Hi Team,
My PayTm balance is missing, I have sent a lot of emails to the team ([protected]@paytm.com) but I see there is no response from them.Please help in getting my amount credited to my account.Please let me know if you need any information. There is a customer care number Customer service:[protected].
Whenever I called the customer care the call is going to interactive voice and not able to reach the person.

Below are the 3 transaction details:
1. Movie ticket booked on 22nd Jan 2017 Booking iD: VELA[protected], AMOUNT 309.
2. TATA SKY RECHARGE DONE ON 11/18/2016 at 01:06 pm ORDER ID: TM[protected], PAYMENT AMOUNT 200.
3. Paid UBER trip charge of Rs: 191.66 from Paytm Wallet on 11/26016 @ 12:53 pm.
4. order id: # [protected] and order id: # [protected] are placed via paytm.
PLEASE VALIDATE THE ABOVE DETAILS AND REFUND MY AMOUNT OF 178.34 TO MY NEW PAYTM WALLET.

I see u people are so irresponsible, i was keep on calling ur customer care number but I am not getting the options to speak to ur agents rather than hearing the IVR voice.
Please help me in adding my wallet lost balance i have also provided u the 3 instances as per the last email. Please let me know the procedure in getting my wallet previous balance.
