745991.

                                    My pay TM balance before bill payment was approximately 760/-. The bill amount was 833/-. I have tried to pay the balance amount using net banking. It resulted in failed transaction. Then why my Rs 760/- wallet money not refunded so far?

                                    Why there is no response from your customer support service? Resolve the issue at the earliest

                                      on[protected], an unknown person called me from mob. no [protected] about my credit card rewards points. he told me that i am not using my reward pt. it will be lapsed and he is transferring an amount of 5000/- in my credit card account. He asked my card details, cvv, and otp created by him on my mobile by saying that he is transfering the asaid amount in my account . He used PAYTM service for this transaction . He transfered this amount in another account or purchased some thing. he used three times my credit card details and try to transact the amount of 4900/-, 5000/-, 9999/-RS.
                                      Amount of total 9900/- had been transacted from my credit card.
                                      I want to know about money transfer from my credit card through the Paytm service. plz.
