I have not ordered anything still got a messaging regarding the same

The name of the vendor shown is "general microsites".
I never made this order nor do I know what has been ordered.
I request to take immediate action and
Kindly refund my amount at the latest....

I booked flight tickets through paytm but due to my grandfather death i need to cancel it. I cancelled tickets booked for my husband as well as myself, while cancelling the cancellation amount was 996 i accepted and cancelled tickets, for my husband's ticket i got refund but for me it didn't refund i raised several complaints after 3days deducted 5000 and refunded rest.
I again followed up for wrong deductions...

Sir I was loss my 1000 RS through PYtm app.. On 16 Dec 2016 I m trying transfer money to another PAYTM custome but in real tranjection fiad and their 1000 money was cut form my bank account ...so plzzzz refund my money ..I m tried to contact your customer care service but I can't reach to your customer care executive ...so plz help me urgently I m waiting for ur reply and refund my payment on my bank.

Hey, I ordered 2 otg cum pendrive (pen drive) from paytm .It was a combo offer. One of the pen drives was dysfunctional . I decided to return it and get it's refund. The delivery boy (who came to return the pen drive from paytm) said that I have to give both the pen drives as they were in combo offer. He also gave papers which confirm that he took '1 combo' pen drive from us. He is confirming it verbally too when I asked him about it later...

I am Suman Thapa having mob no. [protected] c/o : Banglore, Karnataka, Hve transfer the amount through paytm wallet, amount got debited from the wallet & not credited to the third party account.
Amount of INR 4500, 4500 showing the pending status in wallet but amount is not there in wallet . I have raise the concern 4 times with the paytm but no helpful response i got from there. Its my harden earn money so...

Yesterday i purchased a product in ajio app through my paytm wallet the money was deducted but the transaction was not successful i reported the issue to paytm solutions customer care team but there was no reply from them...

Respected sir/madam, i added money of 2000 to my paytm wallet and selected the option return to bank. The transaction is showing successful but money not received in my bank account. I sent mails to paytm but there was no response fronm the paytm. There was no proper customer care service phone numbers to speak to an representative.

Yesterday I had transferred 4999 twice to my account and the money has been transferred to my account once . My number is [protected]. Basically 4999 still pending in my account and it is not reflecting in neither paytm balance and nor in my account. Please revert back on this he status.i have all the details pertaining to it for references. It is ridiculous as I am on leave and need th money urgently and the sit e can't be doing such a foolish...

I had recharged my number on 11 december, 2016 at 10:06 pm with rs.220, but it is still showing as queued and operator down even today.

Paytm says they refund money in case of recharge failure, but no refund, and recharge also has not happened.

Raised several complaints from their website, but seems they send automated replies saying recharge is successful, contact the merchant, when the attached screenshot itself...

I have Rs. 3000 in paytm wallet and Rs. 2800 I want to return money in my bank account. After doing return to bank account it shows technical eŕror and money deducted from my wallet and not gone in my bank account. I email and call paytm but they were not giving any concrete reply. I contacted with bank but they clearly refuse such type of transaction. I dont know where is my money....

I tried transferring 5000 rupees to a bank account and had a wallet balance of 9467 rupees, At first it showed insufficient balance though I had enough balance and later I transfered 3600 first. Once the transaction was done, I found out that there was only 867 rupees left in my wallet, I literally felt like I've been frauded of 5000 rupees which is not cool for me as a student, That was a part of the monthly rent amount...

On 7th of December 2016, I was trying to purchase from pizzaonline.dominos.co.in, and the payment was meant to done via Paytm Wallet. Since I didn't have enough balance on my Paytm Wallet, it redirected to add the rest of the amount through my bank account which was registered on my Paytm account, but somehow the transaction failed but the amount of Rs. 360 got deducted from my bank account. I waited until seven days to get the refund, either...

This complaint is regarding or balance transaction.
On 10 dec 2:40 am.
I was sending 5000/- rs to my brother's bank a/c with help of my paytm a/c.
For this process i adding 5000/- rs in my paytm wallet.
But during this process when i have given the pin and otp, the paytm show network error on display.
Now the balance has deducted from my a/c and credited any where.

I am tapas gorai. I have no paytm id. My mail ld tapas. [protected]@gmail.com. I was want to book a train sit from my friend irctc logging id in my mobile. I get the payment by net banking through irctc ltd (Paytm mobile solution). But train sit is not book and my money 751.5rs is cut from my account. Transaction id [protected].
