Dear Team,
As I am very much frustrated & disappointed from the PAYTM service that's why now I am taking you all in loop, Hope this time the matter will be resolved soon.
As I placed a order on 14Feb2017 A Apple I Phone 6 (Space Grey) order no. [protected], It was delivered on 18feb2017 but due to some technical problem the phone was not working properly so I raised a return request on 24feb2017, After that PAYTM ask me to sent Pan card copy, Phone IMEI No. Copy, Phone cover pic, Phone back side Pic I sent all the copies to them after that they told me to go Apple service store which was not possible for me as I lives in town and from my town Apple store is almost 200KM after so many conversation you guys accept my return request on 06march2017, Now a new conflict create that return pickup facility was not available for my town, after that I approach to First Flight, DTDC both refuse to return back the phone only Bluedart ready to return but he charges 3500INR so your team is not ready to pay that much of amount so they told me to self shipped the item by India post, I shipped the Consignment on 10march2017 and same was reached to the Merchant VM Enterprise on 15march2017 and he confirmed to your team as well as me. He called me because he wants APPLE ID & PASSWORD to logout from the phone.But your team told me that the item not reached to the seller after so many conversation on 20march2017 you confirmed that the item has returned the order no. is [protected].
In between I am regularly touch with the merchant as well as with your team, your team told me that you inform the seller but when i was talking to seller he said PAYTM never give him any confirmation as well as he takes the refund also. But your team never work on it I told so many times to your team that please coordinate with seller. Yesterday I call to seller then he said he never getting any mail from PAYTM so why he sent me the Phone after that I call to your team but they as usual say that we promise you and commit you that your phone will be shipped before the end of 24march2017 but no processing has been done which I was expected from this worst team of PAYTM. Now today morning I received a message that seller was unable to ship the product so I can cancel it. How seller can ship the product to me as he never get confirmation from your side.
I am very much disappointed as my money was trapped from 14feb2017 and no proper action as well as response given to me. I want clear solution in this matter. that's why i escalate the matter to you team. Do Root cause analysis where the problem was but first you have to take action on this matter urgently. either refund my money or shipped the phone by End of the day.
Hope get a solution else i will escalate the matter to your higher management team as well as legally. Now I am not giving any more 24 to 48 hours I want solution by end of the day.
