      On 19 feb 2017 i tried to add rs 200 to my paytm wallet but the transaction was failed.However state bank debited rs 230 from my account.i didnt know anything about the money.i complained to paytm in this regard but nobody is responding convincingly. I didnt know how to handle such ill minded entities.i thank u for resolving my last query.let me thank u once again.

            Sir / madam,

            I had mistakenly effected a payment or paytm mobile number [protected]. Kindly help me to get my money back. I had already sent a request sms to the said number.

            "hello, my mobile number is [protected]. Rs1000.00 wrongly paid to your paytm account. Please reverse the payment."

            My paytm payment message is as below:

            "rs. 1000.00 has been paid to [protected]. For future reference, wallet transaction id is [protected]. Upto 100% cashback at restaurants. http://m.p-y.tm/f0103. book now"

              We paid Mseb bill on time. Consumer no for Mseb is[protected]. And your wallet txn I'd : [protected]. Order no# [protected].

              We always have problem with paytm.

              The payment shows success in paytm wallet and passbook but Mseb has not received it. And this is not the first time we had issues. Your paytm customer service number never works as I believe ivr recording as i[censored] lost ur phone enter ur paytm Ac no.

              Why people should have no other issue ?

                    Movie tickets booked..amount is debited.but there is no confirmation either from bookmyshow authority or from paytm.we have checked it in the order status on 24th, 25th and 26th february..there is no confirmation. while trying to put the complaint today, in paytm order status it shows that tickets are bookedi n the paytm site now.how could we know that tickets are confirmed with out confirmation from the authority. plz refund my amount now.

                      My name is Udit. I took a payment of 2000 rs from one of my client...and when I opened the app to check it showed "error your account as been blocked". I don't know why is your company so annoying. Every now and then there is a new issue...I mailed at your so called "[protected]@paytm" or whatever it was...(I mailed 2 times).
                      But as always you guys didn't fail to annoy me. I didn't receive any response. I raised a ticket too through the app with a screenshot also ...but what can a person like me say!
                      I am done with your services.
                      I am not gonna use paytm ever.
                      I just want my money back. That's it.
                      And for God's sake start a customer care helpline number where we can talk to a "human being" and try to resolve queries...rather than a automated voice with only two query options!
                      Aaagggrhhhh you guys are sick.
                      I just want my money back.

                      Hi my name is Udit. And I am complaining here for the 2nd time that my paytm account is still blocked! I spoke to one of the CSA from the paytm team yesterday and I was guaranteed that my account would be unblocked within 24hrs and it has been more than 24 hrs now and it's still blocked...I specifically asked for a call back and when they called me the call was dropped from their end(after a good 'hold' of 15 mins) and they didn't call back again.
                      I am super angry and tired please...I received a payment of 1500 yesterday on my paytm account...now I have a total amount of Rs 3500 in my paytm account which I can't use (thanks to Paytm's wonderful services)
                      I want this sorted...I am done with these services...

                        Paytm is not refund my money against my cancel order. plz help me or i want my money.plz stop paytm or my solve my problem . and i think government banned on this type of site. i lost my 14000 rs. now paytm says we dont refund your amount . this order policy is 15 days return and i return same day but i lost my money bcoz paytm is fake and worstless service.

                              I bought 2 ticket through IRCTC and use IRCTC PayTm wallet to make the payment. Then I cancelled both ticket Transaction ID [protected], [protected] and CancellationID /RefundID [protected], [protected] respectively. IRCTC current status is showing as REFUNDED to Bank PAYTMSDK. But still nothing in my PayTM wallet nor in my Bank AC.

                              I attached the screenshot of Status from IRCTC website.

                              Please investigate and refund it back asap.

                                I had rs 4, 000 plus in paytm wallet attached to uber account. Suddenly the balance disappeared and showing zero. I have complained several times to paytm on emails but i get same automated emails again and again. I tried reaching their customer care number which is highly automated but does not give option to my nature of complaint. It's ridiculous. It has been more than three months i have been struggling without any hope. Paytm is hopeless and insensitive to customers. It makes me feel paytm is cheating the customers by using their money for their operational losses.

                                    Guys i would like to inform u all that, try to avoid the apps like Paytm. Because i seen lot of guys are facing problems with PayTM. All are getting irritation and feel bad to rectify the problem after getting fault. Before using these king of app pls think and use. Also i[censored] all using these kind of app means u have to pay some service tax. I agree that these apps are Eco friendly to users. But after face the problems it seems very horriable to rectify. Pls be careful before doing transaction wirh PayTM.
