I have tried transferring Rs 5000/- from PayTM Wallet to my ICICI bank account on Date:[protected] Time 07:14:09 PM, but due to an error in paytm server, this transaction got failed (showing status as PENDING on paytm site). The money got deducted from my paytm wallet but not transferred to my account.

    Recharge of 500 in my Delhi metro card done on 17 Dec 2016 by my roommate.
    The recharge of 500 rupees is still not credited in the card after 7 days. The customer care is just sending generic mail and not responding when replied on top of it. They IVRS customer care is also not providing option to connect to the authority. Just a random ticket is generated abd such BS.
    Plz help get the refund or to make the benefits available of the recharge.

        Hi this is Smitha
        I was transfering money through paytm BAnk txn ID: [protected]
        My amount of Rs 10000 is not transferred to bank and it is still showing pending and I m in very much in need of that money and I m not getting any response from paytm side as I logged complaint 1000 times and it is very irritating and mentally torturing
        Please help me and sort out this problem as soon as possible

        After raising voice here I got customer care call then explained everything to them . After that they have given bank amount transferred few details based on that i received the money. Be care full once update on u r mobile number details u will get so many fake callls also even I received more then 10 calls .

          Hi my name is ranaram dewasi paytm user mobike [protected] i made a transaction of rupees 2200 from my wallet to be transferred to bank account but paytm has still not credited the money in bank acct Trabsac ref # 48033819, [protected], [protected] transaction was made on dec 21th ..i am calling that helpline bt they could not answer mi.if possible then refund my amount.

            Respected sir
            I hitesh machhi having accpunt in paytm.
            When My friend send me 3000 rupee to my paytm wallet then it shows 3000 rupee in wallet.
            When i transfer it to my bank account then automatically 3000 rupee cut from my bank account so and bank statement shows 3000 rupee cut and also paytm wallet shows 0 rupees.
            In paytm wallet every transactions shows pending and today it shows finish but no money return in bank as well as paytm wallet.
            Now please tell me what to do...i already lost 6000 rupee.
            Please help me.
            Today 3 days done but there is no response...i complain everyday but still no response.

This transaction was made on 29th NOV but 540/- rupees is neither credited to Vyas' paytm wallet nor refunded to my paytm wallet. Even I wrote to paytm customer care but didn't get any response from paytm.

                    On Nov-27 2016, whilst I was using to transfer to bank option, it was not showing recipient detail in the link, thereafter after pressing OK button it inadvertently went to quikr account. I raise this issue several times in complaint box of Paytm however till date I was not responded. I tried calling in customer care no. but nobody responded. I am very disappointed with response and service provided by Paytm. my transaction details are as under:
                    Amount Rs.1149/-; Bank Txn ID: [protected]; Paytm Cash Txn ID [protected];[protected]:00:16 PM.
                    Kindly resolve the issue for refund of Rs.1149 in my Paytm account.

                            I added rs 5000 from Credit card (Axis bank) to paytm wallet ([protected]) on 23 of December 2016, Amount got deducted from my PAYTM,
                            I mistakenly made transfer to ICICI Bank account[protected] instead of[protected], but not credited to my account

                            Tried calling to the paytm support number multiple times but unable to connect.

                            I made transaction mistakenly typed[protected] instead of[protected], please consider this mail as a request to reversal my request of Rs[protected] to credit back to Paytm account.

                            I have informed the ICICI Bank[protected] Kumarapark, Bangalore, They have informed that they have blocked the customer to retrieve the amount (of Rs 5000) from his end. so, he cant withdraw the amount.

                            please consider this mail as a request to reversal of my Rs 5000 which is mistakenly transferred to[protected]intead of[protected] ICICI Kumarapark Bangalore.

                              I transferred the money back to my account - 4700 and 4700 two times. But I received only 4700 rs and whole money has been deducted from my wallet. it's already 12-13 days has been passed. I complained many times but problem still persist. They are claiming of successful transaction but only giving me detail of 4700 of first transaction. the second transaction's detail they are not providing.

                              I transferred money from Paytm wallet but I didn't received whole money. I got money of first transaction, but second transacton's money i didn't get. as well as they deducted the money from my Paytm wallet. I complained about it but they didn't give me enough detail. it's already more than 15 days.

The amount debited to my sbi bank account but not credited to my Paytm vallet. I have sent many emails to [protected]@paytm.com, but nothing done.                                         Am raised the query on Tue,[protected] at 2:20PM, already 2 working days completed. From what time i have given the complaint till now[protected] at 3:55 PM not yet received any response from your PAYTM customer service people. if you people not giving any response for my new email within 2 hours, i will go to Consumer Court on[protected]. Your Paytm people dont have any customer service number to talk for related query, it will also i will mention in Court and also i will put Cheating case on Paytm.
