I had recharged my number on 11 december, 2016 at 10:06 pm with rs.220, but it is still showing as queued and operator down even today.

Paytm says they refund money in case of recharge failure, but no refund, and recharge also has not happened.

Raised several complaints from their website, but seems they send automated replies saying recharge is successful, contact the merchant, when the attached screenshot itself says the recharge is still not a success.

    I have Rs. 3000 in paytm wallet and Rs. 2800 I want to return money in my bank account. After doing return to bank account it shows technical eŕror and money deducted from my wallet and not gone in my bank account. I email and call paytm but they were not giving any concrete reply. I contacted with bank but they clearly refuse such type of transaction. I dont know where is my money.

          I tried transferring 5000 rupees to a bank account and had a wallet balance of 9467 rupees, At first it showed insufficient balance though I had enough balance and later I transfered 3600 first. Once the transaction was done, I found out that there was only 867 rupees left in my wallet, I literally felt like I've been frauded of 5000 rupees which is not cool for me as a student, That was a part of the monthly rent amount

            On 7th of December 2016, I was trying to purchase from pizzaonline.dominos.co.in, and the payment was meant to done via Paytm Wallet. Since I didn't have enough balance on my Paytm Wallet, it redirected to add the rest of the amount through my bank account which was registered on my Paytm account, but somehow the transaction failed but the amount of Rs. 360 got deducted from my bank account. I waited until seven days to get the refund, either on my Paytm Wallet or my Bank A/c, but till now I haven't got back my money back. So, I went to the bank after seven days to ask about the transaction details and the bank official told me that it has been deducted by Paytm. So I tried to contact Paytm to complain about it, which was not successful, I also had sent emails a couple of times and have not heard back yet. So, I would humbly request this forum to help me out over here.

              Sir,
              This complaint is regarding or balance transaction.
              On 10 dec 2:40 am.
              I was sending 5000/- rs to my brother's bank a/c with help of my paytm a/c.
              For this process i adding 5000/- rs in my paytm wallet.
              But during this process when i have given the pin and otp, the paytm show network error on display.
              Now the balance has deducted from my a/c and credited any where.
              For this, i have put 3 times mail to paytm customer care.
              But the balance is not refunded.
              Plz help.

I get the payment by net banking through irctc ltd (Paytm mobile solution). But train sit is not book and my money 751.5rs is cut from my account. Transaction id [protected]. Kindly refund my money asap.

                I tried to book ticket through irctc using paytm wallet (I. E.21/12/2016) during booking process i made successful payment but irctc didn’t book ticket. I have checked and found that amount is deducted. Please Request you to please resolve this issue.irctc transaction id 100000688608614 and icici transaction id 1108665662. This is happen on 21 December 16 at arround 10pm

                  I have transferred rs 2000 to my bank account from paytm it has not been reflected in my bank account
                  I have tried to contact customer care number but i was not able to contact any human being...
                  I have send inquiry so many times paytm has not replied or has not called back
                  Although msg was there that call back service will be provided...
                  So please consider my application as soon as possible

                    Already on 21st i submitted the proof of paytm msg but didn't showed in my paytm balance account. Already we got a reply for the mail that we will solved the problem as priorty basis after that not get any response from your side.                       I book ticket from paytm but flight was cancelled on 3 December . i concerned from airline they refund to paytm but paytm didn't refund to my wallet. i sent mail regarding this but no reply and after that i call to customer care they said after 24 hour we will refund but next day i didn't get. this scenario was repeated from 3 days but i did't get any refund.

                              Plz help paytm support my name manjeet singh mobile no.[protected] email i'd is [protected]@gmail.com my old account was deleted by mistake and i am already created my new account bt still i am facing the issue of nt transfer my balance of 4000.56/- and i have done so many emails and calls for the same but paytm nt responding. It is very harassing to me. Pls do the needful asap

                                i added 60Rs to my wallet and i clicked on return to bank but its not yet refunded i saw in bank statement. when it will refund? i added 2 time 60 Rs to my wallet only 1 time succefully added in my paytm wallet and one time have to retirn my bank account but not yet refunded, when it will refunt to my bank account?

                                    On 21/12/2016, One unknown person used my debit card no. on line
                                    transaction. I had immediately informed to SBI Bank for the online
                                    transaction. Some transaction done by paytm mobile solution and i didn't got message about transaction.when i took the mini staatement I noticed it and I blocked card.
                                    please do something about like these fraud companies.

                                      I made a transaction which got failed and Paytm added cash in my wallet 2600.
                                      Next day transfer it to my bank account but it's been 3 days I haven't received my money. Im trying to call but customer care no.end my call in between.
                                      We have refunded Rs 2600 to your SBI bank for your Order ID [protected] on Paytm. Your bank could take upto 7 working days to credit the amount to your account. Please contact your bank for any queries.
                                      Where is my money did you guys cheat this way?

                                      I made transaction through paytm on 7 th of dec, my amount deducted from my bank account but transaction failed. bank executive told me amount already reverted to vender(Paytm). till now i have not received my any amount back.

                                      I had booked Bangalore Goa Indigo for 2 Dec. Indigo cancelled flight stating bad weather. I am still waiting for Paytm refund. Ticket raised with paytmcare 11415651 sent like 10 reminder emails no effect.

                                      My suggestion to others is just avoid Paytm. They are new in flight booking. Goibibo and mmt are way better in such scenarios.
