    Hi,
    My name is Roshan, I no longer have the mobile number that is registered with Paytm, I cannot receive the otp, whether on sms or on call. So, you requested for the bank statement for security purposes. I have then forward the bank statement and yet did not received any call from your side. I'm following up with the mail since 4-5 days and yet there is no response. So its a humble request to revert me at the earliest.

      I did two recharges on 19th Dec 2016, Rs 59 and Rs 10 were deducted, and recharge was not done so i want my money to be refunded in my wallet and they have not refund my amount till now . i have raised 4-5 tickets, but no response till now .

        Hi i added 6000 RS into my wallet later i was thinking its not require so i requested to refund back to my bank . i raise return to bank option they deduced amount from paytm wallet and later my bank account is not credit with the same when i talked to my bank they said no transaction has been made. Paytm is not replying my mail. Pls tell me where is my money. Sir I want my money back into my account . My mobile number is [protected]

                I paid an amount of 247 through paytm on december 6 for prepaid recharge..order id [protected]..got a mail from paytm that my bank confirmed the payment too and if the recharge fails money will be refunded within a week..its been 20 days i didnot get the recharge and no refund yet..kindly check it and dont ignore..i contacted the bank too and they said the money was successfully transacted to paytm..i been mailing regarding the issue but no response..another recharge done on dec 22 also failed and i never got a refund..

                  I have done my payment 4733 RS through paytm to shopkeeper it shows error but deduction of money RS. 4733 from my bank account has been done. then i send money Rs. 4733 To shopkeeper through his own paytm account it has been done but deduction of money from my bank account has been done. My bank mini- statement showed deduction of rupees 4733 two times. Please return my money of amount 4733 back into my bank account. Its urgent please

                        I booked flight tickets through paytm but due to my grandfather death i need to cancel it. I cancelled tickets booked for my husband as well as myself, while cancelling the cancellation amount was 996 i accepted and cancelled tickets, for my husband's ticket i got refund but for me it didn't refund i raised several complaints after 3days deducted 5000 and refunded rest.
                        I again followed up for wrong deductions i was assured it will be credited in 1hr on every call to customer care till date i have not received refund and now they are saying it's right deductions

                        I have last week 2 recharges 1500, 160 but till the time i have not get the cash back offer please call me [protected]

                        i have informed all of you .i have put my complaint in this web . i have my fraud call and he always says i am from pay-tm head office . and says share the user name and password and debit and credit card number or validity expired date ...please never share with her its a fraud person ... pay TM SERVICE SO BAD NO ANY TAKE THE responsibility . i experience dont use pay-tm service ..no customer care service ... i have received the fraud call regularly from these numbers ...[protected] and [protected]... never share any personal details on this site

                            Hey, I ordered 2 otg cum pendrive (pen drive) from paytm .It was a combo offer. One of the pen drives was dysfunctional . I decided to return it and get it's refund. The delivery boy (who came to return the pen drive from paytm) said that I have to give both the pen drives as they were in combo offer. He also gave papers which confirm that he took '1 combo' pen drive from us. He is confirming it verbally too when I asked him about it later . But paytm only refunded for one pen drives( around Rs. 600). When I contacted the company, It said it has only received one pen drive. Please solve my problem .

                                  I am Suman Thapa having mob no. [protected] c/o : Banglore, Karnataka, Hve transfer the amount through paytm wallet, amount got debited from the wallet & not credited to the third party account.
                                  Amount of INR 4500, 4500 showing the pending status in wallet but amount is not there in wallet . I have raise the concern 4 times with the paytm but no helpful response i got from there. Its my harden earn money so kindly help me to get this back in wallet or transfer in the third party account which i tried to send.
