Dear Sir,
I placed an order on 14/03/2017 of order id [protected] of Rs 325. On the next day 15/03/2017 I cancelled my order. After cancelled the order I received an email from Paytm that the refund of Rs325 is credited to my bank account is successful, but when I check my bank account I found the amount is not credited. So I request you to refund the amount in my Paytm wallet immediately.

    I am really very upset with the services provided by paytm. From last 5-6 days I am very much worried about my amount- Rs. 5000 deducted from my wallet and still not reflecting in my SBI account. WHAT IS THIS ???? !!!

    Customer Care Executives are teaching me that banks take 7 days, I just want to know Which bank takes 7 days to confirm the transactions ?? Moreover I have already talked to a superior level in SBI bank, he told me that normally if any transaction is failed it is refunded in the source account in 2-3 working days. You all are telling that it takes 7 days, what a stupid replies PAYTM all give.

    Please see this matter on priority...

    Also I will be now going to social media about this and tell that how PAYTM IS CHEATING WITH ITS CUSTOMERS !!!

    Such a shameful activity... I HATE PAYTM ...

              Hi team,

              This is chitikela. Praveen i have made electricity bill payment online through paytm.
              Have applied the promo code as it's available promo code i have used is "trendy" and i have received message as the promo code applied successfully.
              And it says that i have to use the promo code: "newfash300" (You can now use newfash300
              On your first fashion purchase to get flat rs. 300 cashback.) but when i try to apply this promo code at the checkout it shows "offer is applicable for first time fashion customer only".
              I am really shocked why i am unable to use this promo code?
              This is just fooling the customers with the irrelevant offers as promo codes and just cheating the customers in different way.

              Pleas find the details:

              Date : 8th march.
              Electricity bill payment order id: [protected].
              I am rally surprised there is no way that customers can contact the customer care for the queries.
              There is a customer care number :[protected] but there is no response when i had called to this number that is available on website.
              Then why do you just give some number that is no response from your end.
              Kindly take some action, request higher officials to contact.
              This is really a bad experience and worst image on paytm.

              I paid rs 2100 to the mobile no. [protected] from my mobile no.[protected] mine money was deducted but the other one didn't received it . I paid the money on 9th march 2017, please try to solve my problem .

I shall be very thankful to you. Payment has been done to mobile no. [protected] but this person don't receive payment and my balance has been reduced from bank account. Now iidon't have any balance in paytm wallet

                  This complaint is regarding paytm order palced.
                  I have ordered an iphone (Orderno:[protected]) and have not received cashback yet. I have raised complaint 2 times already before. Can you please resolve my query as i have serious concern of cashback else i will return the product i bought. Expecting call within 24 hours to get the query resolved.

                    I am bhanu and i am writing to us regarding my order no i. E.[protected] at paytm which is palced on the dated 20th feb 2017 and my expected delivery date is 3-6 march 2017. Today 15 march it means approx 25 days gone out and paytm are unable to deliver my product till date.
                    .
                    I am very unhappy with the paytm regarding this order because approx 25 days gone out. & every time your representative tell me that your query is resolved. And still my order is not received from your side.

                    Paytm not reply how to cancel the order. What is refund amount.

                    Every time paytm representative tell me that we will update you in 24 hrs, but no reply is made by paytm.

                          I have tried to recharge my d2h videocon cable[protected] for 275/- on 8.3.17 and order no. Is [protected]. My money got deducted from my idbi account but recharge has been failed. I have also lodged a complaint through my paytm app too but no money has been refunded till now.                             I had booked 3 train ticket from irctc site and for payment it diverted third party as paytm. After submiting all my bank datas thry deducted Rs 2321.50 rupees from my BOB ACCOUNT and j doesnt got my ticket. I tried to contact BOB customer care they told the amount has been transferd to paytm account and for the refund have to contact paytm customer care. After contacting the customer care still this day My money doesnt got refunded. So do needful tk refund the amount to my BOB ACCOUNT. RENJITH R

                                  Sir/Madam,
                                  I had returned a bag which I bought from paytm. The return request was approved and it was picked up the very next day. However, the refund is not initiated till. I had send numerous amount of emails to the customer care but they keep on saying that the refund is processed. I contacted the bank but they seem to be completely unaware about the refund debited and that the paytm has not debited any refund to my account. It has been over 4 days and still no response. It seems that the paytm customer care is irresponsible and does not seem to be concerned about the customer's money.

                                    On 12.03.2017 i was tray to book railway of irctc tickets by using paytm but as much time i was tried the amount is debited to my account but ticket was not book. Therefore i was suffer a rs 915/- which deducted from my account in total. The train was janshatabdi from aurangabad to manmad. I was tried to book 2 ticket 3 times and 4 tickets 1 time.
                                    It is requested to refund my amount as early as possible.

                                      I'm 4 yrs Loyal Customer to Paytm.
                                      this is how Paytm is DisRespects Customer.

                                      My Account was [protected]@1month. tried to launch a Complaint via paytm APP NO response from them.
                                      talked to the Concern customercare team and the response was pathetic.
                                      informed me ill get a Mail about re register still i'm waiting for that mail from last 1 month.

                                      i'd booked my Flight Tickets via Paytm For the first time and for sure lastTime .Now my acc was blocked & im unable to find my flight booking details...

                                      And The Best Part is Paytm CustomerCare will Disconnect/Block your calls.

                                      ConsumerComplaints please help me out ASAp.. bcz i need my flight booking details and money in Wallet

                                        Total rs:7250/- (=5000+2250) deducted from my sbi account on[protected] to paytm mobile solutions noida. But it wasn't credited my paytm account. And paytm customer care told that this amount was credited to [protected] number without my knowledge and i didn't get any information either phone or sms or email. How paytm can transfer my money without consumer information? I request to you, take up the issue as legal action against paytm and do needful favor to me, return back my amount as early as possible.
