I charged my metro card no[protected] on 01-03-17 and also received cash back of RS 25 but metro card did not charged
Today when I traveled in metro my card balance was same as before charged. The amount has been debited from my paytm and showing charge successful and I was also assured of to up of my metro balance but it's really harrasing that money has been looted.
Please refund it to restore my faith in paytm

From my bank message is received that Rs.316.50 debited to sb xxx6326 account. (PAYTM-1000) CHENNAI ST thamos mount on[protected].19:31:29.iob.

I have Ordered a Jeans From Paytm and it was a wrong product i have received paytm offered 15 days replacement and return.

i have requested for return for 10 times but all time they rejected my return on the basis of i am not contactable i have mailed may time on paytm but there is only one reply from their side that kindly give us 48 to 72 hours for resolve the problem but no resolve is there still now and no refund its been more than a month but no respond i have wasted so much time my order number [protected] amounting Rs. 665/- kindly refund my money back.

Paytm does not let me to add money and transfer money to the bank from my credit card . The message appears that my cards have been blocked . I wanna know why and which policy you have been blocked my cards and why u change your policies after adding so many customers why you fooling the peoples . I will file a case against you in in court

I had call from this no. [protected];and[protected] and [protected].[protected].person is asking for the card details (card no. Expiry date and cvv) i told all details after few min they took my all amount nearly 20000 from my account so please dont complin this web site this web site is fully fraud.
Please help me with this issue it is not the right way to deal with the customer.

I booked a ticket on irctc and paid by using paytm option, But after entering debit card details my bank amount debited but irctc shown payment error.
I also received payment confirmation mail from paytm and bank but paytm haven't refunded yet.

When I checked in paytm passbook option no transaction is showing in that.
3 days passed but no refund i received in my account.

They do not listen, don't have any number on which I can have interaction with human. Very pathetic service.

My Mobile number is [protected]. My friend sent me money on this number without asking me. When he informed me about the money transfer to me, I signed up for the account.

When I did not received money for the long time, I asked payTM and they told me that there is another account with the same number and different email and money is sent to that account. But since you have signed up with number so you can access old account with that email id.

I explained them that I do not have any such previous account or email id communicated to me, but they did not resolve the problem despite 8 complaints.

Every time a new person call and same storey is told to him & then he asks for 48 hr and story continues...

Really very pathetic service...

Now I am thinking to persue legal recourse against them, if they keep illegally hold my money.
