By mistake yesterday i ordered a dslr, but due to bad interface, wrong address was choosen, immeditialy i contacted them on twitter via msg, for which i got a reply tht they will see to it, now the order is ready wid seller to be shipped at the wrong addreess..but paytm guys are not replyin n not ready to help.
even contacted the seller directly.have put him on hold..as the other address is not availbe...but they cant do anything.. they said until paytm doesnt change online they cant entertain us

    I have recharged 1000rs on march 3rd at 1:07pm which is showing in jugnoo paytm wallet but i have not used it. And now the paytm wallet balance is showing 0rs which is unacceptable. I raised complaint with jugnoo. They said because the money need added to paytm wallet so will be taken care by you. 2nd things my jugnoo paytm wallet and my payttm is not linked.. I don't know.. I am frustrated i want my money back it's been more than a week i am fighting for it.. Call me as soon as possible

      Dear Team,
      As I am very much frustrated & disappointed from the PAYTM service that's why now I am taking you all in loop, Hope this time the matter will be resolved soon.

      As I placed a order on 14Feb2017 A Apple I Phone 6 (Space Grey) order no. [protected], It was delivered on 18feb2017 but due to some technical problem the phone was not working properly so I raised a return request on 24feb2017, After that PAYTM ask me to sent Pan card copy, Phone IMEI No. Copy, Phone cover pic, Phone back side Pic I sent all the copies to them after that they told me to go Apple service store which was not possible for me as I lives in town and from my town Apple store is almost 200KM after so many conversation you guys accept my return request on 06march2017, Now a new conflict create that return pickup facility was not available for my town, after that I approach to First Flight, DTDC both refuse to return back the phone only Bluedart ready to return but he charges 3500INR so your team is not ready to pay that much of amount so they told me to self shipped the item by India post, I shipped the Consignment on 10march2017 and same was reached to the Merchant VM Enterprise on 15march2017 and he confirmed to your team as well as me. He called me because he wants APPLE ID & PASSWORD to logout from the phone.But your team told me that the item not reached to the seller after so many conversation on 20march2017 you confirmed that the item has returned the order no. is [protected].
      In between I am regularly touch with the merchant as well as with your team, your team told me that you inform the seller but when i was talking to seller he said PAYTM never give him any confirmation as well as he takes the refund also. But your team never work on it I told so many times to your team that please coordinate with seller. Yesterday I call to seller then he said he never getting any mail from PAYTM so why he sent me the Phone after that I call to your team but they as usual say that we promise you and commit you that your phone will be shipped before the end of 24march2017 but no processing has been done which I was expected from this worst team of PAYTM. Now today morning I received a message that seller was unable to ship the product so I can cancel it. How seller can ship the product to me as he never get confirmation from your side.
      I am very much disappointed as my money was trapped from 14feb2017 and no proper action as well as response given to me. I want clear solution in this matter. that's why i escalate the matter to you team. Do Root cause analysis where the problem was but first you have to take action on this matter urgently. either refund my money or shipped the phone by End of the day.
      Hope get a solution else i will escalate the matter to your higher management team as well as legally. Now I am not giving any more 24 to 48 hours I want solution by end of the day.
      If you have any doubt regarding this matter feel free to call me but i want my money back or shipped to be done by end of the day.

        Hi i m himanshu dogra.I have done recharge of rs.549 on 23 march 2017 my paytm registered mobile no.[protected] having registered email id:[protected]@gmail.Com .The money got deducted & got transfered to paytm wallet.After some time i again tried to recharge the same but at that time again money got deducted, but money doesnt got back to paytm wallet & not even in my bank account .I have lost total sum of rs.1078 in all this transaction..
        Please do needful, even you doesnt have any customer care number to talk about the issues.

          I have recharged my phone through Paytm and it was delayed i emailed them to cancel my recharge because it was pending i recharged from shop as i was urgently needed. after that i got paytm recharge. i asked company to refund the money they refused. Now because of the company i am suffering from so much mental pain and because of them my valuable time is wasted. I want the compensation so that they dont create problem for the customers.

            I had re-charged my tata sky, cell no-[protected], amt.of Rs.2245.69 was debited by bank, but recharge was not successful, further i re-charged my tata sky thru another transactuon using debit card.
            But my pay tm orderTM[protected] is not credited to my bank a/c or PayTM wallet till date.
            Pl.resolve the issue ASAP.

              I booked two tickers with paytm but for some reasons i have to canceled the tickets, they promised a certain amount of refund which would be credited back to the Paytm wallet. Rep whom i spoke with never informed that half money would come in wallet and remaining would be credited back to my card. It has been almost a month that money has not been credited to my card. Initially when i raised the tickets some un educated people keep on responding to me stating we have refunded the money, they were not understanding that the refund i was asking is for Credit Card

                      When I am trying to call customer care of paytm .no option for complaint and only computer is speaking . No option to transfer call to human being .
                      It make me so stressful.

                                      This is to inform that i am not able to log in into my paytm account from past one month. It is showing that my account is temporarily blocked. I have already written a mail to the paytm to which i didn't get any reply. I have close to 1600 rupees in my account. It is so sad that the company which caters to so many people doesn't have the support centre to resolve the customer's issue.
                                      The customer care executive told me that they can't help me with that issue. I will have to mail and wait for the response from the team. Which i have already done and didn't get any reply. I request you to take action against such fraudulent activities.

                                        We tried to book movie tickets for the movie dwaraka on 4th & 5th march 2017 and both the transaction failed to get us tickets though amount has been deducted from our account via paytm payment gateway.

                                        While spoken to paytm the ivr told they will be reimbursed the amount back into our account and it is going to take 2 to 5 work days. But till now we have not received any amount.

                                        Can you please look into this and initiate the refund at the earliest. We are providing you the transaction details below:
