I transferred tried to transfer inr 500/- in my paytm wallet using sbi debit card on date Dec 21 2016, 9:25 am with order no. [protected]. But transaction failed. Although transaction failed, inr 500/- were deducted from my sbi account. When i tried to reach them through their tollfree number i was unable to talk with their customer service executive and got no response from paytm. PLEASE HELP!!

I transfer money paytm wallet to bank account Rs.5000 Yes bank a/c
It deducted from my paytm wallet account but didn't transfer to bank account
And status display " Pending"
Its our hard earned money and its nowhere. Customer care do not respond as if they dont have any redpondibility towards customer's money. Neither it is credited in bank account nor its been reversed back to paytm for 2 days.

I entered the mobile number of the medical store vendor and enter the bill amount. After submitting this information, the vendor's name appeared on my mobile. The entered amount was deduced from my paytm balance. After this i didnot receive any message from paytm. I waited at the shop more than one hour as the vendor did not receive the paytm message. He refused to give my medicine. My wallet txn number is [protected]

I was trying to add some money in my wallet on 10 December but all the transactions were failing. My number is [protected]
Then few minutes later i got message from bank that the money has been debited as 10000/-, 5000/-, 5000/-
Total 20000/-
I contacted bank but they said they have released the payment to paytm and it can only be refunded by paytm.
After sending so many complaints to paytm, i received a call from paytm that your amount will be refunded in 24 to 48 hrs. But now its been 13 days
I think it's not upto the reputation of paytm.
You used to so good at queries earlier.

I was trying to add some money in my wallet on 25 December 26 December but all the transactions were failing. My number is [protected] and as per add money order no. 25/12/16, [protected] & 26/12/2016, [protected]
Then few minutes later i got message from bank that the money has been debited as 500/- & 500/-
Total 1, 000/-
I contacted bank but they said they have released the payment to paytm and it can only be refunded by paytm..
So Please resolve my query. and I have not wallet balance please solve my query.

The story goes like this:
On 9th dec'16 I added Rs 3000 to my paytm account ( bank narration-POS PRCH POS[protected] ONE97 COMMUNICATION LTNOIDA ) which was successful. So on 10th dec'16 I added Rs 3000 to my paytm account ( bank narration- POS PRCH POS[protected] Paytm Mobile SolutionsNoida ), amount was immediately deducted from my bank account but was not added to my paytm account.

Paytm don't have a good customer care. First the recorded system asked to wait for 48 hrs after that I am mailing them since 12 dec but in vain.

Consumer forum ( docket no 100385 ).

email- [protected]@gmail.com ( account show-its not linked). anyway irrelevant because money should have simply added as the app proccessed.

I lost my faith in Paytm. I don't want to do any online transaction. I want my money.

When i tried to reach them through their tollfree number i was unable to talk with their customer service executive and i got infor - mation through ivr that the deducted amount will be credited in my account in 8-10 working days. Its been 12 working days and still i have not got any refund

Amount deducted even got msg for transaction failure but not received refund yet. My registered no. [protected]amount 4400. Even i sent too many mails but never get reply. And that is not first even i didnt received refund of my few transaction. Even thwy never reply to email. Now i am really frustrated with that. Bcoz of failed transaction i made same amount transaction. And paytm says your transaction was successfull when i sent them screenshot they havent reply me a single mail. This time i really want refund of my amount

Hi,
I have added 2000 RS to my paytm wallet and transferred the same to bank account but it didnt credited till now. It is showing as pending please find the attached acreen shot fyr. I have also raised multiple tickets to paytm but no one is responding from morning i want to know why they were not responding.
Note: i have transferred the 2000 two times first time it is success second time it is pending please see the different transaction id

Please solve the issue asap

Updated by Abhidigr8 One person called me and asking me for OTP. Why should i share OTP. if you are from Paytm then u must have all the details. I need everything on written mail. And i am not going share OTP with you. If you are going to help me then its good otherwise i have so many options to get my issue resolved from paytm
