This is to share the tremendous customer service I have received from the nation most renowned company Paytm (a joke by the way). I wanted to send Rs.10, 000 from my ICICI saving bank account to another one account, since I was unable to transfer the money directly I choose paytm as the medium which turn out to be most tragic exp I could ever had in my life. On 19 Jan 2017, I uploaded Rs.1000 into my Paytm wallet (Rs.5000 twice) and could successfully see the updated Paytm balance. The fun begin when next day I wanted to transfer the same amount to another saving bank account but was unable to login despite entering the same login credentials. I was shocked to see that it won’t let me login into despite entering the correct details. Later on, magically, the account got locked up.
I would not have been lucky to face the most pathetic customer service if I would not have called Paytm CC (well trained jokers). I could get all the advices apart from resolution to my problem. I enquired how to get the account unlocked – they started playing the call passing game among each other, at one instance the TL passed the call to his manager who on called said I’m not the manager I’m yet another TL on the floor. Lots of fake promises done for callback from the concerned team/TL/Manager but not even a single callback – may be this is educated to them in training that we’ll do all the things possible but not help the cx in first interaction and make him repeat and escalate his concern to all.
I’m really pissed off with your services. My only concern is that I want to get my Rs.1000 unlocked and transferred to my ICICI saving bank account. I even can’t expect any compensation on this as I’m dealing with Paytm. Get this sorted out soon before I publish my pathetic experience over social media and other print media.
Mr. CEO, you should be ashamed of hiring such restless & rude CC staff.
