I did a 3g recharge for 292 (8gb), but recieved recharge of 57rs (250mb) only. Money also deducted for 292. Tried calling customer care but no option to talk to customer care office. Only option 1 for lost mobile and option 2 which wont go anywhere. Please try this number-patym customer care [protected], u wont get any option to talk to customer care

      Hello team,
      I have done a transaction at paytm on feb-27-2017 at 4:27pm of rs 498/-, where the order got failed but amount deducted in my bank account. the amount is not refunded.

      I called multiple times and registered at paytm site. none of them taken care on this. i am not able to contact direclty the paytm site customer support.
      I need a urgent help on this. please treat this as high priority.

          PAYTM ORDER NO # [protected] Dated - 8th Feb 2017

          I have Purchased Yonex Mavis 350 shuttle from Paytm and received the wrong product Yonex Mavis 10, which almost half in the price of ordered items.
          After the receipts of the order, i have returned the same with own Courier Charge and Paytm care has said that they should refund the Product Amount along with return courier Charges on dated 18th feb 2017.
          The returned products has already been received by Seller on dated 20th Feb 2017, but still they have not refunded my Amount.

          Currently The Status of order has changed from "Return Approved to Return Rejected" on dated 3rd March 2017.

          After so many communication through mail they have not giving any satisfactory reply. It seems that now they don't want to refund the money.

          Still money has not refunded by Paytm, hence it should not be resolved. The Paytm Customer Care Guys has called me over the mobile from ph. no +91 120 392 1695 and now they required proof of delivery. They have so many idea to harassing to their customers. First they did not pick-up the product from where they have delivered the same and after shipped the courier they demanding the proof of delivery. however i have sent them the snap shot of shipment delivered status along with courier slip. This issue are still pending form last 22 days.

          Very poor response from Paytm, i suggest all the people that they never transact with Paytm.

            My PayTm balance is missing, I have sent a lot of emails to the team ([protected]@paytm.com) but I see there is no response from them.Please help in getting my amount credited to my account.Please let me know if you need any information.             Whenever I called the customer care the call is going to interactive voice and not able to reach the person.

              I have booked two tickets and paid using my debit card, the payment gateway was PAYTMAG. Then I cancelled the tickets and its showing refunded but I have not got the money till now. Please have a look below for further info.

                              I cancelled the said order for which i received the cash back of the following...
                              1. Rs. 4545
                              2. Rs. 4774
                              3. Rs. 7175 in my Paytm wallet

                              And the remaining amount of Rs. 7658 could not be added in my wallet as the limit exceeds.
                              And i received the message indicating that thia amount Rs. 7658 will be refunded to my bank account within 7 working days on 13.02.17.
                              So, i have raised a complain to paytm and they asked me to wait for another 72 hrs 5 days back.. till now i did not received my refund. Please help.

                                I was trying to add money to paytm wallet using my debit card but after submitting the OTP the transaction failed but i got sms from my bank that the amount has been deducted. but the payment status in paytm is failed. i hv attached a screenshot of the sms with transaction id. kindly look into it. although i ordered for one time but i have 3 order no. i don't know how and why. the order no. are as follows

                                  Hi, I am Himanshu Sharma from Bangalore. I ordered Protoner 50 kg with 8 in 1 bench home gym package from Paytm. It was my biggest mistake. I ordered it on 12th of February and the order was to be delivered to me by 21st February, but till 24th Feb there was no update of the order. On 24th a person called me and said, I m from safexpress and your order consists of 5 boxes out of which we are unable to find 1, so should I deliver the remaining 4 boxes. I said I won't be accepting incomplete consignment, deliver me all 5 boxes when you have it. Next day he asked me to accept those 4 boxes only or else he asked me to cancel the order. This particular order in Paytm order page doesn't have the cancel option, so I mailed Paytm several times to cancel it even I tried to contact them through their helpline number which is actually fake, but till now nothing happened. It's been over 20 days since I ordered and over 8 days since I asked them to cancel the order. Please help me, I want my money back from the fraudster.

                                    I had ordered for a l'oreal professionnel x-tenso care straight shampoo (230 ml) from paytm through seller: silkland. It was delivered with all dead insects on its bottle under the cello tape at the bottle's neck and below, with the shampoo leaked and dried on it. When i still managed to open the bottle, the shampoo in this bottle is not the original loreal xtenso. It is definitely refilled with some other duplicate shampoo as xtenso has a fragrance which is totally absent in this one. I have been using l'oreal xtenso since 3 years now and i know this original shampoo's fragrance and texture perfectly.

                                    I mailed l'oreal to confirm this and l'oreal replied confirming that they have not manufactured this product, hence it is a spurious product. I could've even gone bald had i used this shampoo. L'oreal mailed:"basis the product images shared by you, we would like to inform you that we have not manufactured l'oréal professionnel x-tenso care shampoo with batch number b560486 20/09/2016, and hence the product in question seems to be spurious.in view of the above, we request you to kindly take up the issue directly with paytm."
                                    How can registered online shopping portals sell duplicate products to their customers? They should be barred and their license should be ceased!

                                    You must think before purchase in Online to avoid these kind of problems. Also in PAYTM sellers are doing these kind of problems. Before buying products through online check the user review of earlier buyer of that product. Be careful and be aware of it.

                                    Hi Anguraj,

                                    I had checked all details before purchasing, just as we do for any other online purchases. We mainly go by customer reviews and I had read Paytm seller reviews as well, but was shocked to see what was delivered!
                                    Paytm is barred from my list and this is just to spread awareness to everyone to never buy from Paytm as you never know you are being delivered duplicate products! Amazon will never do this.. Shame on Paytm!!

                                      my money get deducted from my account while paying electricity bill ( paschim gujarat vij company limited customer no.[protected]) and paytm showing cut electricity bill. please refund my money it is 270 rs as soon as possible bcoz i have to pay my bill and i have no cash please help me..
