    The width of the sari is much lesser than that of a normal sari. It cannot be worn by an adult, but only by a child. THe fact may be quite evident from the image of the sari took along side with a normal sari. The quality of the Sari is also quite inferior to the image displayed in the site.

    Even though I requested several times for reverse pickup of the said inferior item to PayTM Customer Care in their e-mail id [protected]@paytm.com, they repeatedly advises in a mechanical manner to inform valid reason to return the product ( despite having provided all the details and the image of the inferior item). The shopping experience from PayTM is quite horrible and the services are not at all comparable with other online shopping sites.

    I request for immediate reverse pick up of the item and for total refund of the total cost of the item, including shipping charges collected from me.

                On 24th Feb, I was ordering Pizza from Dominos through Paytm, but in my Paytm wallet amount was less, Paytm automatically took me to add amount to wallet, I added the money, but the payment to dominos Pizza was not successful.but amount got paid from my to paytm. I paid the money from my bank account directly. So kindly reverse my payment. Please share your mail ID so that I share the Proof of payment to paytm.

                I raised the ticket by calling @[protected] Twise. but issue is not resolved Paytm doesnt provide any ticket number. it is very difficult to track my request.

                Could some one can help me

                      Hello Sir,

                      My father got a call multiple times [from +[protected] arone, madhyapradesh] on 23rd February, 2017 asking for his SBI bank account and debit card number - he even threatened him that without these information our gas connection will be disconnected. Getting scared, my father gave him debit card number and account number.
                      I came to know in the night around 8.30 and immediately called bank to block the debit card. But already 3 transactions happened in the mean time:
                      SBI Shalimar branch (West Bengal) statement shows[This account is joint with Me and my Father]:
                      23.02.17 OTHPG 407604 PayTm Mobile Solutions 19999.00
                      23.02.17 OTHPG 407815 PayTm 19999.00
                      23.02.17 OTHPG 240659 PayTm 5000.00

                      These 3 transactions are made by fraud by using my fathers debit card number ending with 3714]. Please take appropriate action if possible. It should not happen with others.

                      You have to submit the written complaint to SBI (Your Home Branch) as well as the PAYTM. If needed means you may go to Police Cyber Branch with proper record / details. They can help u as soon as possible.

                        Hi this is rajesh gannoju i have shopped through my debit card, on paytm on 31 janaury 2017 and i have returned the product but they not refund my money in my bank account, it has completed 30days. every time i have mail to the pay tm they are saying its your bank problem but i have also went to bank they dint recived any money from pay tm.

                            On 19th feb i added money 5000k to my friend paytm account ph no :- [protected], unfortunately he has not received money to to his ph no whereas paytm has created one more account with his mail id [protected]@gmail.com and credited there from which he will not be able to do anytransactions bcoz there his no is not verified nor his mail id id is verified.
                            As he tries to verifiy it shows already no is registered with diffrent account.
                            My question is if he has a diffrent account y did paytm decuct the money to a account for whcih there was no verfication done, when i compliant paytm they calim there are two account and needs to merge but as per the procrss followed the merger is no happening as there new account does not have any verifird data. Am sick of calling paytm but no response till date.
                            We are chasing paytm from last 15 days no idiot has a clear idea or no response, this is paytm is a big fradulent company.

                                    Hello sir, I have being continuously tried to contact paytm care but they have not given any response. My paytm cash failed on 16 of Feb but still action is being taken. I want to transfer an amount of 10000 to my friend no. But paytm cash limit was up to 5000 only . So I tried to sent 5000 but paytm failed n money has being debited from my card n its till not refunded . So pls do some action

                                      On 18th Nov 2016 I added Rs 1000 to my Paytm account using my Axis bank credit card. Money got deducted from the card but not added to my Paytm.

                                      Written more than 10 emails to paytm customer care. Initially they used to send robotic reply that if transaction fails, money should come back to my axis card but it never happened. Now they are saying that transaction was failed and we didn't get the money, it should have return to your a/c or card, talk to your bank.

                                      Bank says "Merchant has claimed the amount of Rs 1000". It wont return to card. Paytm's customer service is the worst one I have ever encountered.

                                      I was transacting on paytm's app and not on the Amazon or Flipkart so Paytm should take the responsibility to refund my money. My money was not lost in the air. Paytm has to answer it.

                                        I recharged my mobile number of Rs 246/- from paytm on date 11/02/17 at 07:51 AM, morning. recharge not success till date and not refund my amount which is deducted from my bank account. (transaction id- [protected]) and balance not be credited in my account to till date, so request to you balance refunded in my account.
