I ordered a product from Paytm having order id [protected] on 27 dec, 2016 at 1:00 a.m. but cancelled it right away. Payment was done using both paytm wallet and my bank account. I got the amount deducted from wallet back but never got a refund of money paid using sbi account [protected]. I have been taking round of bank for 3 months now. Paytm is providing an ARN no. 30001263626362011209366 which bank does not recognises. I raised a ticket with sbi regarding the same but it did not helped. Instead, SBI has closed the issue. The ticket no. is PG[protected]. I have attached screenshots of chat with paytm and a screenshot of sbi complaint ticket status.
