I was paying my online order bill from Clovis.com site rs. 2167 through paytm From BOI bank.Intially it show transaction declined and I was trying second times few minutes later I got massage from bank that both times cut off the money from my account total rs 4334 so please take the action against it.

We have purchased a Dell laptop last year from Paytm. Laptop is under warranty but the hard disk and motherboard crashed. Dell team visited to my house to replace and they found HDD is of 500gb instead of 1 TB. They said your seller replaced the HDD therefore warranty expired.

However Paytm issued the bill for 500GB only and Dell is saying we issued 1 TB with this product. Therefore this clearly states Paytm replaced it. Also Dell given us written confirmation that Laptop issued with 1TB. Now I got to know that how paytm giving discount by replacing the parts of the products.

Now paytm is not resolving from the last 10 days. Worse part there is no number to contact to customer care and they are not reverting on the mail.

I booked a journey from kcvl to Ltt On[protected].11:04 time. But ticket not booked and confirm. The fare amount Rs.906.50 is debited from my bank account. Please refund the fare amount as early as possible.
From my bank message is received that Rs.906.50 debited to sb-xxx4975 account. (PAYTM-1000) KANIYAPURAM(KAZHAKUTTOM) on[protected].11:04:44.iob.

I obliged if you help me. Today one person called me for my return my money from Yepme. His name is Dhonga [protected]. I dont know that is fake call. He told me give me OTP no. @ i gave him. He done with me like this 2 times. Lastly i knew he is doing wrong so i didn't told him. I contact him later @ ask about the money which he taken. He told me he will return me tomarrow.
But from my sms I have seen that it is paid to Paytm solutions and one for one97 comm. I am attaching the same for your reference.
Please help me in this matter. That money is not mine sir. I told that person also.

This is to share the tremendous customer service I have received from the nation most renowned company Paytm (a joke by the way). I wanted to send Rs.10, 000 from my ICICI saving bank account to another one account, since I was unable to transfer the money directly I choose paytm as the medium which turn out to be most tragic exp I could ever had in my life. On 19 Jan 2017, I uploaded Rs.1000 into my Paytm wallet (Rs.5000 twice) and could successfully see the updated Paytm balance. The fun begin when next day I wanted to transfer the same amount to another saving bank account but was unable to login despite entering the same login credentials. I was shocked to see that it won’t let me login into despite entering the correct details. Later on, magically, the account got locked up.
I would not have been lucky to face the most pathetic customer service if I would not have called Paytm CC (well trained jokers). I could get all the advices apart from resolution to my problem. I enquired how to get the account unlocked – they started playing the call passing game among each other, at one instance the TL passed the call to his manager who on called said I’m not the manager I’m yet another TL on the floor. Lots of fake promises done for callback from the concerned team/TL/Manager but not even a single callback – may be this is educated to them in training that we’ll do all the things possible but not help the cx in first interaction and make him repeat and escalate his concern to all.
I’m really pissed off with your services. My only concern is that I want to get my Rs.1000 unlocked and transferred to my ICICI saving bank account. I even can’t expect any compensation on this as I’m dealing with Paytm. Get this sorted out soon before I publish my pathetic experience over social media and other print media.
Mr. CEO, you should be ashamed of hiring such restless & rude CC staff.

I have transfered rs 10, 000 to my bank account using return to bank option in paytm. Its more than 65 days but my bank account yet not credited 10, 000 i had raised many querries sent then many mails regarding my issue but they keep saying my account hav been credited with 10, 000. i have purchased symphony diet 22i from paytm online bearing order no [protected]. The product was delivered on 6-march-2017. After opening the product, i found its damaged. The motor pipe is broken and motor is moving freely inside the cooler. I have raised the return request on the same day through email as button inside the app is purposefully disabled for that order. The button was working fine for other orders.

I have shared all the snaps using tube camera. But after 5 days also i didnt hear anything from them wihtout auto generated emails. They every time say they raised ticket no 23284563, but didnt see any action.

Finally after so much follow up i am raising complaint against paytm here. Request you to please take action and help me to return damaged product.
I have all the communication and all the required timestamp events, if required to share.
