I am really very upset with the services provided by paytm. From last 5-6 days I am very much worried about my amount- Rs. 5000 deducted from my wallet and still not reflecting in my SBI account. WHAT IS THIS ???? !!!
Customer Care Executives are teaching me that banks take 7 days, I just want to know Which bank takes 7 days to confirm the transactions ?? Moreover I have already talked to a superior level in SBI bank, he told me that normally if any transaction is failed it is refunded in the source account in 2-3 working days. You all are telling that it takes 7 days, what a stupid replies PAYTM all give.
Please see this matter on priority...
Also I will be now going to social media about this and tell that how PAYTM IS CHEATING WITH ITS CUSTOMERS !!!
