They do not listen, don't have any number on which I can have interaction with human. Very pathetic service.
My Mobile number is [protected]. My friend sent me money on this number without asking me. When he informed me about the money transfer to me, I signed up for the account.
When I did not received money for the long time, I asked payTM and they told me that there is another account with the same number and different email and money is sent to that account. But since you have signed up with number so you can access old account with that email id.
I explained them that I do not have any such previous account or email id communicated to me, but they did not resolve the problem despite 8 complaints.
Every time a new person call and same storey is told to him & then he asks for 48 hr and story continues...
Really very pathetic service...
Now I am thinking to persue legal recourse against them, if they keep illegally hold my money.
