      Sub: 15 bus tickets booked in BVR Travels, No bus, No intimation total program mess ..

      It is very bad to inform you about your services in bus booking. You made our programme total mess and created so much tension to the old people. We got so much damage by booking tickets through you. We feel very bad experience in booking tickets through you.
      Story: i ( kodali Sampath babu, mobile no [protected]) booked 15 bus tickets in sleeper coach from Hyderabad to Cherukupalli near Guntur, as all our travellers are old and patients for the day 6th March 2017.Bus time is 11.15pm at Ameerpet. We got msg reg travel and contact no of driver. We called that driver. But he said it is wrong no.We contacted BVR travels by getting no through net. But we shocked by hearing that there is no service what we have booked. We are very much worried we tried to get another bus. We did not get.Finally we come back to Hotel and booked rooms.Next day morning we booked cars and send them to distination.
      For that we spend Rs 50, 000/-. Because of your mistake we got all these problems and tensions.
      So tell us how you are going to compensate the loss and how can we believe you in future. Why it is happened. Depending on your response we will proceed whether we need to go to consumer courts or not.

              Hi,

              I paid MSEB electricity bill through Paytm on dated 1st March 2017 worth RS 860/-. But it was shows this transaction is failed. So I tried to do this same payment in next minute to the MSEB but same error displayed and I stopped. At the same time in got the massage from Paytm which I attached below. Also I attached every details in this complaint. PL do the need ful and refund my money as soon as possible.

                Hi,

                I have ordered the Sketchers shoes from Paytm havign order no [protected] worth of 5798 INR/-.
                When i have opend the box there was no item inside. I contacted the customer care and informed them with all detailed required images but they said
                refund would not be possible.

                They have rejected my refund of the order. This is a serious deficiency in service by PayTM.
                Even after escalation, there has been no response from PayTM.
                Request you to kindly follow up this issue.

                    You made appologies reg. My train ticket bookingbetween tiruchirapalli (Tpj) to kacheguda (Kcg) for 5th march 2017 paytm wallet order id [protected] and paytm wallet order id [protected] on paytm. Ref. Your message dt 20/2/2017 my veryfication code 533553 to veryfy my mobile on paytm. Your message shown that paytm wallet for my order id [protected] rs505/- and315 = rs820/- and another one is [protected] rs505/-and rs 315/- =rs820/-to be refunded 7-10 days dt 20/2/2017. Both tickets combined with rs1640/- but since so far it has not credited in my sbi, balkampet branch, hyderabad bearing s/b a/c no [protected]. My mob no is +91 [protected]
                    So pl mbe made arrangements to credit in my sb a/c at an early date

                        Hi,

                        I am Kevin. I booked two tickets for me and my friend on the 4.40am flight in Indigo through “Paytm“ from Kochi to Chennai on 17 Feb 2017. This ticket was booked to travel on 04 March 2017. During check in I was asked to pay extra thousand per head because there has been an error while booking the ticket it seems. This was an internal application error. While booking I got the message and other notifications that I have booked the ticket for the 4.40am flight. But during check in it showed as 7.50am flight. I was asked to pay extra thousand per head which was not my fault rather it was an application error. I had an very important personal reason to get on to that 4 .40am flight. I waited from 12.30 to get on this 4.40am flight. When I asked them what should I do to get back my money which I paid which was unnecessary at that moment, I was asked to contact the customer relations team to solve this problem for me. Every mail and messages I got mentions it was the 4.40am flight. You have help me out in this. Because this was not my fault. Please sort out this problem for me. I have attached all the proof below.

                          I added Rs 1500 to my paytm wallet on 1st March Transaction ID:[protected].and it was successful. Then after few days it all disappeared and it showed zero balance though I didn't make any transaction.my all data about my transactions made is lost. It is all cleared without any previous record's. And new app appeared. Please help me regain my old paytm wallet cash

                            Metro recharge done on incorrect number 69949513 by paytm id [protected] of Rs. 500/-
                            On 9th feb rs.134 was transferred to my mobile number from another mobile against which i got the message of recieving but did not recieve the amount in my account. The sender also did not get the amount back. I have already made a complaint regarding this but did not get any feedback for the same.

                                I did a transaction at paytm and it failed.I asked Paytm team and they told me wait for 7 days as they already sent it to my bank but I still didn't get n when I contacted the bank they said give the utr number. I asked Paytm team n its been 3 days but still no response.This is heights of tolerance.All that they keep telling is that send me transaction is..and I have sent it many times.I need it to solve as soon as possible.

Rs148 bt low net connection it take too much time nd long processing so cancled it and again recharged its three time same processing.                                       I changed my cell phone. When I logged in on my Paytm account from the new phone, my Paytm wallet was cleared.
                                      I had ₹ 863 balance in my wallet.I tried to call the customer care but no one is helping me.

                                        I transferred 3000 from my punjab national bank account to paytm wallet. I got a deduction message from my bank but did not receive any money in my paytm wallet.
                                        I dont know how to recover this money. Please help.

                                        Plus every time i complaint at your contact us option it asks for transaction id and order number which i did not note down that time because i thought it was a technical problem and would be resolved in 4 hours but i did not got any money in my paytm wallet. Help me with this.

                                        Also tell me how to check my failed transaction's transaction id and order number.it would b very helpfull.

                                        Also provide me with a number through which i can contact you. Any of the numbers from your call center if any.
