I ordered a product from Paytm having order id [protected] on 27 dec, 2016 at 1:00 a.m. but cancelled it right away. Payment was done using both paytm wallet and my bank account. I got the amount deducted from wallet back but never got a refund of money paid using sbi account [protected]. I have been taking round of bank for 3 months now. Paytm is providing an ARN no. 30001263626362011209366 which bank does not recognises. I raised a ticket with sbi regarding the same but it did not helped. Instead, SBI has closed the issue. The ticket no. is PG[protected]. I have attached screenshots of chat with paytm and a screenshot of sbi complaint ticket status.

    Pump is not working in my cooler. paytm is not responding properly. I need replacement. my order number [protected].

    i bought cooler on 23rd march. I received I checked it that pump is not working. dealer (anand electronics hyd) says you have to resolve issue with paytm but paytm is resolving issue fast. its summer I am suffering from heat. I spent my money on cooler. now cooler is not working what to do.

    please ensure paytm to resolve my dispute soon.

      Booked ticket on date 16/3/2017 at 20.30 from irctc id soniyashu9 as
      for Ajmer to jammu tawi pnr no.[protected] trans. id [protected]
      katra to delhi pnr no [protected] tras id [protected]
      my account has been debited twice for both the ticket .
      so additional amount of rs. (1380+1000)has been deducted from my bank account .
      plz look in the matter and arrange me the refund of rs 2380 as such amount was wrongly debited .

        I m highly pissed off, I wrote at least 10 emails to ur customer care email address and every person promised a fake timeline that we r sorting this out, blah blah...I m sick and tired of this stupidity..I transferred money from paytm wallet to my bank..it got deducted from wallet but has not credited to my bank..the amount is 1700 Rs..

        You guys are just frauds..I m going to take it forward legally..ur representative called me and asked me all my card details which I refused ..he then said that you should have selected "SEND TO BANK" rather than " RETURN TO MONEY"..that's why your money got stuck..what the hell r u all taking..why the he'll did u make this option of return to bank if it doesn't work as expected..you guys are cheapsters, asking for my card details and trying to steal more money from me..I have a call recording o[censored]r representative, i have a proof as to how ur representative tried to steal my card credentials

        Yesterday i was recharge on my vodafone number of rs 97. It was deducted from my bank account bt still not recharge. And thant is not clear to bank acount either patym wallet so please try to clear the same amount. [protected]

          Sir/madam i have recharged dish tv rs 297 through paytm. For 3 month validity and one month more free but after recharge i received only one month validity and there is no satisfactory ans given by paytm for give validity as shown by paytm before recharge. I want my dish tv validity as shown by paytm before recharge and a strict action against companies against their frauds. Some attachments also submitted.

            I have order a gym set on 11th march 2017. It has given estimated delivery on ot before 21st march 2017. But still i didn't received my gym set. No proper updation from paytm care. We cannot contact directly to the customer care. Very worst service. I have paid the full amount. But still i am waiting for my product.

            I have sent a mail to the paytmcare. First day i have received mail like will sort out the issue of delay. And then i didn't receive any mail.
            I want to check where is my product or where is my money.

            Please pan this type of worst and fraud online shopping. Because of this paytm i hurt lot.

              Without my knowledge on[protected] morning 06:07 AM RS 350/- was debited from my SBI debit card for purchasing worth of 350 rs/- at paytm Mobile solution . POS [protected] and txn#[protected] but i did n't purchase anything for on[protected] so, send me details about the purchase .If its a mistake by Paytm means the revert my money back.

                I have placed a order for Sofa (Order No :[protected]) on 22nd March 2017. I realized that I have provided shipping address of Hyderabad which is wrong as recently I have moved to Bangalore. I tried to reach out your customer care #[protected] but without any success. I sent email to their customer care to cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order but they send an email saying they can not cancel the order. Please cancel my order as I am not staying in Hyderabad.

                  My phone got stolen and I had my account of PayTM logged in with a high balance in my wallet. My number is [protected] and email id: [protected]@gmail.com
                  When I tried accessing my account from another source, I was unable to do so.
                  I called customer care at least 10 times and they are giving resolutions which are not working. They put me on hold for long times. I have attached screenshots of some calls I had to hold.
                  I raised complaint three times (Number: 24559035, 24560015,[protected] but still no resolution.
                  It is of high importance as it is concerned with money. They are behaving very unprofessional which can cause me a lot of loss.
                  Please help me.

                      We have refunded Rs. 72 to your Paytm wallet and Rs. 2018 to your bank. Your bank could take upto 7 working days to credit the amount to your account.

                      In case you paid through netbanking or credit/debit card but received refund on Paytm wallet for failed booking, you could send money to source bank/card at no extra cost by going to "Passbook" on Paytm apps/website, locating the transaction and clicking on "Send to Bank". But after 15 days money still not received in bank account

                              I have done a transaction from my mobile 981110XX10 of amount INR 5000 on 18th March 2017 to mobile number 989900XX90 (transaction id: [protected], but amount was not recieved by 989900XX90 due to amount limit issues. However, amount is deducted from my account and now not refunded. I have done several complaints through my app and I get e-mail that my complaint is resolved. Over call center they say that you will get money in next 24 hours but it seems Paytm is a fraud and they make money like this

                                Hi All,

                                I was booked a bus ticket from Paytm from Varanasi to Delhi. But after booking, travel agency(GSTC Travels) had said that bus is not available for that day. I have again booked a ticket from Paytm after successfully payment again travel agency(Ganapati tour & travels) had said that bus is not available for that day before 10min of bus start time. I was not able to go Delhi on that day due to these fraud travel agency(GSTC Travels and Ganapati tour & travels) and I was not able to attend an important meeting and lost my Rs. 50k business deals. If travel agency knows, we are not available for the day then why they are showing their availability on the Paytm and also Paytm not verified these type fraud travel agency(GSTC Travels and Ganapati tour & travels) and backlist these type of travel agency(GSTC Travels and Ganapati tour & travels).

                                I will request to other guys don't book a bus ticket from Paytm if you are going any urgent work.

                                    On 16/03/2017 I added money(Rs. 1000.00) in my Paytm wallet from a debit card. Then, the balance debited (Rs. 1000.00) from the debit card but my Paytm wallet is Rs 0. So, I request check my Paytm and returned my money as soon as possible.

                                    I had already mailed to Paytm but till now didn't get any response. On 16/03/2017 Rupees 1000 was deducted from my bank account and still the money didn't credit till date. A many few times I call Paytm customer care, every time blance deducted in my mobile blance but not responce. Because there is no Paytm customer care in our World or all number are Fake.

                                    Otherwise I called, Paytm is a Fake Company in our india.
                                    I paid a bill of electricity but it payed for two time because of problem when paying first time but my money was cutted at two times please refund me
                                    I purchase a laptop battery from Paytm.It was delivered on 28 Feb, 2017.First 15 days it is working fine, after that it is not working, its performance becomes 0%.

                                      On 26 jan 2017 I order titan watch from paytm and the amount of rs 2442 was didcted from my account. after that I cancle the order and the said the amount of rs 2442 added in bank account but still I didn' get any amount. When I contacted Paytm through email. I was asked to send the bank statement. After sending the bank statement, they replied that the amount was refunded and they have given some ARN number and asked me to contact the bank. When I contacted the branch, they could not confirm such transaction had connect to bank but they had told me it's pending from paytm end.i was facing this issue scince 2 months but still didn't get resolution. Plz solve this issue ASAP.
