I had purchased a mobile phone (IPhone 7) through Paytm on 16th March 2017. transaction was done because of the exciting offers given by Paytm i.e. cash back of Rs 5500, but the same has still not been received.

Further, it is also to highlight that in the "Delivery address" and "Contact Us" option, it was specifically written that the invoice should be in the name of "Sachin Tandon C/o Indraprastha Gas Limited" however despite of informing Paytm about this, still Invoice came in the name of "Sachin".

You are requested to kindly arrange for the "Cash Back" and "Revised Invoice in the name of "Sachin Tandon C/o Indraprastha Gas Limited" on most urgent basis.

      On 18th March I have received a message and email as money credited to your account for two transactions but did not receive any amount to my account. For reference here are the transaction ids [protected] and [protected].

      After raising a complaint, got a reply from PayTm saying call to this merchant service number [protected], but when I called this number it was a recorded voice explaining only about OTP and then auto disconnecting, tried multiple times but no response.

      So replied to that email, raised the same issue so that they will get to know the problem and resolve it asap. Unfortunately no one responded!!

        Hi Sir,

        Ordered a Lenovo laptop worth of 45490 on 6th Feb 2017 and cancelled the order due to wrong product. After cancellation of order with order number [protected] received the cashback amount of Rs.3184 and Rs. 39 as wallet amount and paytm people saying that refund amount initiated on 23rd Feb 2017 to bank account and mentioned within 7 working days it will reflect in my account. But till date (22nd March 2017) not reflected and after arguing with paytm customer care employees finally they provided the ARN No. 75134837055517028777533 on 15th March 2017 when I lodged the complaint in bank they are saying that the credit is not done by the merchant. Nobody is telling about the status of the amount.

        with hope forum or concern people will help me to get the money back I am posting the issue here. Kindly help us to get he money back ASAP.

        Bro launch complaint against PAYTM in consumer court..I have also same issue.My case in consumer court is in Progress.

          When I am using mail I'd [protected]@gmail.com and mobile number [protected] I purchase power bank order I'd #[protected] of ₹799.with offer PB15 means ₹119 cashback. After purchase this power bank my wallet balance is ₹180. And then I request for change in mail I'd to [protected]@gmail.com. To [protected]@rediffmail.com My I'd changed successfully but my wallet balance not shows so after some time I think to reverse the mail I'd and change to origin for recover the wallet balance but yet no balance shows.that means I lost ₹180 wallet balance and ₹119 cashback offer total ₹299.
          Now since 3 days 10 mails and all screenshot send to paytm but no reply from them.
          Kindly do the needful

              This order shows as delivered to my address but I have not received this item at all!!!

              The estimated date of delivery was given between 25 - 28 March 2017.

              Then how come it shows delivered on 22nd March 2017????

              No notification for early arrival was given to me. No delivery person ever called me!!!

              I was at home all day.

              I want my parcel anyhow or I shall approach consumer forum!!

              I can never trust paytm again!!

                  I have requested paytm to revert the amount sent wrongly to[protected]
                  And after it was sent I called to that number to revert me back money and it was not picked and request made through paytm app to send money which was declined. I am completely helpless as I transferred amount from paytm wallet not from Bank.. No chance of stopping transaction from Bank. Paytm needs to be active and get my money back from that person. No person has right to use the amount which was placed in his account wrongfully. It's illegal.
                  Paytm need to respond and got t my money back.
                  I am disappointed as I got no reply yet. It's an issue to be dealt early.

                  Transaction details: which need to be cancelled and amount to be reverted.

                                i purchase Canon ink on your site. i receive your product. than i insert this ink in my canon printer than my printer cartridge is damage.
                                my printer in under warranty. than i go to canon service center. canon service center check my printer problem and check ink sample. his looking ink sample is duplicate.
                                he is talk ur printer warranty lose. because you insert duplicate ink. that ink purchase on your paytm. its paytm fraud. i giving you original product prize.you provide duplicate product.
                                give me my all lose refund.
                                give me satisfaction. i am not satisfy your product.
                                i go to consumer court.
                                i send many mail on your other paytm id.
                                i am your old customer.

                                My Videocon d2h customer ID is[protected]. I recharge and it was successful message from paytm but my Videocon d2h is not credited. Since two days ago, I ticked the complaint via paytm app but there no refund nor reply from paytm. Please help

                                On 8 march 2017 I order for saree the receiving date was 16 march. Till now I could not found my order. Even all money deducted.

                                In case of late delivery no people from paytm for responsibility.

Completely unsatisfactory with shopping . No 1 from paytm for responsibility even no 1 or no any number to talk with or follow up for solution .

                                    When I am trying to add money to my paytm account with my reg debit card, it says the card is blocked. I do not know why the card is blocked and I do not have any other card. At least I should have been given the reason for blocking the debit card to rectify the same. Without giving any reason blocking the debit card is not appreciable.

                                      Last week, I have booked two movie tickets of badrinath ki dulhaniya from paytm with adding a 50% CB Promo code, but still I haven't received cashack of Rs 150. And even i don't able to contact to paytm customer care executive. As paytm has given two numbers for executive but there is no option i had got to connect with executive. and there is I did not able to find any feedback or complaints email id to the paytm. Really I am not satisfied with the paytm customer care services. I hope you can solve my problem.

                                        I was pay 746 rs. For airtel bill payment, that time transaction show successfully but after one day i got a mail on 17 feb, that i got refund money after few days. But today is 22-march. How can you all manage all issues with these type of delaynes.

                                        I got a call from Paytm team they asked me providing my Atm Card details with otp . it is joke or what i sharing you a details of Number please check because he get my Atm no or expirey date .Please do needful.
