Sir yesterday I made a recharge through Paytm so the transaction was showing failed but the amount of ₹250 were deducted from my account . The order no. Was [protected] or [protected] . I also made a complaint to Paytm but they are saying that if money has been deducted " your bank will let us know ". It has been 2 days now but no conformation of deduction of money is given to Paytm by your side . So please look into the matter and help me get my money credited into my account . Hoping for some propt action

    This is the 4th time I am reporting this...my name is Udit and my paytm account is blocked...I have reported this several times and raised tickets via app 4 or 5 times and nothing happened...I received a call once from the paytm team...and they promised me that my account will be unblocked and they will call me again within 24 hrs...and it has been like 1 month now...I have been crying out for help like a freak...I am so pissed...my account has a total amount of rs3500...I don't care about my account being unblocked...I just want my money back...

        I was trying to book train ticket on 4-3-17. amount cut from bank account but ticket was not booked. after some time, amount of 807 Rs refunded to wallet. when i sent it back to bank than amount cut from my wallet but still amount is not deposited to bank.

                After open box Ear phone missing inside so i requested for a ear phone or Re-placement and send a e mail, after some day reply by paytm ...they are trying solve my issue but till time no solve my issue and they cancell my Re-placement and say cant send earphone as my account are flag,
                when i try know about flag but no inform to me.

                  I have been trying to contact paytm since 4-5 hrs there is no number available where i could connect to any paytm call centre executive . I had got a call and one fraud transaction has been done using paytm acc and money has been deducted from my axis saving account, i need some one to immediately contact me for the same .

                      Good morning sir... I want to request you please stop this type of fraud... Recently i got a call that my resume has been selected for ground staff in indigo airlines... They said me that i have uploaded a resume on shine.com so thats why we are calling you... I have believed on their words... They ask me to deposit 1500 for conducting 1st round.. I did so... And for issuing interview letter as well as offer letter they ask me to deposit 12500/-.. I did so... And finally they told me to deposit 22500/- for conducting final round of interview... At this time i told to refund my money because i dont have enough money my father is a labour... And actually the money 12500/- is the money which i have borrowed it from my friend... And daily my friend is calling me where is the money.. I keep calling to that person they said they have issued a check.. It will come in two days.. Through airways... Since it has been a month i haven't received a check or anything... They have switched off their mobile phones.. I am not the one there are many people like me... So please sir i am requesting you to do my help... My parents are i n trouble... I thought shine is good when compared to monster... Waste shine... Take some steps..

                          I added​ 673 amount in paytm wallet, I got SMS, added 673 amount in paytm wallet when I checked my wallet was empty, next day I called to customer care no they told me add amount 17999 in paytm when I got new page that page was my net banking account, I was shocked why should I pay again 17999 amount again, that cxecuite forcing me to confirm amount if I confirmed I paid again 17999 amount to paytm, I told him I can't do this I have to talk with family, then also he was forcing this is not Tha way, I need my money back as soon as u can contact me on Singh.[protected]@gmail.com

                                I bought a power bank from pay TM and received a damage product .Same day 11.3.16 .I request for return pickup the same.and instant reply and ready for pickup from paytm.                                       I am writing on behalf of my friend Harsh Parikh and I have already included in this email as well.

                                      From his paytm account, Rs. 900/- has been deducted on 25th of Feb, 2016 at 10:28AM. They are showing that we have put any order from merchant Infinity Transoft on this day. However, in our order history we are not able to see any such kind of order put on 25th of Feb.

                                      Even we are not able to find such merchant connected with Paytm. They don't have record for such merchant connected with them online.

                                      We are also trying to reach your customer care executive but we are not able to get any line to talk with your executives for our this queries.
