        I order vacuum cleaner through Paytm mobile app on 7th March 2017 order no. [protected] and they deliver washing soaps 4 no. On 9th March . at my home And after resing complaint to Paytm they ask me for submitting a form and send photographs.there representatives visited my home to see packet after one week, they says we have done x ray level investigation and found that we delivered correct product.and not return any money.
        Please help...
        I don't understand how they deliver a home use vacuum cleaner in small packet measuring just 304 g weight.

            Account blocked on 16 march 2017 after i added 10000rs. Using a debit card.

            Now, when i try to login the pop up shows that the account is temporarily blocked for login.

            Tried to contact customer care @
            [protected], [protected] & cannot call the toll free number[protected] using a jio sim.
            Also, submitted complaints via email & also using the mobile app but no response yet.

            Plz help me to get my money back.

                  I am very surprised that  for same no. same recharge done thrice in same time n every time u deduct my money is applicable.

                  I also discussed with Airtel customer centre n they said it is not possible as for  same recharge on same no. ll done in immediate time .

                  so tell me where is my money ?? is it with u or it is with airtel. if it is with Airtel then give me detail so I talk n take waiver from them as they told me. 

                  Please kindly note that I escalate my problem time to time to u but ur reply coming different every time which is not good.

                  tell me the right way to get my money back .look into carefully what is the matter.

                  if I m getting service once then why I pay for thrice for same this is only the case of harassment of a customer  .please be serious n solve my matter otherwise I have to look for another window. I never allow to any one to cheat me

                    Hello Paytm,

                    I am Nabeel Sarosh, Registered paytm number [protected]. I have been blocked when i transferred cash from my personal bank account to Paytm.

                    Currently, I have bills and other expenses to be paid off since I am intern but the money is in Paytm and I am unable to login because paytm has temporarily blocked my account login. I tried several time, through mails and also by telephone to contact but you seem to just ignore our request and have the audacity to keep my money locked in your system without any explanation. With reference to my ticket number 24128831 and also 23971181, I have attached my Adhar Card, Pan Card, Voter's ID, Passport, 10th class education certificate. I have provided all the documents but you still dont refund my money or release my account so that i can use my cash. What is Paytm doing here ?? Please update me on my email sarosh.[protected]@gmail.com or call me on [protected]. I need my money this month to clear all my expenditure . why is paytm causing so much of inconvenience.

                      cash depited . But bill not received.

                      Its says your payment not received. within 15 day your paymet refund your accont.

My balance is also deducted from bank .and i want my refund and after it i never do any transaction from paytm and i also show it on social sites.                                 Since last 3-4 days i m not able to proceed with the payment for items ordered. I moment i press proceed to pay, the procedure show failed. Its asking me to update my android web view . i updated but still that error is occurring. I called at customer care number but i am not getting the option for resolving this problem. I tried to reinstall, but still no solution. I downloaded the app in my other device. In that also it is asking to update my android web view.                                     I have been using your service for past one year, i have made so many transactions for my bill payment. Today 17/3/17 i added 15000 Rs to may wallet, when i checked by evening my paytm account is blocked. I tried to contact paytm through

                                    contacted paytm toll free number - it is an IVRS system, no humans to solve my issue.
                                    Being an biggest corporate in India, i was surprised and disappointed your client cannot reach you through phone. You don't have chat option also.
                                    My last hope after going through many blog i emailed to [protected]@paytm.com
                                    and got an reply and ticket Ref no : 24101535 .
                                    I don't know when the issue will be solved. Paytm is holding my amount for no reason.
                                    PAYTM I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

                                      I have done 03 transactions on the pay tm one vide order id [protected] was done successfully on 25th feb 2017 and two vide order id [protected] & [protected] which were done successfully on 5th march 2017. These transactions were done by using promode fullvalue which entitles the user a cashback of rs. 25/- i have not got cashback for any of the transactions. I have been exchanging emails not less than 25-30 emails in last 10 days, but they are sending there stero type reply as follows:

                                      We would like to inform you that as per the terms and conditions of"fullvalue"user needs to do at least 25 recharge/bill payment transactions in a day using promocode fullvalue on paytm to be eligible to get rs.25 cashback and would suggest you kindly go through the terms and conditions of the same mentioned below:-

                                      The have ent me the terms and conditions link for fullvalue offer which is ambiguous and only understandable to paytm.

                                      I reuest you to please visit this link and derive the correct meaning of it and see if they are duping the innocent /layman users of the app or not.

                                      They have never tried to call me back even after repeated messages and providing my contact details, which is also their with them in my profile data on the app.

                                      I have lost rs. 25/- cashback entitlement for 03 transactions due to the ambiguous terms and conditions.

                                      Can you please take up the matter with the respective authorities and stop the company from issuing ambiguous terms and conditions and not to use malpractices to divert traffic to use the paytm app.
