    My account is blocked since 17/2/17
    I m unable to use my Paytm
    As I told 10 times to them that I don't have bank statement,
    Only ATM ministatement I gave,
    They are not responding well
    They called on this Monday
    They asked every possible thing about me and told my problem will be solved in next 24 hrs
    But nothing happend
    4000 rupees is there in my account
    And they have blocked
    Since one month created a lot of problem...

              I had call from this no. [protected] and person is asking for the card details (card no. Expiry date and cvv) and I'm not interested in disclosing the details, and I told him to put the refund into paytm wallet and he says I cannot help you then I asked him to connect to his higher authority he said yes and disconnected the call.
              Please help me with this issue it is not the right way to deal with the customer.
              This is a fake website.. I had more than 50 people calling for my account details n some guys tried to take 5000rs from my account.. such cheaters I'm regretting for putting up the issue here..

                    Dear team,

                    Inspite of sending atleast 10 emails and numerous calls on your helpline number, I have still not received any refund for my order [protected].

                    Product name: Van heusen blue denim blazer
                    Price: 2999

                    I have shipped back the product as back as 18.02.2017 and since then, I have been repeatedly sending mails to your team for refund.

                    Is this how you treat your customers? I have been receiving standard emails from your end, with no action plan. The helpline number does not have any option to talk to any customer care executive directly. How does a frustrated customer resolve his queries ?

                    I have even sent you a proof of the courier slip in my previous email. I have repeatedly asked you guys to give me a call back, since there is no option to talk to the customer care officer on your helpline number. Sent several complaints over the paytm app as well as email. Even after all this, I am struggling to receive my refund.

                    I pledge I shall never make a purchase with Paytm going forward. But for now, please stop punishing your customers. Requesting you to process my refund and ask someone from your team to give me a call back.

                              I have order a shoes through paytm but I have get better deal before I ll receive and then paytm says that refund initiated but refund not receive to my bank or paytm waleet also.

                              KARUR VYSYA BANK LTD just gave us a reference number 74678447051117015365280 for successful refund of Rs 948 from Paytm to your bank account for your Order ID [protected]. Your bank could take few more days to credit the amount to your account. Please contact your bank's customer care for any further query quoting this number.

                                मेरा नाम रजनीष मिश्रा है मेरे द्वारा सेन्ट्रल बैंक ऑफ इंडिया के द्वारा दिनांक 10 जनवरी 2017 को ए.टी.एम. कार्ड से पे.टी.एम. वॉलेट में 1700 रु. की राशि भेजी गई। परन्तु बैंक से 1700 की राशि कट गई, जिसका ट्रान्जेक्शन नं. 1932496 है जो मेरे पे.टी.एम. वॉलेट में नहीं आया। चूंकि मैं बैंक में इसकी सूचना दिया और बैंक के द्वारा कहा गया कि आपकी राषि आपके खाते से पे.टी.एम. वॉलेट में सफलतापूर्वक ट्रान्सफर कर दी गई है, लेकिन जो आज दिनांक तक मेरे पे.टी.एम. वॉलेट में नहीं आई है। पे.टी.एम. कस्टमर केयर को फोन लगाने पर कोई जवाब नहीं मिल रहा है। अतः इस समस्या का जल्द से जल्द निराकरण करने की कृपा करें।
